I had spent more than $300.00 and have visited the store for 7 times for the past 2 years, now i try to get my reward points and they say that I have cer0,that the points might went to another account! Really!! Well the nice, hard reward card orange bright Does not work!! Of course this place is not on my auto parts list anymore, there are always more options .

EXCELLENT AUTO PARTS AND VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give 0 stars I would. Yesterday 4/4/20 I went to purchase some brake pads for my car and when I took them to a mechanic turns out they they were used. Like a customer returned them or something. Never going here in my life again not only did I waste precious money but also time.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced definitely will never go back to this AutoZone. Just to make myself very clear I did not speak to a regular store associates I spoke with a manager not necessarily the store manager but the manager was given the complete run around sold a battery that was not even need it To save him the seven minutes of doing his job and coming out to my vehicle and inspecting for himself after purchasing a brand new battery and explaining to him that my battery gauge is still low

I came in wanting to purchase a piece but was not sure where in my car it is located, so I ask if they would know by any chance and they respond rudely I cannot help you. I understand they are not mechanics that is why I was asking by any chance but they do not need to be rude about it. Never purchasing here anything ever again I rather go to NAPA or ORiely.

Bad customer service. Went in to check and charge a battery. Takes a hour. Dont get me wrong they do it for free. But when they act like there doing you a faver. And when I return i ask for my battery, the manager ask me to wait. Mind there was no one in the store at the time. And when she finally gets my batter. Puts it on the counter and walks away from me and says it bad. I could not hear her do to the fact she was walking away from me when doing so. So i repeat it to confirm thats what she said and she reply is yeah. And thats it. No, can i help you find another battery or it might be your charging system nothing from the manager. So i just walk out. Yes she also didnt say good bye. So when ever you go always do your home work, and double check every thing.. ps i took the battery that they charged for me and told me it was bad to get a replacement and the battery place said it was still good just needed to be fully chagerd.
