I’ve used iParis several times and always gotten good, quick service at a fair price. I took my wife’s tablet in because it wouldn’t charge for Dakota to look at one week before they moved. There was an issue with it (no details) that was of GREAT concern. Dakota went above and beyond to remedy the issue. He is a man of integrity and will always have my business.

NOT 1 BUT MINUS 5 STARS! Needed a cell phone battery $, which was not in stock.Was told I had to buy a new facing as well $$ . . . just to replace the battery. Had to pay in advance for it to be delivered (not in stock). Showed up 2 working days later, per schedule, to find out that they forgot to/could not obtain said battery (no contact from them). 3 more working days I called and was told to wait another 3 days for delivery. They quickly took my credit card money. Had to drive back to their business to get a credit card refund. Lets see if they refund my money as quickly as well. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE $250 AND 2 WEEKS TO REPLACE A CELL PHONE BATTERY! They obviously have a lot of business and obviously think that they are king of Paris. Not for me!

They ordered part and it came in promptly. Then they repaired phone even faster. I will use them again.

Had my Moto black out on me ((phone took it literal on BlackOutTuesday)) and he was able to fix it quickly, turns out he had the wrong screen on it but replaced the right one for free the very next day.

Both time I’ve used Iparis I’ve only had one problem and that’s my phone screen not being as responsive and having to tap a few times every now and again but Idk it that’s them or that just happens when the screen is replaced

I see this smart, organized, compact shop across the lot from Paris Coffee Co every time I stop in at Tejas Plaza. Today I was looking for an impact cover for my Samsung S7. They had a wide selection.They advertise for:📞 LCD Repair📞 Battery Repair📞 Speaker Repair📞 Charge Port Repair💧 Water Damage Repair

This store wanted to charge me $360 dollars for a front glass on my S9+. I asked why the glass cost so much and was told that they replace the lcd screen and glass together even if the actual lcd screen is just fine and doesnt need to be replaced. That sounds like an absolute rip off to me, and I would rate them less than 1 star but it wont let me!
