I lost my debit card at the checker, I’m pretty sure I accidentally gave it to the guy checking my receipt. I had to go to the restroom. Anyway, in 5 minutes I lost my card. Even tho I gave him my basket to save. Wth

Everytime I go there is not much to choose, if we talk of shoes shelves are usually pretty much empty. That annoying!! If we talk about sizes or styles not much to choose or to many sizes of the same, if you ask for help get ready to wait or leave, if you ask any kind of question ❓ they never know anything. If ask for something you are looking for they just tell you if you dont see what you are looking for,we dont have it instead of help you or at least guide you where you might find it. And the worst is attitude, and long lines they never have a smile 😊 when greeting you, registers and self pay always long lines!!😱😱😱

Best walmart Ive ever been to! They have everything organized and they have a good variety of things other walmarts dont tend to have.

Lots of issues each time I go. They never have products or prices for certain items are not the same as displayed. Lots of item in the wrong places under the wrong price. Just a bunch of confusion. I do not like this Walmart at all. And the workers are very lazy and just stand around talking rather than assisting customers.

Well maintained and organized. The Greeters were rocking it today. I found everything I needed and more. I had a very relaxing experience. The chaos of being outside is beginning to subside. Thanks Walmart. No anxiety shopping...about time.

Had most of what I needed. Lines are crazy...only 1 out of every 4 or 5 registers open. Store has lots of staffing for keeping shelves stocked and organized. Would return if they had the items I needed but not my regular store (over 15 miles away...so the trip must be worth the drive).

A wonderful place to shop. However, my only wish is for them to stock enough Juicy Juice on their shelves. Thats my favorite juice. They are always sold out when l get there. Please help! Thanks!

Oddly enough I spoke yo someone knowledgeable about the stores shock. But the other employees were also helpful.

Terrible Experience- Visited 09/29/21- 8:20 p.m. (Closing Time is 11 p.m.) I just spent a good amount of time browsing for black jeans/pants. I made my selections and headed to the fitting rooms only to be told that fitting rooms close at 7 p.m. I watched a guy walk into a fitting room ahead of me and pointed it out to the attendant. She said Oh, its because he already had his... blah, blah... Bull. He was in the dressing room for one hour and twenty minutes?? Terrible. Avoid this Walmart at all costs.

Had to do a stop at customer service the Afro-American female at the counter was so helpful even catered to me after having to make more than one trip back to the counter going to the car twice in front of other customers who were in line showing excellent customer service.

Of the locations in the area this one is the least crowded, has most items in stock, is bright and clean and plenty of workers around if you need help. I make it a point to drive out of my way to this location. Another big plus is always tons of carts, idk what it is about some of the other ones around here but there are almost no carts. If there are any negatives Id say peak hours it can get crowded, sometimes in slow/early times theyre short on cashiers and every once in a while they wont have checkout bags.

A family member bought me bras and socks. I was happy with the products.

Clean efficient and full of products on shelves ... vs. some stores that lack ... in customer svc n restocked inventory.

Absolutely horrible management, customer service and extremely rude and unprofessional employees. We try to patronize urban area retailers but this place time and time again has proven to be the absolute worst ran business Ive ever experienced (more than once)

I’ve been waiting 35 minutes for them to open the glass for me to get my cream, I spoke to one of the workers and she said to press it and wait then just walked away.

I have been lucky to always have a nice cashier helping me out at checkout .

Oil service Department are Clowns. They said they couldn’t replace my oil because my drain plug wouldn’t come off . Bunch of lazy workers if they didn’t want to work that they should’ve stayed home.The same plug that they couldn’t takeoff I did the oil change myself take me less than 20 minutes.

The place is good, I had a inconvenience here, I was on the pharmacy section and they took forever to help me even though I push the button half dozen times, when the associate came she open the display case and wanted me to choose the 3 items that I needed in like 10 seconds and I told her to take it easy and let me make sure that I had the right items,(eye drops, wipes and eyes cream) she didnt care and told me to hurry up that they thought her (the supervisors) to push people around and do things fast,I responded REALLY, so she took the 3 items that I needed and took them to the cashier in less than 30 seconds or less, I was really upset .

