Got flat tire. Came if to check if can be patched. Waited for almost two hours just to wait that it can’t be repaired. Paid $15 for that.

I brought my car here for a flat that needed to be fixed, I am a newly single mother that was use to husband doing repairs, ordered a tire they put it on quickly then a few days later low and behold the other tire has a flat(I hate construction season) but was stuck out at orientation at work, they drove out put my spare on for me to make sure I could pick my daughter up from daycare.... this company is amazing ...will be using in future for my car needs

Got a tire with a nail this morning when arriving to work, was able to drive to Park Ridge Auto Repair and Service. They were amazing, professional and actually assisted me with a ride to my job which was close by. It doesnt end there but they also picked me up from my job to retrieve my car. Words cant express what they did for me. If your having car troubles definitely want to get the work done at this location.

I recently got my truck fixed for a faulty cooling system, paid 1300 for a radiator and radiator hoses and thermostat, I am a 25 year old and don’t know much about cars, but when I received my truck there was noticeable scratches on the front bumper on both sides as if it was slid on the floor and a loose screw in my battery compartment near the serpentine belt, I had went to get my truck fixed and was told I was over charged for this repair by another auto shop and shown repair quotes and part quotes, I believe strongly I was taken advantage of and do not recommend this shop, you will and can find better options . Terrible attitude by elderly man John at the front desk . I feel humiliated.
