Went after church with the family. We had their buffet and it was awesome. They kept them hot and fresh the whole time.

The mid day buffet was just ok. When we came in they started making some more pizzas to put out but I was starving so we had what was already out. The sweet tea was on point and the waitress kept our glasses full at all times. Her service is what made the difference in 2 stars and 4 stars. Suggestion: Use better lettuce on the salad bar. The iceberg isnt that inviting. Itll do in a pinch but there are much better options out there that cant cost you that much more.

Food poisoning, bugs, baby got sick, dirty bathroom, not a lot of food, the only thing that was good was the drinks.Definitely will never be coming back here in this lifetime.That restaurant is just straight covid 💯

We went to the pizza Inn tonight most of the pizza was not fresh we got there a couple hours b4 closing. Also the manager tonight was on her cell phone and cursing to where customers in the back of the restaurant could hear her which is where we was seated and our server was doing a good job but being yelled at while working to anwser the phone. Does have a really good salad buffet and probably a better pizza buffet earlier in the day and the server we had when we arrived was very nice and polite I will say the manager was very nice when dealing with customers.

Order a specific pizza to be brought to our table, it was put on the buffet bar .waiting time was longer and the pizza was cold when they realized what happened. The salad bar is the same not many vegetables to choose. I think if a mistake is made should be comp for it.they need diabetic dessert. The peaches are not fresh.the juice has a twang taste.

The only thing edible was the drinks and pudding wont be returning here anytime in this lifetime…..Limited to no food options

Im 29 now and Ive been going here since I can remember. No one makes chocolate chip pizzert as well as this place. Ive only ever had good experiences here and can honestly say its my favorite pizza restaurant Ive ever been to. The buffet is worth the price they keep it well stocked up and the wait is never bad for window pick ups.

Everything was very fresh and there was a good variety of pizzas. The salad bar was available with a regular selection of items. The dessert pizzas were awesome.

Id rather eat a bullet than another slice of this disgusting pizza. Dont even get me started on the nasty sub sandwiches.

Its a buffet. You see the good with the bad and take what you want leave what you dont want. Flavors are good but everyone has different tastes

First time and wont be back, took forever to get drink order, grab our food from the buffet not a good selection of pizza, just seem to be pizza and sausage and dessert pizza, after we finish out First plate of pizza we finally get our drinks and the bill. Not friendly Server seem more into cleaning a table then attending to us and the other people we seen with their empty drink cups.

Very clean and courteous. We enjoyed having fresh pizza coming out continually. And potato soup was yummy.

Pizza buffet has a great variety of different pizzas as well as you can order your favorite. Nice little salad bar, wait staff was friendly. Clean well laid out dinning area. Easy on and off on Hwy 412 so handy to grab a quick bite and get back going. Close to gas stations and Walmart so if your passing through Paragould stop in and try them out.🍕🍕🍕🍝🍝🍝

Update: We waited over an hour for a slice of chocolate chip dessert pizza that we had explicitly requested. Our server told us she would not bring it or put in an order for one because there was one being made. However, a large number of people were waiting on that pizza and people behind us in line commented that they were upset they probably would not get a slice (they lady after us took the last one). The excuse was that they had to take care of to go orders before taking care of their in restaurant customers.Service was ok, pizza was not to my tastes. Im giving it the benefit of the doubt there. Id rather skip lunch than eat here again.

The pizza was very good. The door greeter was very friendly. Our waitress needs to be retrained. She didnt come to check on us. Left the floor twice to eat. I didnt like the tea, but couldnt find her. Had to go to someone else to get me a coke.

I had never had their food until I moved to Paragould. Both times it made me ferociously sick with food poisoning. The chicken was obviously canned chicken and the crust was not cooked all the way. No other pizza place has made me sick in my life so there are some doubts on the product quality and preparation.

Very rude to my husband over a mask just now..he spent 10 years fighting for our country an has breathing problems an cant wear a mask. Very sad they didnt ask they flat out said they wouldnt take his order with a mask.

