I highly recommend Cory and JLM Garage Doors. My initial contact with him was a “cry for help“ because I came home and my garage door was broken and I was leaving town the next morning. Although his schedule was full the following day, he came over before starting his other jobs and fixed my door. He commented that I should consider replacing my garage door, which was a true statement, but it was not a hard-sell approach which I appreciated. When I returned home a week later, we ordered a new garage door and opener from him. The new door was installed today and I’ve never been passionate about a garage door, but I love it. This is a really great company! Cory, the owner is very kind. I emailed a request for service to start with and he gave me an estimate. He replaced only what needed replaced, and gave me some maintenance tips to help my garage door last longer. He did let me know that in the future I may need to replace the rollers, but I didnt need to do it now. When I called to make the appointment, they didnt talk down to me as a woman who didnt know what I was talking about. As a single Mom, I need great companies that will take care of me and not overcharge me. Quick workers, they were only here about an hour. I would highly recommend this company.

Looking for a bad review? You wont find one here! From the very first call to the actual installation of new doors, Cory and Sergio were top-notch! We did our homework and even solicited other quotes. JLM was the first quote and I had a gut feeling that they were going to be the company we selected in the end. Sure enough, NONE of the other companies came close to providing the level of satisfaction and professionalism of JLM.Need examples? We decided to replace our doors after our teenage son backed into one of the aged doors. The door was damaged enough that we had to beat it into submission to manually force it down (cold day late Feb). We were just going to let the door be for a bit until we replaced them but when Cory came by to give a quote he temporarily fixed the door by tying the inner and outer panels together with a bolt and putting the bottom wheel back in its track.Cory understand the simple business practice of treating potential customers right from beginning to end. You cant go wrong hiring JLM Garage.

The guys from JLM garage doors came in and replaced my old hardboard door with a new insulated steel door and all new seal, tracks and springs. They were professional, courteous and cleaned up any mess they might have made. To top that off they were in and out in 2 hours. Our main garage door cable snapped yesterday afternoon. We were planning on replacing the garage doors anyway, so we decided to just have someone come out to give us a quote. We went with JLM because of the outstanding reviews on Google and a large number of referrals on various other social media platforms.Cory showed up promptly that afternoon, even with it being very short notice. After taking a look at our old and decrepit doors, he agreed with us that it would be best to just replace them. Not once was he pushy about selling us doors or anything. We told him what we were interested in, and he broke down the pricing quickly and easily. The pricing was great so we struck the deal. Now, we assumed that we would be waiting a few days at least for the new doors.Nope. Cory was here the very next morning installing our new garage doors. The work was done quickly and there was zero mess afterward. The doors look great.I would give JLM 6 stars if I could.

I’ve called on JLM three different times at three different houses - twice to replace springs and once to replace an opener on an atypical height door. The first two times I called for quotes from a bunch of places first. JLMs work was always high quality, and their price was always the lowest. The last time I didn’t bother comparing prices; nor will I ever again. I have a picture of their sticker in my phone, and they are the only company I ever refer.

Jason and his crew did a great job on two new garage doors today - Friendly, straightforward, on time, straight cuts even on the parts you dont see, everything caulked, and trust-worthy (we left for lunch and left them with our unlocked house). When he came to do the estimate, he didnt try to up-sell us, he gave us great advice on the difference between various doors, and Im glad we took his advice on the color because he was exactly right on matching it!
