Starbucks Makes Sure Customers R Satisfied Not Rocks🤣

I had a Chai Tea it was super great, and even though it was 9 punch day the lines moved along pretty swift!!!

I got the Snicker mocha or something like that and was awesome. Definitely want another one soon.

I had the December special Blended Chai and I was thrilled with it. This was the first Chai Ive ever had with a solid tea flavor. Most of the time, I enjoy the spices, but the teas is overwhelmed. This however had a strong tea base that paired perfectly with the spices.My daughter had a coffee-less cookies and cream blend which was delicious as well (even though I only got a chance for one sip).My wife had the item on the menu under blended, and never asked the name. The staff was knowledgeable and skilled.Im excited to try a nitro on my next visit.

Good coffee, fast service.They have tons of vegan options. A lot of plant based milks to choose from including oat milk (my favorite). They are always incredibly helpful when it comes to dietary restrictions. They dont act annoyed when you ask them 100 questions about all the different flavors they have.I always get the kalua kicker with oatmilk and 4 shots of espresso. I ask for half the flavor because I am not that fond of incredibly sweet coffee. I was very surprised my first visit because I was expecting to pay a lot more than what I did.Everytime I go there and there is a line, it always moves pretty quickly. They will have an employee go outside to take the orders of the people waiting that way when they get to the window they can just pay and grab their coffee and go. Its very fluid and convenient.All in all I will continue to go here because this establishment is reliable, comfortable, welcoming, and fairly priced. The employees always have a genuine smile on their face and seem to enjoy their job.They have a tip jar at the window, so if you enjoy their service and commitment as much as I do, please be sure to let them know you appreciate them.

I love this place, and the people that work there. So nice and friendly everytime I come through. My favorite coffee shop ever!!! I cant even drank coffee from home anymore, nothing compares.

Was there at 6:05, Suppose to open at 6:15. 6:25 line had not moved. I left had to be at work at 7am had a 30 minute drive. I saw at least 3 other vehicles leave line also. Very disappointed was unable to get my morning drink.

Sad that I have to leave this review. I LOVE shadrachs and have been to all of their Jonesboro locations. This was my first time at their Paragould location. I asked for a hot dirty chai latte, and they gave me some kind of stock chai juice that was hot. No espresso in it. My parents asked for americanos (which is espresso and water) and they gave them regular coffee. Hoping this was just a one-time issue, but I’m disappointed because I usually love their dirty chai lattes.

My coffee! I didnt stop for coffee the car in front of me had the highway blocked and caused a car to start around me and hit me in the side. So no I am not happy with your coffee or your blocking the road!

Tastiest coffee but it was extremely late in the morning it wasnt during a rush. Cars and trucks wrapped all the way around the building and five to six cars down for 412 highway and it stayed like that, I stayed in that line for,... I know it was over 45 minutes before I got halfway through... Between the price of what we order and what we have to spend in gas... Some of us cant afford to go out in these present situations to take care of bills, shopping, etc....!!!

They got my order wrong and I originally gave them one star. They reached out to me just to make sure it was perfect as ordered!!! Totally recommend them if you want good coffee!!:-) if they make it wrong speak up they are more then happy to fix it.

Shadrachs in Paragould is the only place in town to get great coffee. Hot, Iced, all are superb. They have fantastic reas as well. I recommend the blackberry sage unsweet tea hot. It is tasty and healthy!

The toasted almond flavored coffee was great tasting and the service was quick and friendly. My only complaint is that the acoustics in the sitting area made conversation difficult.