I ordered a BLT pizza which comes with MAYONNAISE, lettuce, tomato, and mozzarella cheese. I had this same pizza ordered two nights ago and many other times previously, so I am well aware of what this pizza has on it. My pizza was delivered with no mayonnaise, but pizza sauce instead. I was fine with this mistake because the restaurant was seemingly packed because I had a two hour wait. All I wanted was to simply have my order corrected. When I called to have my order fixed I repeatedly explained to the lady there was no mayonnaise on my pizza. After me explaining this for about the third time she proceeds to say quite rudely “Um excuse me I am the manager here and I’m pretty sure I know what comes on our pizza’s” This behavior is absolutely absurd from ANY employee, but especially from someone who is supposed to be a manager. Customers should always be treated with upmost respect... and managers should always know what their talking about as well. I’ve continuously had issues with this place. This is the second time this week i have had to call and have my order fixed and I definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon. Please try to deal with your impolite and seemingly unknowledgeable manager.

This was the last time I will go to the Pizza Inn,,in Paragould. If you’ve never gone in here it can be a bit confusing. No one came to my table. They weren’t busy! I finally had to go to the buffet and get someone’s attention and ask what I was supposed to do. They said it was buffet and for me to get a plate and eat. So I did. A waitress finally came to my table and got my drink order. I asked if they made spaghetti because I really wanted pasta. They said oh sure, we make spaghetti. They brought me my tea,, I never got my spaghetti! Confused? Yes I was. Won’t go back!

My husband and I love Pizza Inn, everything is fresh and always very good. A wide selection of pizzas, and the salad bar is great! Pricing is also good. For family dinning, or just lunch, thus us the place to go.

Haven’t been to Pizza Inn in several years but I was craving it. It did not disappoint. Didn’t catch our waitresses name, but she was awesome. We won’t wait so long to go back.

Im going with 3 stars. For the most part its a low 4 at any given day. Yesterday the waitress was extremely rude though. Basically acting like she was going out of her way to do simple things basically her job. The selection was extremely low on the bar, which was to be expected at the time we went. However they had no dishes clean, causing my family and multiple others to have to wait for dishes to come out of the dishwasher instead of being cleaned by hand to offer prompt and courteous service. I guess manual labor has been ruled out here.Outside of all that negative, Pizza In is usually a great place to go for a good cheap meal. Especially during the lunch hour and dinner hours. Their pizza and salad bar is for the most part really good.

Every time I stop to eat their buffet I tell myself This is the last time I ever eat here!, but after awhile I forget and go.....and then the total disappointment hits me again. If you want good pizza from Pizza Inn of Paragould you need to order it. The only time the buffet is edible is during Sunday rush hour around 11-noon. Otherwise its so old you cant cut it with a fork or knife, so dry the pieces curl up on the end, the pastas were so old and dry they had a skin on them, and flies were constantly buzzing the buffet and our table. The service.... the service was just lacking...there basically was no service. I had to take our glasses to the counter to request more drinks. When I was a teenager I use to work at Pizza Inn and I loved it. I actually find it kind of sad to see the difference from then to now. I hope this really was the last time I EVER eat there.

I assumed getting here around 11:30 I would get fresh hot pizza 🤦 There was 4 dessert pizzas and 3 other pizzas. bbq chicken, taco and pepperoni..... It was nasty and a waste of money! WONT be visiting again!

Cheap and feeds everyone. If you dont see what you like, just ask and theyll make it for you no charge. We always have the issue of not getting refills of drinks. We usually have to ask someone.Edit: the last time I was there (and it was the last time) I was checking out and a cockroach crawled across the counter and over the cash register. Mind you, this is right next to where they prepare the food and a few feet from where it is served. The cashier proceeded to squish it with the stapler and brush it off into the floor. She seemed embarrassed, but not surprised.

Great place for some quick delicious pizza at a reasonable price. The selection of pizza is a little lacking, but the divine desert pizzas make up for the lack of choices.

Pizza Inn has a good variety of pizza and its good quality Pizza. We usually eat the buffet which is great and plentiful. The waitresses are friendly and really work hard. The restaurant is clean even though it gets slammed alot. The managers are friendly and do a great job of running the place. I dont know any of them personally. I just see the end results everytime I go in the restaurant.
