Scheduled a Covid test online 2 days ago, went through the drive thru at the Scheduled time and they told me they arent doing covid tests! Then why is it available online? Absolutely zero professionalism, and a waste of time and money!

The workers in the pharmacy are rude, and will not answer the phone. I called the store and asked to speak with a store manager after 4 days of not being able to speak with anyone in the pharmacy. The store manager was finally able to help fill my prescription but was equally as rude and ended by literally hanging up on me. Needless to say, I will be using another drug store moving forward.

Was on hold for almost an hour with he pharmacy since I need my meds they never filled and they hung up on me and kept putting me back on hold. I heard a person pick up the phone many times and no one answered.... need my medication Ill be switch pharmacies.

I went to Walgreens to get a vaccine and the wait time was terrible there are only two pharmacy technicians there and they were working the drive-thru customers coming in and getting vaccines. The store very unorganized and the prices of things that were on sale were not even on display. Then the cashier would not even let me use my credit and my coupons or My Rewards to Walgreens.

This has got to be the WORST Walgreens Pharmacy ever! I’ve seen bad reviews for a lot of the Walgreens pharmacies, but this one takes the cake! Just moved out to Park Forest, so great! ———— Walgreens is only 3 minutes away! No one EVER answers ——— prescriptions are NEVER ready ——— just TERRIBLE!!My son is now a week overdue taking a VERY IMPORTANT psychotropic medication! Walgreens in South Holland has long lines, but they answer the phones for the most part, and get my mom’s and son’s medications to them ON TIME! Sad I have to drive 30 minutes to pick up meds. Park Forest Walgreens gets ZERO stars!!!!!!!! PERIOD!

The store itself is fine.The pharmacy is severely understaffed and overworked. I have difficulties with filling two out of ten prescriptions. The mobile app does not work properly and is garbage. The internet site does not work properly and is garbage.All of the money that Walgreens as a company has and they do not care about their employees or their customers.

Pharmacy could atleast pick up the phone and say I’m sorry at this time we not accepting calls instead of picking up the phone and slamming it back down. On hold for about 45 min. The lines at the pharmacy are over 10 min wait. This place need more staff. People want to support their local stores but not the way they handling things. Covid is also not an excuse. Other places are running perfectly and will be going to those locations from here on forward. If I can give it 0 starts I would. Sorry excuse of a pharmacy.

This store deserves 0 stars. This stores customer service is terrible...from the managers (Mel being the main nasty one)and a few of the cashiers. I came in there on Saturday March 27th around noon, The cashier (Zoe or Joel) tried ringing me up for a item and she could not find the price for it so she proceeded to tell me to get another item...Ummm excuse me. The last time I checked, I’m the customer, you get it, you do a price check! She was rude and dint say thank u when I did! She better be glad I needed that item and I was in a hurry because other than that I would have left that item there and walked out. I truly hope Walgreens cooperate is reading these reviews about this store because they need to rehire a more friendlier staff.

Dont bother trying to get curbside here. Two hours after I placed my order (& was charged) I called the store to see when my order would be ready. After being passed around on hold, I spoke with someone who, after finding out while I was calling, said let me check the device. So they had no idea someone was waiting on an order. I was told that the associate would get the order together immediately. A few moments later I got a text saying the order was cancelled. The manager was rude & dismissive. Ill never go there again.

I constantly have issues with the pharmacy staff with my prescription. There’s always a delay or for some reason they can’t “find the prescription.” Then when you call and ask questions everyone has an attitude or acts like they cannot do anything to help you. I had to have the actual STORE MANAGER fix my prescription as the pharmacists were too incompetent to figure out the problem. Wish I could give 0 stars It’s one thing to mess stuff up but it’s an entirely different thing to not even want to rectify the situation.

I was at this place for my COVID staff really slow they don’t know how to treat a customer except for one lady that was working there on 04/20/21 at 1:45 pmThe guys that was wearing a white uniform was giving up the vaccines super slow and he WAS NOT wearing cloves he doesn’t realize that we still on the pandemic he was touching the cottons and band-aid with his bare hand this was my first and last time there BAD EXPERIENCE

This location has the worst customer service. I was a usual customer at this location, but almost every visit, I was given a hard time. The cashiers were very pleasant, however, my worst experiences are due to poor management. Melanie and Danielle are the worst assistant managers because of their poor attitudes, and I have witnessed Danielle disrespecting other customers, alongside myself. They make excuses as to why they are not honoring certain promotions, which is very misleading. I had to contact a customer service representative to ask if they were not allowed to honor a 25% off coupon and I was told that they are supposed to accept the promotion. If I were you, I would avoid this location at all costs.

