The cheeseburgers & fries taste great and could easily compete with chains like Steak and Shake. The prices are reasonable and you still get a nice quantity of food. Highly recommend this to anyone passing through. Its totally worth it and its in close proximity to the lake.

This little place has some really great food. Now dont expect 5-star dining, but do expect some great grilled food. Good conversation and local information. This place also has fishing supplies and a small grocery area ( I do mean small). Good prices and great food what else do you need.

Known Dale and Nancy for 20 plus years now better people you will not find. When I was away from home for 3 years upon returning I headed straight there for one of their cheese burgers and fries after greating me as a DEAR FRIEND Owner Dale said this meal is on him welcome home. Stop by and see if you dont feel at home there.

Best place to stop for all your fishing needs right at the lake

Dale is a great, warm hearted and caring man That makes the tacklebox the great place I frequented daily for a long time. His son on the other hand has the intelligence of a wet dog fart and assumes and accuses people of things they didnt do

Good food, very pricey for the amount of food served(small amount of Frys served with the burgers). Nice people running the place.
