I was surprised how fast it took to service my truck!

We had a crack on a plastic outside door panel on a 2019 XT4 Cadillac that was under warranty. To my suprise the part was at Peppers in a couple of days. The installation went great.

Shane was easy to work with, and listened to my concerns and questions. He also helped me set up my phone connections to the radio. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

I drove down to Peppers after buying a Sequoia there in the past. I needed a new Chevrolet work truck and Todd Crain met me on the lot. He didnt have what I needed, but found one. It went so well, I decided to look for a Ram truck for my husband and his business. Todd found that one too. Got them both ready on the same day to make it easy on me. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle at this dealership, but it was not due to the staff. I called about a vehicle and spoke with Mr. Patterson. Since we lived in Clarksville and the drive was an hour, Mr Patterson offered to wait for us on that Saturday evening. For personal reasons, we still werent able to make it, but he promised to call us on Monday. True to his word, he called and did his best to find a vehicle to suit our needs.

I went to have new key made for my GMC so I can unlock car by remote everyone was very polite and helping it only took a few mins and I no longer have to heard alarm go off when I open door with key Im very happy
