Nice employees and very helpful

Despite this being Christmas time during an already stressful year, I found that this store really has what it takes to keep my business. I ordered a streamdeck and after 2 weeks still didnt have it due to issues with FedEx. Wade, at this Gamestop location, went so far above and beyond for me. He called FedEx to try to help redirect the package to the store, and when neither of us could get anywhere he drove 2 hours to a sister store to pick one up so I could have it before Christmas. Ive never experienced customer service like that before. He really works hard to problem solve and doesnt pass the buck. I will make a point to support this store instead of buying gaming supplies from other places. Very appreciative of Wade. There arent many employees out there like him.

Lately this store has been sub par at best. The shelves and bins are always in disarray, greetings only seem to happen when the store is positively dead, and ordering items to pick up? Good luck. Despite having my order accepted and confirmed, the gift cards used, my money off coupon accepted, and the money withdrawn from my account, I was not selected to get the copy of the game I ordered online to pick up at the store due to a quote confused computer in this store. As of right now, nothing has been refunded to any of my accounts and despite employees claiming there is no stock (despite my PURCHASING AND PAYING FOR ONE) the website is STILL showing plenty in stock. Ill be making the trek to the Nashville or Jackson Prestige stores for my game shopping instead of spending another dime in this store.

Wade was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure that my son was able to purchase a digital 1 terabyte Xbox. We had asked him to hold it and it ended up being sold to another family due to the store being crazy busy on Christmas Eve. Wade called a nearby store and is personally leaving to go and pick up one of these consoles so my son will be able to purchase it. We really appreciate it and realize he didnt have to do this. Especially on one of the busiest days of the year.

Very helpful and friendly employees. Very good selections. Used games and gaming systems are a great money saver. Be sure to spend the extra $1 or $2 for the warranty. If you have games or equipment you no longer want or need, you can sell it to them for either credit or cash. The power up rewards card is a great value even if you are only going a few times.

I love looking at their merchandise. There arent many places in such a rural area where you can find officilly licensed game-themed products like tees and accessories as well as video games and board games based on popular game franchises.

Extremely helpful knowledgeable customer service. Great deals and wide variety of games and electronics. Highly RECOMMEND Cricket phone service from them. They help with issues so you dont even have to call the call center for simple fixes. Cant say enough nice about the employees.

Went there about a Cricket phone the lady claimed she couldnt use computers but the man came out after hearing the conversation and went straight to Cricket online. Its been over a week said the cell would be working and it is yet to be working yet. Money wasted and they have excellent service. If she didnt want to fool with it just say so. She was well versed on gaming systems since she kept my son entertained while the guy worked on the phone.

Great friendly service

GameStop would get a higher rating, but they going people. They offer you $2 for a game you buy for $65 and then resell at $40+...they could give people a little more money. Its a tad ridiculous I get its a business, but you dont have to make over 1000% profit on everything

I frequent this store quite often. The staff is always well informed and willing to help. My biggest problem lies with the company as a whole not with this particular store. When trading in used games you will not get a fair market value. I think most people expect that going into it but it is something that should be taken into consideration. Otherwise this is a great place to go pick up new and used games or if you have questions regarding games.

Even though my transaction didnt go as I would have hoped. Alisha was very kind and her bubbly personality really made the experience.

Great staff, great selections and very helpful. They went the extra mile to obtain new controllers for a console I own which is no longer in production. Lemme explain: when I bought the last controller they had in stock and it turned out to be faulty, not only did the lady start tearing through the computer to find exactly what I needed, she even gave me a much more expensive wireless controller to use for free while I waited for the new controller(s) to arrive. Ive never had any problems exchanging games or getting excellent deals when upgrading consoles, and they have always been very fair and honest with me. I do NOT give such praise quickly or easily!

I was stumped and my daughter wanted this thing to go with the play station 4 and no other place had it and another person at another store did not help me find what I was looking for. When I went to gamestop I found a woman and she was so helpful and nice and she helped me find everything I was looking for

Just a rip off all around. Too high priced when you can get everything they have cheaper online. Their used items are supposed to be cleaned before resale but ours was disgusting!!!! Never have a good outcome when we go here...and their staff are rude, and cant count back change that is calculated for them...I mean seriously!? Train these people or hire someone with the experience to run this place. Thats why a lot of the stores are closing all over.

They have a good selection of new and used games and equipment. Friendly staff. It is too crowded, especially if there are several customers.

Amanda was very helpful in sending a game to another location for me! I expected it to arrive within a week, but it only took 2 days because she went the extra mile and got it out with the mail the same day I called. The sale wasnt even for her specific store and her customer service was on point. 10/10 confirmed, would buy from Game Stop again!

My husband traded his games in today (8/7/16) and wanted to pre-order No Mans Sky. The lady working was super helpful and even ordered it to be sent to the Clarksville location which is closer to where he works. She had a very pleasant disposition and was very accommodating. I definitely recommend shopping there!