Bought 2 Loreal excellence hair colors because I had a $5.00 coupon. The coupon expired 4/25/20. The cashier couldnt get the coupon to work. He said it doesnt start until 4/5/20. What? Its a coupon, put it in manually. He didnt. He said I dont know what to tell you, it doesnt work. So Im out $5.00 dollars? Very poor customer service.

This is probably one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. I once waited in like with a fever for 45 minutes just to pick up my already filled antibiotic prescription. It doesnt matter what time of the day you go, the line at the pharmacy is always terrible. If I could go somewhere else I would. I think some better pharmacy employees would be a good move for Walgreens.

I walk in on my way to work to pick up three prescriptions. They say the pharmacist is on lunch for 30 minutes. The website says from 11-1130am is the meal period. Now I need to wait an extra day. I didn’t even want to give them 1 star.

I went for a photo pick up. 5/21The store is alright. The photo counter is a MESS. NO ONE was there. The cashier had to come help me out, only after about a few minutes waiting. Someone should really be at the photo counter at all times not just have the cashier do both jobs.Store seemed clean and stocked. The cashier welcomed me into the stores as well as other cudtomers which was a nice touch

I came to the store simply to get two photos printed. First of all the photo computer was down and no one was behind the counter. To make matters worse there were two employees about 10 feet away just telling me it’s been doing that all day. I asked them if they were going to restart it, they said just use the app. I was so perplexed by the total lack of customer service. I asked do you often give personal service from a distance and they just remained silent. They seemed to have no idea of how to assist me. Then after I got really frustrated I downloaded the app and uploaded my pictures. I asked if they received them and the response was “I don’t know and even if I do it will take 30 minutes because I have orders in front of yours.” She didn’t realize it but their printer ran out of paper. While I was waiting, I heard the two employees say this guy is crazy and start laughing. I patiently waited for my pictures while entering this complaint. Yes, I am sitting here entering this complaint. They do not the courtesy to provide an apology or offer any explanation why a customer came in and had to wait nearly one hour for just 2 photo prints. I’m never coming here again. It was supposed to be for a surprise to my wife.

Put a prescription in at 4 p.m., returned at 6:30 p.m only to be told I had another hour. I sat for 1 and 1/2 hrs. Not to mention the staff walked around with such non chalant demeanor😠😠😠😠 SAD oh did I mention the prescription was for a 6 yr old child with strep Never again.

I stopped a long time ago getting prescriptions filled. It took forever with poor attitudes by the staff. I sure miss Sue. Recently, I needed an eye dropper the Frankfort Walgreens said they could order it in one day. I told them I live in Park Forest so I will order it there. I go to the Walgreens in Park Forest, I am told the order does not go through the pharmacy but the general store. The manager tells me it will be at least a week and more costs than the Frankfort Walgreens quoted. Needless to say I purchased it back in Frankfort.

This location is completely incompetent. I am taking life saving medications and regularly when I place the order for my refills of the meds that MUST be taken together they only give me one of the items which then causes me to be unable to take my medication and also throws off the refill dates on the medication at the time I am writing this review I am 20 days off my medication only to pick it up and still be missing 2 of the four medications needed which will throw me off yet again... THEY ARE LITERALLY KILLING ME... I’m at the point where I am going to get my attorney involved

Prices a bit expensive on some items, but excellent on others. Amazing sales! For example I bought a 1.75 ltr. (the big bottle) Captain Morgans spiced rum there for $12 or $13.99 on sale around a month or two ago. Normally those are $30 or more! Pharmacy staff is very friendly, but soooooooooo understaffed that it compromises their service sadly. Hopefully that has been fixed by now because I called customer service and complained to the management regarding this issue.

The African Pharmacy Tech at this location is rude as hell!! I asked to refill my prescription. She started questioning me about why I needed more meds, when I just got them filled. I had went out to eat the day before. And forgot my meds at the restaurant. I did not trust taking the meds. After not having them in my possession for over 24 hours. She was so rude and she hung up on me.. I will be me calling corporate!

This is one of the worst pharmacies. How Walgreens can expect the staff to do their job when Walgreens has cut staff, made them work more hours and the working conditions which I see the staff working under is very stressful to say the least. Walgreens needs to add more personnel in the pharmacy to help the workers and the customers.I guess when Amazon enters the pharmacy business every one will be switching to Amazon.

Pharmacy is inefficient and must have the longest wait time of any pharmacy Ive been to. Whether youre coming in to pick up or calling on the phone. I once waited over 30 minutes on hold. Twice Ive waited in line only to be told my Rx wasnt ready yet and to come back in an hour. Simply the worst.
