I went to Big Five to find shoes for work that were supportive for my body. I called on the phone ahead of time and they told me they had a bunch of options for me and I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for and Im and I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for and Im super happy with my shoes

Not a happy camper. I buy 8 pairs of tennis shoes and hiking boots from Big 5 yearly. I needed to return one pair and the manager wouldnt accept them because I purchaser them in Sac. True, I didnt have the receipt and I must moved here and recycled the box Thursday. I paid more then the 1-Day special price that Big 5 had on sale for $20, but I was willing to accept that lowest price. and purchase another pair. They were only worn for a few hours.

Great experience here! Manager Jim is excellent with customer service and seems to have a great rapport with his staff. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good prices, good selection of items. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

This Paradise-located Big 5, like every other one Ive ever been into, just feels like its too crammed full of stuff! The staff there are minimally helpful, but who can blame them for not being enthusiastic when crammed into that little space with so much stuff suffocating them! I give Big 5 credit for hanging in there as a retailer in the face of better pricing through Amazon, for example, or even Walmart. And in spite of my negativity regarding the sheer amount of product they stuff into that small space, I can say positively, that I have pretty good luck always finding what I need when I go in there. Its definitely the place I pop into when I dont want to wait two days for a shipment from Amazon...

Love this place best prices, and sales on Bearpaw boots. Easy returns. Knowledgeable staff in the gun department especially.

Yesterday was my first time in this Big 5. I was amazed at the selection and good prices! I especially commend salesman Blane, who worked patiently to help me find waterproof footwear for canine dock-jumping that can accommodate custom orthotics.

Nice having a sporting goods store on the ridge. Helpfulness of the staff is hit or miss. Locating items that are in the sales ads is a challenge...

Chico has more inventory. Im not overly impressed. Its small and didnt have what I needed but the staff was very nice.

Got my fishing license here. Great store for outdoor camping and backpacking. They sell shoes here too and athletic clothing.

Staff very helpful! I am rooting for this store! Our town needed it and I couldnt be more happy with the service I received. Those of you downing on our towns new addition are encouraged to take your sorry selves elsewhere, your negativity and money are not needed or wanted.

The young man in the shoe department was so helpful and patient in bringing out different shoes for me to try on.

It has a lot to give, but when trying on clothes theres only one dressing-room and every time you get out to try more clothes on you have to get someone to unlock it for you again. There customers service isnt that great either, when I ask for him to open the dressing room again he look mad.

Its a big 5, a little smaller than a big city store, but the clerks are so much friendlier and give great service.

Everything you need and it isnt crowded, makes it so finding help is easy

They asked if you need assistance, but I went in there to get slippers for the wife and they did not have her size which is an eight and seems to be common so please stock more.

I drove from Chico to Paradise to get a pair of shoes that they did not have in Chico they were cordial and called and they saved the shoes for me
