We were dealing with Steve. From the beginning we placed a roof order that he said would arrive in 2 weeks. It never came in the weeks after that. My husband went to pick up a different pattern of roofing. They were 4 ft longer and we needed to cut each one. He said he gave us a deal because of the previous issues with the first order. The pieces were moved to the truck 2 pieces at a time. My husband looked at the pieces on top as they were being moved. Everything looked fine. Once we got them home and started placing the roof on our project we noticed yellow markings (hidden from the sun) and the next piece was all dinged up. When we called to get them replaced, they aren’t available, especially because it’s a small order. It’s frustrating. They are in the middle of moving and say because it’s only two pieces it has to come on a bundle and may be awhile. Steve is a nice guy. I’m not questioning his integrity. I’m questioning his ability to get what we need and correct this situation. It’s been wushu washy since the very beginning.
