After walking by this shop my whole life as a Park Ridge native, I couldn’t wait for my turn to shop at Reddington and it absolutely lived up to the hype I had for it. The staff at Reddington Bridal are exceptional. I went back on more than one occasion to try on several dresses, and they also ordered me dresses that aren’t normally in their store that I wanted to try on. Karen went above and beyond for me to make me feel comfortable and confident despite how nervous I was for dress shopping. My bridal team and I had the best time with them. We were laughing and having fun every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Suzanne and Karen are absolutely amazing! I had a wonderful experience with them. They know what you are looking for when you share your inspiration board and theyre not pushy about trying to sell you anything off the rack. I worked in the fashion industry for many years, and I was so impressed with their service for me to prepare me for my special day. I highly recommend this lovely one-of-a-kind boutque.

My dress is a dream come true. I would come here a thousand times if I could because Connie & Suzanne just made picking my wedding dress an amazing, memorable, and super exciting moment that I will always cherish, just like I said in the beginning, a dream come true. I tried probably 5 or 6 different shops before Reddington Bridal and they knew exactly what I was asking for while I was describing it, finding a dress is not easy when you just picture it in your head and you want that to be a reality. Connie & Suzanne helped me find my dream dress in the mist of a thousand beautiful dresses that they carry, this is a MUST GO place if you are shopping for a wedding dress, its like shopping with family and friends and No Joke in the time I was there, about 4 brides said YES to the Dress. DO NOT Hesitate! This is the place to go! It was definitely MY perfect place to go, most importantly, thanks for asking me if I would say yes to the dress when I was in FaceTime with my mom in Colombia, thanks for making her feel like she was here! Let me start by saying that Reddington was amazing. Karen and Suzanne were THE BEST. Finding your wedding dress should be an amazing experience. One that youll always remember with people that are genuinely interested and excited for you. Reddington was just that! I was so excited when I scheduled my appointment with Reddington because they had rave reviews online. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the moment I put my deposit down, I felt like i was actually important and heard. I met with Karen and it was my first appointment looking for my gown. Karen made me feel comfortable, she listened to what I wanted, what I was looking for and she threw in her two cents in as well. I felt like I had known Karen for years. The first dress Karen had me try on ended up being the dress I came back for. I was so happy that this was my initial experience. I went to another bridal appointment the same day just to make sure I knew what gown I wanted. As soon as I walked into the other store, I already knew I wanted to go back to Karen at Reddington. Theyve made the initial process to easy, I couldnt have asked for more. When I scheduled to come back I was a little disappointed that Karen was off, but Im glad I got the opportunity to meet her sister in law Suzanne. She was just as sweet, just as accommodating and just as interested in my wedding gown as Karen was. The customer service cant be beat. They have an amazing selection and I was so surprised at the price of my gown! The dress is amazing with all of these intricacies I was expecting to pay so much more! Karen and Suzanne were not pushy, they werent just looking for a sale, they even said I should see other salons to make sure I really find what I want. I cant wait for my gown to come in, but I definitely cant wait to work with Karen and Suzanne again. If you really want a memory to last a lifetime looking for your wedding gown, I hands down recommend Reddington, you wont be disappointed!

I cant say enough great things about my experience at Reddington! Karen made me feel more comfortable than I thought possible while dress shopping. She made me feel beautiful in everything I tried on and is just the nicest person. She is quick, and I love it!! I was able to try on so many dresses and she was able to tell right away when I didnt like a dress so changing quickly helped me from second guessing myself. When it came down to just a few dresses she helped me change back and forth until I decided on the one. She truly cares about her clients and has so much knowledge on wedding dresses! What I loved most about my experience was Karens personality. She is so much fun!! Even if you dont find your dress here it is worth making an appointment just for the great experience.

Karen & Susan are the absolute best in the business. I went to many places and was really disappointed with the customer service. At Reddington, I never felt pressured to purchase a dress like I did at other places. They were so accommodating and took the time to show me everything. I will forever be grateful for them during my wedding dress process. Besides the customer service that attracted me to them, their brands and inventory is phenomenal.

The owner was very nice and honest. The bridesmaid dresses she had were pretty standard. She was very helpful and even though we didnt find what we were looking for this time I wouldnt hesitate to go back for a diff event or refer someone.

We had a lovely appointment for my daughter. Our consultant was very patient and accommodating. She tried on several dresses and I think found the one! Beautiful selection of dresses.

