We wanted to make the correct choice on a bed since its such a big investment and they didnt ever rush us, but allowed us to enjoy the time to pick the right bed. They assisted with financing when the time came and we were ready. They helped us with getting the best price and getting a second mattress for our little guy.Overall I would highly recommend this mattress firm site and if I ever need another mattress, Ill be making my purchase here. Miscommunication that was finally resolved with the store reaching out to me after posting a review with low marks and submitting a request to corporate. Thank you for finally explaining and resolving the issue around reimbursement. Keeping at 4 stars as it took way more effort than needed to finally receive an answer. If I may humbly recommend, it would be infinitely more helpful if all parts of the transaction would be listed in a receipt. Weeks of back and forth and frustration could have been avoided.

Bought a mattress from a nice man named Spencer at this location on 8/26/20. The delivery was initially scheduled for 8/31/20 but the item was backordered. The delivery date was first delayed one week, then two, then over a month! Spencer reached out to me and left messages every time the delivery would need to be rescheduled and tentatively secured a date each time (I work odd hours so I could not answer his calls). After the third reschedule, he suggested we come back to pick a new mattress. I understand that he has no control over the manufacturer; he was sincerely apologetic even though it was not his fault...he just wanted us to be happy with our expensive purchase. When my husband and I returned, Randy helped us pick out a great mattress (better quality for no extra cost) and it was delivered 2 days later. These guys were fantastic! No upselling, no pressure...and handled a difficult circumstances (that was out of their control) extremely well. Will definitely return.

I had the pleasure of being one of the first customers of this Mattress firm location. It opened right in my neighborhood at the exact time my wife and I decided we needed to replace our current 10 year old mattress.I worked with Randy, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. He was willing to work with me on the price and I closed a deal in my very first visit. The icing on the cake was that the mattress was delivered 3 hours later! I’d highly recommend visiting not just this Mattress Firm, but also Randy!

Service was great, and the mattress was exactly as advertised.

I came into the store in January looking to get a king size mattress. Pretty much bought it. I setup the finances through their progressive leasing. They told me after 90 days I have the option to buy the rest of the mattress off at 60% off the remaining Balance. Well learned that was a Lie. I spoke to that company several times telling me the same thing. Now after the 90 days I am told that I need to pay the whole mattress down with no 60% off. I would not recommend this company. Nor their financing company either.

Im telling you to run not walk to the 116 S Northwest Hwy Mattress Firm. When your there you ask for Earl Hampton. He makes finding your mattress that you dreaded on getting a breeze. Who new when working with Earl he would make your mattress dreams come true.
