Went there today brought my diagram of my kitchen. Brought my back splash tile. to match up my new countertops. Had my grandson with me so the window of time was limited. When i walked in a voice from another room told me she would be with me in a minute So i wait, look around., still carrying 15 month old grand son. In the meantime time she’s carrying on with someone in the room she was in. Then she tells me she has to write some checks. So i still wait while she is carrying on with whoever is in the room. So i left !!!!! I take my $5000 plus business somewhere that wants to wait on me !! I have never committed on any business. But i think they need to wake up.

Buyer beware. Reddick cracked the countertop on install right at the front of the sink area. Reddicks repair made it worse. They refuse to replace the countertop. On install of a 11x4 countertop, Reddicks on-staff installers cracked the countertop in front of the sink area. They tried to cover it up with joint compound. They did not shim underneath it. They did not tell us about the crack. When we complained to them about the crack, they first denied that it was their issue until we let them know that we could see the joint compound that only their installers would have applied. Then they said they knew about it but it was only a surface crack and someone else must have put pressure on it to crack it through-and-through. The epoxy repair they did made it worse due to the width, color, and raised area of the epoxy in the crack. Reddick is now refusing to replace the countertop claiming that cracks are an industry standard and just part of having granite countertops. So… if you like cracked countertops and terrible customer service… go with Reddick!

Their guys try very hard to make seams you cant feel. The guys are very professional at the houses. The owners are very friendly.
