I place an order for an in stock item on the website, it was acknowledged and my credit card was charged. The next day the item was back ordered and my card refunded. I immediately went to the website, and found the item in stock, only it was $100. more. I replaced my order which was accepted and processed. The back order policy states that they will honor the original price and make adjustments if the item is back in stock within 30 days. THEY DID NOT HONOR THEIR POLICY. Beware that their pricing may be questionable.

On 10/28/21 google search found thegundock,com has a discontinued Leupold RDS in stock at a good price. Placed order, no update until 11/02/21 they emailed, ask drivers license or utility bill for address verification. Fair enough. Called thegundock.com and spoke to a lady Just want to confirm if you DO have this in stock before I send my proof of address Yes, we DO have this item in stock Had a bad feeling because her response was way too quick, anyways went ahead emailed proof. Today 11/03/21 logged in to check if my order was updated, was not that surprised to find order now shows out of stock and canceled. POOR customer service to say at least.

Let me just say Im a renewed licensed gun owner but have never purchased a gun. The owner made me comfortable explained the procedure adequately enough for me to understand and it took all of a week if that from the time I ordered to get to my local FFL... there was one rude person but the owner took care of that for me. I wish I had the option to give 0 stars. Gun Dock list false reasonable prices on Gun Broker and will not honor the listing by canceling the purchased. My initial FFL stated that they would be able to accept my order before I purchased but then later stated that they could not accept the transfer due to county restrictions after I made the purchase through your site. I immediately notified GunDock via email and Morgan stated that he/she would notify me once they contacted the warehouse. I did not receive a response. I also chose another FFL that would accept my order. I called and spoke to Blake. He stated he was updating my info and that my firearm would be shipped out once he received the FFL approval. I then received an email shortly after stating that my order was cancelled due to the first FFL not accepting the transfer and I would need to repurchase. I do not understand why the order was cancelled when I called to change the FFL. Also, when I tried to repurchase, the listing was removed. I was looking forward to purchase more firearms through their site however will not be doing so due to this experience. I repurchased the same firearm with the updated FFL information through Grab A Gun and was very happy with the transaction!

Excellent service. Since all the gun shops do not have any guns, we went online. I was having problems when I tried to pay, then my wife told me that one of her co-workers recommended Gun Dock .com. My wife was guided through the purchasing process by a phone employee, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted.

I dont typically leave reviews unless I am sure one way or another about a company. I have now ordered a handful of times from this company and I can say that every instance has been extremely positive. The prices are competitive and the customer service has been great every time I have had to call in with a question. One thing is worth mentioning...they have an automated fraud checking system that looks at their orders. If you are flagged like I was the last few times, dont get frustrated. I called them and it was immediately taken care of. I cant blame them for implementing something like this in todays world where fraud seems to be rampant. If you have any doubts or reservations about doing business with this company...give it a chance like I did. After multiple orders, I am a very satisfied customer and will be placing another order in the next few weeks.

The price was right, the gun was in stock, but the website is not iPad compatible, it would not allow me to place an order. Had to move to my desktop to finish up. After the order was place and the FFL confirmed, it took TWO weeks to “process and ship”. I find that unacceptable for an item that was advertised as in stock.

I was looking for a hard-to-find Browning trap shotgun when I came across the GunDock website. They had one listed at a very good price and I emailed them to confirm its availability. A positive reply came back in a couple of hours, and I ordered it through the shopping cart check out. Everything was easy and smooth: almost like ordering a book from Amazon. Their customer service was prompt and responsive. My order was quickly confirmed by email and shipped out the next day to my local FFL with a UPS tracking number. I ordered the gun on Tuesday, and picked it up on Thursday – extraordinary turn around time! The gun arrived in perfect condition and I am very happy with the entire process. Buyer beware!!!!! I ordered a rifle from thegundock and never received it. Turns out they are advertising guns they do not even have in stock. Their guns are on back order. I have in writing the email from them stating that this happens regularly and an apologize for any inconvenience. It is definitely an inconvenience to order a rifle only to finally be contacted 13 days later and found out they do not even have it.

