Had a muffler installed on my sons truck and it rattles so we took it back up there twice and both times they put a piece of a tire in between the frame and the exhaust pipe. I will let you figure out what happened both times. When they should have put a hanger on the frame and tighten it down. When I called about it an employee threatened me when all I wanted was for it fixed right. I will have to do it myself which is fine but they were paid to do it right but they obviously dont know how.

Went in last week to get some muffler work done. Did not have what I wanted. I order a 3 1/2 Borla muffler the size that I needed as was told by shop owner. I was told it would be $65 to $75 on cost to install if I bring my own muffler in to the shop. Got my muffler in today and took it to them. I called to verify price. It was the same $65 to $75 as before and they knew the pipe size was 3 1/2. The owners wife talk to while I was there the whole time. She never once said any price changes as she was walking back and forth from the truck. Then she gave me the bill and it was $167.86. And would not pull my truck off the rack until I paid in cash. I was told by her to go across the street in the rain and get the rest of the money due to I only brought $85 in cash to cover the original price. I will not be back and I would advise anyone to think twice before using them.

Called in the morning for exhaust repair. They said bring it in and well fix it. Took it to them. There was no wait at all. Got there and they immediately took it in and got to work. Finished the job in about 20 minutes! My car is running great again thanks to them!

I HAD A NEW MUFFLER PUT ON WELL IT CAME LOOSE aftre about a not hardly a year took back they said we can fix it a they charged me again not even two weeks it has come loose again. I really dont want to go back and be charged again

I recently needed a full exhaust on a car I put a new motor in. I checked with another shop and got told how hard it would be to run 2.5 inch pipe up and over the rear end. I wasnt feeling the confidence so I checked with Mid South. I told them what I wanted and they said no problem. A few hours later WA LAH perfection! And it was 150 cheaper than what the other guy quoted me.

This place use to be my Favorite when they had dependable workers now from my recent experience they did a bad break job on the frinternet of my Truck, the same day a Friend of mine saw me their and stopped in and asked me if they were good at changing oil and I said yes Id used them in the past, yesterday my friend came by and mentioned that he noticed that after they finished his oil change after two hours he was going home and thought wheres that receipt that was awfully cheap oil change he went back to the store told the Lady owner he guessed that they put the wrong oil in his truck his truck since new only had Full Synthetic Oil put in it he told me this Lady told him that it wouldnt hurt his Truck that its all the same, I apologized to my friend the service there has definitely went down hill Id recommend Herrens Tire, Broken Spoke, or even Wal-Mart here in town over MidSoith Muffler maybe they should stick to what they know pipes and tires only oh my brake job lol when I went to pick my Truck up they said they turned the rotors bit said they believed my wheel bearings were bad I said while you had my rotors off why on earth didnt you tell me that is had you put new ones in they said well we can go back and put them in if your willing to wait for additional charge, I said no thanks, thought to myself Id be ignorant to fall for that I went to Herrens Tire they checked my rotors they werent turned and the bearings were fine so your risking your wallet and life using them for a mechanic also they have nothing but kids working their Im all for a family ran business but trusting a child with my baby aint happening no sir ree Have a Blessed day .if I could rate no 🌟 I would .

Total rip off! They will do things/change things without consulting you first and your bill will be 2 or 3 times the amount that was quoted to you that it would be at the start. They change things that dont need to be changed and you pay for the part and the labor that you really didnt need. Please be aware of this place!

Had an s10 that they told me the rear end was bad on. 700$ later I still have the problem, replacing 100$ including labor with another mechanic fixed the roar of a carrier bearing. Only 5000 miles later now the rear end they put in is going bad... bad situation all around.