Reddington Bridal was the best experience with dress shopping I had. I did go to a few other shops and none of them compared to here. Suzanne, Kathy, and Karen were simply the nicest. They all made me feel welcome, comfortable, and special while dress hunting. They listened to what I wanted while keeping in mind what would look best on me. This place was fantastic. They were so kind, caring, helpful, and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and confident I was in the right place. It only took me one hour to say YES to the dress! Karen was truly an angel.Reddington Bridal doesnt disappoint.

This was the second and last bridal salon for me. My best friend is moving out of state in a couple of weeks, and I wanted her to be there when I found the dress. Karen listened to what I wanted, and we found the dress of my dreams. It had everything I wanted and more! My best friend and I immediately started crying because we were able to share that special moment of finding a dress together. All thanks to Karen!

This shop ruined my first experience shopping for my wedding gown. It was the owner Karen, no less, that was EXTREMELY rude to my mom and me. I couldnt believe how adolescent she acted. Eye rolls, rushed service, speaking over my mom when she would talk and acting like she knew what was best for me and then huffing and puffing when I questioned it or wanted to try something different. I absolutely welcome a professional suggestion, but when its done calmly, respectfully and with positive excitement, not someone who demands it of me and then pouts. Everyone has bad days, but decide to cool off and not work with customers then. As we left we were given a high-pitched, phoney goodbye; so sorry to have bothered you for possibly giving you our business... Her sister-in-law (part owner) on the other hand, had a delightful personality as we noticed in passing, a very sweet woman; wish we had her instead.

I had an amazing experience here. They had a beautifully had selected collection to choose from. We had a private appointment and were the only people in the store. I described what I thought I wanted and they brought it to me plus a few different options the thought might work based on my body type and original description. I ended up picking one of the other dresses that my consultant picked out for me to try on. She got my style perfectly right from my description and she knew exactly what dress would look the best on me. Not only were they amazing with the dress, they had a lovely selection of accessories and veils. They even let me borrow a hair accessory before mine arrived to use in my hair trial! Excellent service and great products.

I said yes to the dress. The experience of shopping for my bridal gown was absolutely amazing. Karen and Suzanne were so helpful. 3 of 4 bridesmaids dresses were also taken care of under 2 hours. Thanks so much ladies for making an overwhelming experience fun and care free.

I got my dress at Reddington and had a fantastic experience. They fit us in at the last minute because it was the only time my mother, who lives out of state, was able to accompany me. We had a lot of personalized attention and they helped me find the dress of my dreams, all within my budget.

This store is a heaven send! So I popped in around Thanksgiving time just to see what they have and to show them a picture of my vision for a dress so when I made an appt I wouldnt be wasting my time or theirs. Despite having brides in the shop, Karen, Suzanne, and Connie dropped what they were doing to show me dresses. Connie pulled one from the back and it was pretty much exactly what I was looking for. At that time I made an appt for about two weeks later. Downside to this dress was it was discontinued but I was under the impression it still could be ordered thru the end of Dec hence the expedited appt time. When we arrived on appt day we worked with Connie and God bless her. She listened to me, she made me feel normal, comfortable, and beautiful. She dealt with my loud and needy family in the best way possible and all that meant was looking to me for guidance and reassuring me that everything I was thinking and feeling was normal and valid. At one point I was overwhelmed and they even brought me a mimosa! Connie pulled many dresses I loved and even got creative and pulled some others. I tried on the discontinued dress and that was it. I cried, my mom cried, my aunt eventually cried and it was a beautiful moment. We put a veil on, my family played some romantic wedding songs and it was great. Connie pinned, clipped, altered everything to get a real vision of the dress. Downside to this experience was the dress could NOT be ordered as I was under the impression it could be so I did buy the one off the rack but its beautiful and the women in the store really worked with me to give me ideas on how to make it exactly what I wanted (Ivory instead of blush). I said yes to my dress here and cant wait to make it absolutely perfect. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Very unhappy with the customer service and product. I had to order a friend’s bridesmaids dress over the phone as I’m from out of the area. The woman on the other end was extremely rude. I told her my measurements and she insisted I needed to order extra length on the skirt. I told her no, as I would not be wearing heels, so it would be fine. Still she insisted and charged me extra. Get the bridesmaids dress and it’s HUGE and way to long. So now I’m paying for alterations to remove the extra length that the woman insisted I pay for and the current tailor told me these measurements on the skirt and top are nothing close to what he’d given me when I went in to get measured.

