This place is nothing but amazing, from walking in to look at glasses to buying them and the ordering process, it was so easy and simple. Lindsey was amazing in helping me understand my insurance benefits and helping me pick out the best pair of glasses for me! All in all I would highly recommend target optical to any and all who need glasses or sun glasses!

We had to call to check if my daughters lenses came in. They informed us they had and we could come get them. They handed them to me and I told them she has never wore contacts before. The lady informed me that they should have set up an eye contact appointment time. They did not inform us and I asked why she didn’t tell us when we called. She said it wasn’t written on the sticky not. We live far and I wasn’t to pleased.

Lindsey and Dr.Mixan were so sweet! They explained everything very well so I fully understand everything from the payment process to what’s wrong with my eyes haha! I had a hard time deciding between 2 pairs of glasses and they were honest, rather than persuading me to buy the more expensive option. Thanks ladies♥️

Papillion Target Optical has always been very good to me and I recommended them to everyone until now. The office personnel are not trained before hitting the floor. The manager ordered my $300 contacts but failed to use my insurance card. She said that it would be very complicated. I said it’s $50. I’d appreciate it if you would file it. She said ok but it will take 4 days since I already ordered them. I asked her to call me when it was complete. She never called. When I called her, she refused to get on the phone. I called the store manager! It has been 2 weeks since she said she placed the order. No contacts and again refuses to talk to me on the phone.

Love this Target Optical.I first came here a few years back and had a good experience.I came back a few weeks ago after dealing with a terrible experience with another company and was again very satisfied with the professionalism and speed with which I was taken care of.Price wise, it isnt much different from other places and the warranties are much better. The staff is always nice and even when they get backed up it never seems to lower there quality of service.Will always come back here.

I was skeptical about booking an appointment due to the other negative reviews, but Im really glad that I did. All of the staff here was awesome and super friendly. Totally hassle free thanks to the very caring employees.

My husband and I ordered glasses here and ended up paying almost $500 WITH INSURANCE for 2 pairs. Guy told us only premium anti-glare and other add-ons can be used on any type of lenses other than basic plastic lenses. Insurance doesnt pay for premium. Come to find out, only Target Optical does this as a way to dig their hands in your pockets. Called around and nobody else does this, they can all use regular anti-glare. Ended up going somewhere else for glasses and spent $10 for my husbands polycarbonate lenses, $82 for mine with the hi index lenses and all of the bells and whistles.

Optometrist was great, but the rest of the staff was not. I was quoted one price over the phone for an eye exam and and then when it came time to pay they charged me $35 more for the exam than I was quoted over the phone. When I asked why the difference the gal talked to me like I was being rude just for asking why the difference in price and said it was for a contact fitting. I told her the guy over the phone never said anything about a contact fitting and quoted me one price and I dont agree that the price would change after. She never once offered to charge me the amount I was quoted, just talked to me like I should have assumed that I would be charged more than I was quoted and like I was wrong for questioning it. I drive about 25 minutes away from home to get here and probably past at least 3 places I could go to get my eyes checked - I WILL NEVER GO BACK AFTER TODAY. I hope it was worth the extra $35 charge to loose a customer of 10 plus years. All she had to do was offer to charge what I was quoted and I would have been fine. It wasnt about the money, but the price shouldnt change between the phone call and the end of the exam when I get to the register. When I pointed out the discrepancy she should have offered to charge that amount instead of arguing. I even gave her another chance and brought it up one more time and told her how unhappy I was that the price would change from what I was quoted before I got there. She still insisted on arguing instead of just fixing their employees error. If the kid had said $99 for the exam on the phone I still would have gone, but at least I knew what to expect when I got to the register. Its not OK to do business this way and I gave her 2 chances to make it right. The Optometrist was within ear shot so I assume he could hear and did not intervene. People have too many choices today to be this way to customers.

I have been coming here for 10 years. Dr. Carpenter left and Dr. Kostal is now here. She is very nice. Unfortunately, her support staff are unfriendly and rude. They mostly talk to each other about life problems and give customers very little attention or instruction during the eye exam screenings. I will not be coming back here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Walked in hoping to purchase glasses today. Was approchaed by a man who had just been sitting in the waiting area chairs talking to a friend. He had no name tag on. I had no idea he was even an employeee. He was very unwilling to help me. Kept telling me I wasnt a member of our insurance & told me that the glasses after insurance would be over $100 which made no sense to me. He wouldnt tell me what my insurance covered. He wouldnt tell me anything. I finally just walked out because I was so frustrated. I then go to a different place to purchase glasses and they couldnt run my insurance because Target had it locked. So the other company calls Target and they are not willing to remove the lock so they have to then call the insurance company. What an absolute waste of my time.

Over priced.... Over charged for my sons glasses and couldnt explain the charges when asked. Blamed it on the insurance shouldnt put out those cards. In reference to the defined coverages on my eye care insurance.

Came here to see the eye doctor waited for ever and he didnt even show up for work this is redicules !!! Now I have to pay my sitter again to come a different time !! Huge waist of my time and money !

I have never had a single issue in 10+ years.