This place is the worst. Employees are very rude even the guys on yellow vest . The use street language in front of clients.. customer service is the worst.. most of the time you have to wait alot in line.. merchandise is bad

Went into buy a harness for my new dog . Ended up purchasing two, one which I returned with no problems or questions.

This store is one of the biggest walmarts i have been to. the products are not all scattered and i was always able to find help. the only flaw is the minimal price check machines available to get correct item prices

I ordered curbside pick up, when I arrived all the pick up signs in the parking lot were gone, i asked a worker where do i pick up, he said they redid the parking lot and no longer have curbside pick up i need to go to customer service. I parked and when inside and to my dismay customer service closed at 7pm due to lack of staff. I asked if someone else could help me and they said no. The whole purpose of curbside pick up convenience, instead ot took two trips and a lot more of my time, very disappointed.

I see alot of shell empty. When I need a single bottle none in the coolers at the front end near check out. All suger drinks. Store is clean and organized.

We all know Walmart stores are very busy! And this was a super walmart so its always super busy!! But they only want to open 2 registers. 1 less than 20 items and 1 regular. Pls change that especially when you see extra long lines!

These guys over on the curbside pick up area are doing GREAT!!! They are always so nice and try to get you stuff out fast yet all my groceries are in great condition.

Its sad that walmart doesnt try to boost their morale when hiring employees. I run into this situation everytime i go to this location....the employees seem to have an issue with helping customers. We flagged down an employee who was walking towards our direction and she ignored us and walked past us but stopped to help a man behind us.

I seem to find most products I regularly buy in the grocery store in this particular Walmart locations. Such as A2 milk, grass feed beef patties, and many more. I shop Sunday morning and Im always surprise to see their produce section fully stock.

Do say you have curb side pick up when you dont have numbers out side like other Walmart with real curb side pick up this Walmart is a joke and so is the staff.

Went to do a curbside pick up and it was horrible. The curbside pick up was all blocked by the shopping carts, I guess they used that space for their overstock carts. I decided to call and ask for details on where to park, but nobody answered my call! I went inside the store to pick up my order and I see a long line of customer waiting to pick up their order, seem that they been there for long time too. I finally decided to just cancel my order. Probably would never go back to this store again, terrible experience.

I went to return a pair of 👟 👠 and the customer service area CLOSED !!! At 7:30 as I was leaving they wanted to see my receipt for the shoes as if I had stolen them . But there was a very nice lady at the self checkout who was curious and friendly .

This is the Paramount, CA location. Its on the larger side and 15 min away from me. I have been looking for Irish coffee creamer for my dear mom forever and all of our surrounding groceries stopped carrying it. Luckily, maybe because this is a larger one, they carried a bigger variety. Grateful they have it.The plaza seems just as busy as any other Walmart plaza. If felt clean and fast stupid check out area.

Being my local Wal-Mart this is the place to go for all things household.The parking lot is easy to get in and out of. Maneuvering thru the store is easy even after the seasonal changes. The associates have always been helpful in finding what Im looking for or asking if I need help. I dont ever remember having being frustrated waiting in any line in this Walmart. Walmart in Paramount its my local Walmart make it yours.

Worst service ever....then they make you pay for bags like they alidis or something

Not a pleasant experience dealing with the Automotive department. Appearantly ok to have you on hold for very long time and hangup (accidently I hope) and then do it again when i called back except didnt realize hangup was not successful and could hear them laughing and joking about it. Wow! Expected i guess.

Well, they need to open more registers for customers to pay, Ive seen a lot of customers (including me) with just 3 or 4 items and they have to spend 15 to 25 minutes just to pay. Some customers might be on quick and go, but the problem is they are going to spend time just waiting to pay for a simple thing. IVE NEVER SEEN WALMART LIKE THIS BEFORE... PLEASE WALMART PEOPLE...PLEASE... THIS HAVE TO CHANGE (OPEN MORE REGISTERS)....(PLEASE)...

It was clean & organized... registers moved well. I come here from time to time. I have always like this store since I 1st started coming here. Reps have always been cool. But, it is a little hood... so if u give attitude u r gonna get it back... I always try to be cool with everyone...so, I am good.

Never fully stocked .. This is my last resort walmart .. I had to cut my own sewing fabric .. Items are not all tagged its a guessing game.
