I highly recommend this place for body work on you vehicle. A deer ran into my car and they did an amazing job, it looked brand new when it was returned to me. Customer service was awesome as well, they keep you informed every step of the way so you will not have to sit around wondering whats going on with your vehicle. Awesome job!!!!!

They did a great job erasing the accident! I loved the service the 15 days they had my car. They updated you twice/day it seemed like. You could see pictures online. They seem very honest and they care about customer service. I had 1 let down throughout the whole experience but it wouldnt keep me from using them again. Great company to work with!

The quality of their body work is excellent. Weve used them twice and both times we were very pleased. Caliber has excelllent customer service and communicates every phase of repair with descriptions and photos. They also regulatly text and even call. Email response is prompt. I would not hesitate to choose them again.

After a very scary encounter with a deer,, my insurance company stated that Caliber Collision was a certified shop and they 100% guarantee their work for the life of my car. Well thats a very big guarantee and now I see why. Caliber is extremely professional and timely- They definitely do what they say and keep you informed via text every step of the way. I used this auto repair shop with GEICO to fix my bumper due to an accident. These guys did an amazing job and my car looks newer than prior to the accident. They’re very efficient and keep you updated on the process via text; which is amazing so you don’t have to wonder how much longer. Pictures of progress were uploaded as well. I would definitely recommend anyone needing work done to come in and let them do it. Beyond satisfied with the work done and they gave my car a detail. Nice plus.

I was very pleased with my experience at Caliber Collision. If most people are like me, they are not happy about the circumstances that bring you to a car repair and body shop but it helps, in the event that you do, to have excellent and professional customer service, excellent quality of work and convenience. That was my experience at Caliber Collision’s Park Fork location. I worked with John, he explained the entire process and everything went even smoother than I could have expected. Even when I called him with questions about the charges, he made sure I understood and was comfortable with the explanation. My car was ready almost a week sooner than the estimated date of completion, which help with my rental charges, and when my car was returned I was very pleased with the outcome. I was also pleased with how clean it was, inside and out. John explained that it had been sanitized, which was especially important to me given the current state of health concerns during this time. I’m not wishing for any accidents or anything like that for anyone, however, if something unforeseen or unfortunate happens to your vehicle, I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision in Park Forest for your repairs.
