I have never been treated so rude. I have a severe bladder condition and if I try and hold my urine it is excrusiatingly painful! I was shopping in the Paragould Arkansas store...and needed to use the ladies room. I was in so much pain. I asked if I may use the ladies room...after explaining my issue! I was told no that I could not use it, and would have to go to another business! We spend a lot of money in this store and I could not believe how rudly I was treated. I was in years due too the pain. I have never been turned away before! All I can say is the young lady that was so cruel has cost her company a lot of business. I will no longer shop there and have already told many others that shop there for their Intersticial supplies how I was treated! They in turn will no longer shop at this location. It is human kindness when you see someone in tears to help? Especially the type of business they are! Well no more...it was a costly decision. I wonder how many other people she has been so cruel to. I doubt that I would be the only one! I never complain...but felt compelled to with this. The pain is terrible...and she didnt even show compasion!!! Only words...no and if its that bad you can go next door to Goodwill!!! It was humiliating on top of excrusiatingly painful. Dated 9/ 7/2017 @ 10:40 am
