This is the worst company on earth ...ran by a kid no more that 28 to 32 years of age. I payed over 700 dollars to repair my sliding door and screen ...the very next day BOTH sliding glass door and screen came off track...the kid who claims to be the owner say it’s not our fault. The screen door was coming off because of the door guild on the bottom and said to me I don’t understand why your upset..

Galron Sliding Doors communicated very well and assured me on what was expected before the job started based on a lot of experience. When they discovered complications of our wall, they got creative on the fly and were still able to fix the door within the project end time. They were very professional, quick, and respectful. I would recommend them highly.

Stay away from this company! Very NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE!! Not a business man that puts the customers satisfaction first. ZERO INTEGRITY! This guy claimed he could fix my patio door. He charged me $675 for a door that still leaks! He came back a 2nd time with a caulking gun which did not solve the poor workmanship he did the first time. After the 3rd call back, he showed up with a piece of flashing to try to do a 5 minute patch job instead of redoing his original job that was done poorly. When I requested a refund for his poor workmanship, he told me that he was losing money on me! He promises a 1 year warranty. Nope...this punk blows you off! I see on another review that the customer was given a refund! Wheres mine, Ron?!? Dont believe his responses here. He tries to pass off the blame on the customer. I posted a before and after picture of the door. This is not a fraud review. I’m a very dissatisfied customer.

My screen on my patio sliding doors doesn’t stay on track. My main glass door doesn’t stay on track. Because of this I avoided using the door altogether. I decided to give Galron a call after a quick internet search. The quickness and simplicity that they fixed my problem with made me feel bad for waiting this long.

Thankful l found someone great to replace screens in 4 of our patio doors. Aligned & adjusted rollers. Didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need. Owner is very responsive, courteous, and meticulous. Called them off the cuff to see if they might be able to replace one of the 80 year old glass panels in my uncommon wooden storm door. Ron was wonderful and came as soon as he could, and took it on as a challenge! He went well out of his way to find matching glass, had it shipped and actually did the first phase of the repair yesterday!