I ordered 3 pistols from TheGunDock the other day. Placing the order was easy, but it was the first time I had to actually contact my FFL to contact them before they would ship. I called the next day to see if they had received my FFL signed BS, and a very nice lady looked it up and said yep it will ship out within a few days, which it did. I received the 3 pistols quickly, and in brand new condition as advertised(One Kel-Tec pistol did have a broken case, but Ive had guns shipped in cardboard boxes stronger than the plastic cases they ship guns in nowadays.) Bought a g17 p80 frame gunbroker and got flagged by them for fraud and got my account banned, cleared the fraud Up and purchased the frame only received 1 email from them about it and haven’t gotten any shipping information or anything like that have sent about 5 emails and no response or anything indicating when someone will get back to me terrible customer serviceAlso wasn’t told about them feeling unsafe about sending my frame until a month after placing the order and them taking my money. They don’t feel comfortable when you provide the right I.d but they feel comfortable taking your money.

I have been trying to purchase a suppressor and several back and forth communications due to technical difficulties. This group had incredible customer service I received.  The frustrations were handled with professionalism and the communication was steller!  I got emails on a Sunday evening!  Top notch service! Worste online experience of my life. Will never do business with this company again. Its hard to believe there is still companies like this afloat in 2020. Placed an order and my account was debited. Two weeks later, no email or confirmation of shipping. Contacted company and three days later received a response saying my order was canceled. No reason why, only that it was canceled. Luckily the money was credited back. Take it from me and just steer clear of this company. Not worth the non-existant customer service you will receive.

My transaction with TheGunDock was perfect. I placed my order for a S&W 9mm EZ on 12/31 (right before a holiday). I received an email almost immediately confirming the order. I though it would process slowly given my timing, but the item shipped the following Monday 1/4, and I was at my FFL on 1/7 picking up my firearm. 7 days from order to delivery. I received a tracking number and received notification from both the USPS and my FFL within an hour or two of delivery.

Their thirdparty financing options are a predatory sham in which youre not told that youre only RENTING the products and must again pay them at the end of the term... and their customer support is non-existent.I wouldve preferred to settle this matter in in private, but since I have attempted to reach out to them for MONTHS now with no response, I have reached out to an attorney in this matter.I will never do business with this company or its associates again, and I would strongly advise others to do the same.

It took them over 2 weeks to ship and when I asked for a tracking number, they sent me a tracking number for someone elses order. I repeatedly asked them for MY tracking number, only to be met with silence. Finally, I told them I was going to reverse the charge on my card and they sent me my tracking number.... There is no phone number to call on their website, only an email address. I wont be ordering with them again.

Checking out was no issue, however there was no indication of a “two week lead time” till after I checked out. Not a big deal though I can wait two weeks for my item to ship right? Took 25 days for my belt to finally ship and that was after I sent multiple emails. The owner was one of the ones that emailed me back so I guess that’s nice that he took the time to do that.

I have tried to be patient and I understand shipping times are extended but we’re now at 18 days and I haven’t gotten one single thing back yet on the status of my orders. Alright where to start.... Im from the Land of the Liberals (Colorado, not all of us are demons) and I was looking for a compliant Smith & Wesson M&P AR-15. TheGunDock was SO accommodating and helped me by substituting a smaller magazine (15 rounds or less) so I could purchase the gun off their website. Nowadays with Covid-19 everything is so delayed and backordered that it usually takes an entire week or longer to ship (this is not anyones fault). ***Buyer Beware*** Placed an order for a firearm on 4/20/20. Immediately received an email about extended shipping times due to COVID 19. Email stated that 2 week processing was worst case scenario. I emailed immediately and agreed to processing delay. A week later, I checked order status on website. A message “awaiting response about extended shipping time” appeared at the top. I emailed them immediately stating that I responded. A automated email from web support stated to allow 48 hours for a response. I never received a response. A week later while checking status, same message appears. I emailed again. Received another automated email stating to allow 48 hours for a response. Didn’t receive a response. Checked again on 5/2/20... status still the same. Emailed on 5/3/20.... same automated response. Received no information on status. On 5/5/20, status message changed to pending. I monitored that a few days. Emailed this morning to get an update on status. A few hours later. I receive an email stating my order was cancelled and a refund was initiated on my card. I didn’t receive any information on my order status until today. They held on to my money for nearly 3 weeks without an ounce of communication. Over the last 3 weeks, I’ve called twice. You only receive a long message asking to be patient.... then a disconnect. I’ve sent several emails and received not one personal response to my order status. I’m of the same sentiments as the others that left 1-star reviews. I just can’t recommend a company that doesn’t communicate effectively with customers. I truly wanted to give this company an opportunity to earn my future business. However, being placed in limbo for weeks isn’t a good feeling. Word of advice..... respond to an email.... accept a call or two.... do something to keep a customer informed. Don’t string them along then drop them. First impression is a lasting one.
