I recently bought my son a oculus quest two for his birthday. The name of the employee that was very helpful was Mark. He answered all of my questions sufficiently. This is where I will be going for now on.

Irvin was extremely rude and had poor customer service. He handled my trade-in horribly. Management needs to be aware of his actions on how he is treating loyal customers. I will not be returning back!

Need to lower their prices on their pre-owned games .

Very great and friendly staff. They were very efficient in how they handled the Destiny 2 release. I was in and out pretty quick despite being towards the end of the line.

There was nothing wrong with this store. Its a fairly small space and there isnt a ton of inventory, but if you call ahead and see if they have what you want the cashier was friendly enough.

This is an excellent location! I was outside of the store being harassed by a dude name Melvin. I ran into this store for refuge. They greeted me with a warm Hello and then swiftly bankrupted Melvin. I was so happy with the result I bought a used copy of battletoads and $1k in roblox cards! I actually bought $420.69 in GME stock, dont tell Melvin though...that dude has hard times ahead.

This game stop is in a great location. A walmart and restraunts nearby. While have a good selection they also have pretty dang Dedicated service

I originally bought a scuff vantage for over $200 with the warranty the controller broke once got it replaced and then the same stick lag issue happened again. This time when I went back the scuff controller was on back order and I could not order it online, then waited and came back a few weeks later and it was still on back order and couldn’t order it so I asked if I could Switch it out for the Astro a 40 that one was also sold out and could not be ordered through their online portal. I was disappointed and needed a controller so i was then going to just purchase a regular dual shock ps4 controller. Before checking out another employee suggested I try the new PS5 controller. I specifically asked if it worked on PC for warzone. (That is the only game I play!)They said it would work which it does not unless you download 3 additional programs to make it work.I had the receipt and wanted to return or exchange for regular dual sense ps4 that I know works and that was not an option and manager would not make an exception.Absolutely unbelievable that they would make an incorrect suggestion to a customer and then not make it right afterwards.Would not suggest you go there for any gaming needs seems like they just want to rip you off. What really sucks is this store was right down the street from my house so it was super convenient. But definitely won’t be going there again.Manager didn’t even care that his employees were giving out misleading or half truths in order to sell a product.Very disappointed!!!!

My wife stopped by to pick up a few things for a friends kid that is in the hospital indefinitely. Caleb was extremely helpful in helping with picking out games that he thought the kid might like, and did his best to get them at a reasonable price for her. She is not a gamer, so his insight and willingness to help were greatly appreciated! Thanks Caleb!

Worst customer service I have ever received, an employees by the name of Mark, couldn help me if he wanted to, and he didnt. Any time I asked a question to better understand, hed become even less helpful. Dont recommend spending ur money at this location.

GameStop is really nice and the people there are nice too. If you want a game you wouldnt have to look around for it at other stores that takes about an hour. You could just go to GameStop

One of the managers that i spoke to his name was Luis he was very nice and very helpful. also the employees there were extremely nice and helpful to. They are awesome and they can get you what you need and tell you what you want to know about games. I go there for all my stuff.

Mike is awesome. The whole staff working tonight were great really. I bought an Xbox One S earlier today that ended up being a bad unit and Mike made the experience worth it for using GameStop as my store of choice. Ended up coming out with a PS4 in the end and I couldnt be happier.

Drove all the way to this location to be told I couldn’t be helped with my online order. They hadn’t processed it yet and even though it was in the store he couldn’t do anything. What a bunch of dopes. Can you imagine being so controlled by management you can event step outside yourself for a second and help someone. I’m going to negative star you from every account I have.

Great customer service and knowledge of all the products in their store and beyond. Luiz and Doug are always professional and eager to help in any way possible. They are never pushy, and know how to suggest other games or items you genuinely may need or want.

GameStop has come a long way in their customer service, I remember not wanting to go because of poor customer service. But now my only real bed with is their store design/layout. Its just two crowded and cramped. Im not one to feel claustrophobic but I feel like I have to be extra careful to not numb things. I almost feel like they should design some sorry of electronic kiosk to make browsing games easier. Ive no real complaints about the company, even when trading in games. I know that they make a majority of their money from those used games. Id rather buy my game at a gamestop then a Walmart or Target, because I can at least talk to someone whos maybe played the game already if I didnt yet so my research.

Laura is rude as hell, seems like she is always irritated or having a bad day. I enjoy ALL of the staff besides her 100% of the time. Laura has 0% customer service, Every single time I see her in store she is short answered with no smile, very irritable and condescending. Im very easy going and have worked in customer service for years as a hotel front desk supervisor and never in a million years would I hire someone with her bad attitude to represent my store. Im not sending this review to belittle her in anyway, but maybe ao she can understand the importance of customer service in her role as the store manager in Papillion. If the job is as bad as she makes it seem maybe she should look into some other options outside of the customer service job market.

Doesnt have strong enough wifi to update a console even though its a gaming store. So wouldnt take my trade in. Then came back the next day and they didnt have enough cash to do a trade in.. 2 days in a row had a stupid excuse to not take my trade in. Absolutley ridiculous would not reccomend this gamestop.

Great customer service here. I exchanged my haunted Xbox 360S hassle free. It kept opening the disc drive during the middle of my game. And overnight. Creepy. New Xbox works perfectly!

MANAGER LAURA WAS KINDA RUDEI purchased a game and spent a decent amount on it, I opted out of purchasing the insurance on the game. I walked outside and realized I should make sure the game has no scratches or finger prints. I opened the game and seen it covered in finger prints, I walked back in, politely apologized for bothering LAURA and the other young lady and simply asked if they could wipe off the finger prints (which should have been checked for and done when I purchased it, but no one is perfect and I didnt mind). Instead of apologizing to me for not checking for scratches or prints, LAURA Instantly shows signs that she is irritated with my request, says nothing, reaches out for it, wipes it down, and says here you go, with a tone that sounds like take your game and get the hell out. This experience made me feel really uncomfortable, and I didnt do anything to receive that kind of service and attitude. I understand that sometimes people have bad days but that doesnt give anyone an excuse to be rude for no reason. Fortunately for me, the other employees are very helpful, friendly, and MICHAEL the assistant manager IS THE BEST, super nice guy, very knowledgeable and very positive energy. When I go to this location and he or others are there, I actually enjoy this location.
