Horrible service at the pharmacy. They told me it would take an hour for the order. I came back an hour later and it was not ready they said 20min. I came back to 30min later they said get behind the car behind you and Im next and its still not ready. I arrived at 12:45 its 2min till 1:30pm. Ridiculous!!

This rite is pretty decent on the prices in the area of alcohol spirits. As far as other things go theyre about average. Customer service isnt bad at all.

Right off alondra they are located next to the grocery outlet. Its clean and well kept but I feel its hard to find what I need. Almost like the cough medicine is in the wrong place and the toothpaste is out of place. They have a pretty good pharmacy team who are approachable am willing to help.

Were from out of town and we LOVE the ice cream. We were late for the drive in movie and needed some quick malted chocolate chip crunch. The manager, a young guy, was awesome!!

Been trying to refill my prescritions and finally Rite Aid handled it for me quickly and professionally.

From the Pharmacist all the way to each and every member of the pharmacy staff are Unbelievably friendly and go out of thier way to assist you with upmost respect Ive been going thier for over 10 years and know everyone on fist name bases as soon as they see me they greet me with my name and smiles Hello how are you ? Welcome, happy holidays even Happy Birthday can you believe all there patients and they remember me on very personal touch, sure feels good to be treated this way. If i show up early and my meds arnt ready they get them for me very quickly again with a smile in thier faces, They remind me of my Vaccines I need and the pharmacist administers them pain free . I like going to the store. The employees are very nice except for the obvious undercover store person. Its this black girl that is so ghetto. She stares people up and down if they are just looking at the produc. Im sure you all have you seen her. shes black big lips and she has braces. She makes everybody feel so uncomfortable I think they need to get rid of employees like that. She scare way customers. Cause I know Im not going there anymore she make me feel like a criminal. Please resolve this problem soon for now I will not step foot in that store. Thank you

Its been two days that my son has left the hospital. I have dropped off the prescription two days ago. Pharmacy still has NOT called hospital to verify prescription! I called the hospital and they said the pharmacy has not called. I will pick up prescription today as soon as they open and go to another pharmacy. This is a shame.

Ok so this pharmacy isnt open on the hours google maps states, the staff shows up whenever, sometimes way past opening hours. Who does that?! This rite aid is about to lose a customer. Im sure they dont care, but if this keeps up I dont see myself being the only customer they lose. I mean these are our meds, kinda important NO?!

Called since now on automatic refill, already meds from last month, got call today, was just too early, lady spoke with was VERY RUDE said so just dont pick up, tried to explain why, she simply didnt even listen, last month they filled my prescription wrong, OMG pls make sure to check ru meds b4 leaving

Got Coors lite 20 bottles case from this store and got Miller lite in it labels were ripped box had glued case and expired beers...called the store and spoke to the assistant manager and he was not at all helpful...please don’t buy beers if you do please check looks like they do some monkeying in the store

I have back problems, I called from outside the store to ask for a product, immediately after an how can I help you once I start talking I was put on hold by the men who answer, so I walked in just to find him having a random conversation with a gentleman who seems to be a supervisor, everyone looks like if theyre unhappy @ all times, shame, with my business else where.

The staff in the pharmacy of this place is terrible, nothing collaborators, including Dr. Very bad experiences I had there, definitely when I changed pharmacy to receive all my childs medications I felt and saw the difference immediately.
