Margaret is an equestrian. I have ridden with her countless miles. Her Daddy, Gordon, realized Mtn horses are special. Her knowledge, intellect, and appreciation, is something I will always appreciate. As do I the thoroughbred industry. And I love the treasures Loc Lea sells. Margaret is a treasure. “A horse is a horse-of course-LOL. Love you Margie.

I love the books and art that I bought at Loch Lea Antiques when I lived in Lexington. They will remind me forever of a place that I love very much.
Found something really cool here that was a tribute to a horse from the farm I currently live on in Paris. Just overall very historical and the coolest place to spend some time going through things. Thoroughbred people will definitely enjoy the items they can find.
I always find something special they have some very hard to find horse stuff which is why I always come back
Beautiful shop with amazing rare historic collectables. Particularly of interest if you are fond of the equestrian life. Wonderful time spent with the very knowledgeable staff!!
A pleasant atmosphere and experience; with a blend of Kentucky and equestrian heritage.
If you like small town charm, friendly knowledgeable owners, and wonderful finds, you really need to stop by this antique store.
One of Kentuckys last great antiques shops where quality and tradition of the Bluegrass prevail.
Good selection.
Very expensive but great merchandise!
