With an 11-year-old son who loves exotic cars and a little free time I stopped in even though everything in the lot is quite out of my league. Im pretty sure the staff knew that though. But they let him take pictures and a video, and let my kid be a kid enjoying beautiful cars. Beautiful products, and a very clean showroom. I was able to get a shirt that should fit him, and received probably the only receipt that Ill ever get from Lamborghini. All smiles though, happy kid, happy dad.

From the point of Sale through the car delivery and multiple follow ups, the customer experience has been superb! Very good experience buying a used BMW from this dealer. Sales people were highly professional and transparent - no hidden fees. I dealt with mostly Jason, cant thank him enough. We did most of the back and forth by texting, and I appreciate the flexibility. Love the car, loved the experience.

I will never step foot in this dealer again. From the second I walked in with my wife I was racially profiled. Salespeople whispering to each other clearly talking about us. No one greeted us or asked if we needed help. Very unwelcoming and uncomfortable feeling. I will take my business else ware. These people deserve zero stars

Excellent service and staff. My daughter loves lamborghinis and her dad and I wanted to surprise her by taking her to a showroom, we went to Lamborghini Paramus. We met Eddie and it was nothing short of amazing! My daughter had a most memorable experience and Eddie was delightful and awesome!

Jason Tinnes is the most dishonest car salesman Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. He has lied both before and after I purchased a car. It has been 40 days since and I now have no tags. I Have evidence of Jason misrepresenting the sale of the vehicle and no one at the dealership takes any form of responsibility. They dont call you back, they misrepresent themselves, and they misrepresent the vehicles they have for sale. Safe yourself the headache of going to this circus.

I purchased my Aventador at the Paramus location about a month and a half ago and still have not gotten my plates and registration. Ive called 4 times to get an update on when theyll be ready for me to pick up and Ive been left on hold for over 20 minutes, TWICE. Theyve transferred me to the service dept? Dont know what for... and also straight up hung up on me. Im a patient guy but at this point Im still driving around with temp tags that have been expired for almost 3 weeks now and I just dont want to get a ticket. But clearly these people dont care. Im beyond disappointed in customer service. I thought Id get treated a little better for spending literally thousands of dollars here but I guess not. I will not be buying from here again.

Make no mistake: it’s bloody fast. And it screams through the corners as if it weren’t on stilts at all. But, again, you’ll never do this. You’ll drive it normally and it’ll reward you by being normal. But if normal’s what you want, save 80 grand and buy a Range Rover.

The people there knew that we weren’t there to buy a car but they still gave us the true experience they are well trained and overall very nice people they go into details about the cars and the prices in the future we will be purchasing a car here this is the best dealership to go to. A couple of months ago we went into a Ferrari dealership and they were not so nice they didn’t even allow pictures and they didn’t want us in there they wanted us to leave. We were in the parking lot and a guy in a Rolls Royce pulls up and they open the doors for him and offered him water coffee they welcomed him but not us u guys were the complete opposite I can’t stress enough how nice you guys are

Came in looking to purchase as a first time Lamborghini buyer as i have collected Ferrari for years and always wanted a Lambo. I was barely greeted when I entered and when I asked to look inside she said all the salesman were busy and she did not know where the keys were (yeah right). When you are spending that amount of money you expect to be well taken care of...I was certainly not, most importantly you pay for the experience. I will most definitely be looking elsewhere.

If I could put zero stars I would! My experience with Lamborghini Paramus was very poor. I dropped off my lambo due to mechanical issues. They called me and told me there was an issue with two of my sensors and it would cost me about $3700 to fix it. I told them it was fine and approved the price and made sure they knew it had to be done by a certain day because my sisters wedding was coming up and I had promised her she could use the vehicle for her ceremony. After a few days they called me to tell me they test drove the car and the gear was no longer shifting. This did not make sense because the car has very low mileage and never gave me issues with the gear. Kevin Wilburn from sales stayed in communication with me through text messages but was not giving me the correct information. When I asked him about the car and how long it would take to be fixed he said he would get back to me but I never heard from him until my husband called him to find out. I did not have my car for a month and was not able to bring it to my sisters wedding. Jeff Drajin is now telling me it is going to cost $4375.02 to fix all the damages on the car even though my gear was working fine prior to me bringing it into the shop. If you are looking to send your car to Lamborghini Paramus please keep in mind there is a chance your car will be mistreated and you will be overcharged for it. Their customer service was subpar and did not make me feel like they were doing absolutely everything in their power to lower the cost of these damages. Very disappointed! We were mistreated and over charged for something that was not our fault!! Terrible service! Youve been warned!

Purchased a preowned vehicle from Lamborghini of Paramus and was extremly satisfied. They treated me like I was buying a new Lamborghini and I very much apreaciated that. From negotiating to delivery everything was top noth. Tthe finance manger was also exceptional. They also valued my time, unlike several dealers ive experienced in the past that keep you at the dealers for hours, just because. If I can afford a Lamborghini in the future, it would certainly be from Prestige. Excellent!!!