This boutique is wonderful. The small size makes the experience very personal. I worked with Karen and she helped me find my dream dress. They are even going to deliver my dress to the the location to be altered.

I had my first wedding dress shopping experience at Reddington and I absolutely loved it! They had everything you would want for a real bridal experience - Mimosas! Cookies! A well-lit store with a pedestal and all attention on you! Seriously, it was wonderful.Also, as a non-sample size bride I was worried a boutique like this wouldnt have anything for me but that worry went unfounded. They pulled a bunch of dresses for me to try on and figure out exactly what I was looking for. And the woman assisting me (Natalie - who was lovely) did such a great job figuring out my exact aesthetic that she found me two perfect dresses that I cannot decided between.I thought the prices were reasonable considering the product they sell and they never tried to get me to buy a bigger dress that would require a ton of tailoring.Highly recommended.

As a mother of the bride and mother of the groom, yes both of my children planned their weddings within 8 weeks of each other, I can not begin to say how wonderful Suzanne and Karen have been. After visiting numerous salons with each bride we found Reddington. Both girls found their dream dress so quickly I was amazed. These women know their job! They listened to each bride talk about how they wanted to feel on their wedding day and put them in the perfect dress. They listened to our concerns regarding budget and stuck to it. Customer service was outstanding. I wish every bride could have the experience my 2 girls had. What a joy! Thanks Ladies.

This was the second store I visited back in February and it was an amazing experience! The first shop I went to was a sample boutique and the consultant was so unenthusiastic, not helpful, made no recommendations. I picked out everything I wanted to try on. How disappointing! Well Reddington was the opposite! Inwent for my first appointment alone and my consultant was Linda and boy is she good at what she does! Shes passionate, has good vibes and picks all the dresses based off what you tell her youre looking for. Based off the reactions I had on the dresses she was picking, she was able to determine my likes and dislikes and I ended up narrowing it down to 3 dresses. Now I will say this- she is fast but in NO WAY did I feel rushed. She just knows what shes doing. For my second appointment I had my mom and bridesmaids with me and we worked with Linda again along with another consultant (who I believe was in training). She was also very helpful. I ended up picking my dream dress which was the opposite of what I initially went in for. These women are professional, fun and most of all, extraordinary at what they do!

I love this store. It was the first store i went into to shop for my dress and i loved 2 dresses immediately. The service is FANTASTIC!!! I decided to go look around more in other stores and nothing compared, not the dresses, not the service, nothing. I highly recommend Reddington Bridal

LOVE LOVE LOVED my experience here! The experience was beyond satisfactory. The ladies here are so patient and so caring! Even though I had my heart on a traditional ball gown, they noticed I was not liking any of them. As I am commenting the likes and dislikes of the dress to my bridal party, they were grabbing dresses. After three 1.5 hour appointments I finally fell in love with the dress of my dreams. Thank you ladies!!

I would never recommend anyone to go here ever! The first visit was supposed to be a fun and exciting time for the bridesmaids and bride to see all the dresses and try them on. The employees kept coming into the fitting rooms unannounced when we were all undressed in the rooms. So uncomfortable! Then they try and tell you that you need to buy a dress thats 2 or 3 sizes too big, then say its your fault for ordering what they professionally advise you order. How can they say theyre in the wedding dress industry when they make you order like that? Unbelieveable. Finally, they recommended a tailor nearby which was very nice, but come to find out, they asked for DOUBLE what every other tailor offered to adjust it for. Overall, this place is a big joke and very unprofessional. Unhappy is an understatement.

My sister had told me to make an appointment at Reddington Bridal. It was a great experience. Karen and Suzanne were friendly and accommodating. Karen asked me what type of dress I was looking for and what was my budget. She picked out exactly what I was looking for in a dress. I only tried on 3 dresses. She made me feel special and the visit was personal. Suzanne made my 7 year old daughter feel part of my experience. She put a veil on her to make her feel special. I highly reccomend Reddington Bridal and make an appointment to make the experience feel special. They do not pressure you to buy. They accomadate you with your needs and you dont feel rushed. Bridesmaids stay away!!I ordered my bridesmaid dress in the end of January and got the dress with the wrong color in the end of June. The color was labeled amethyst but was definitely not amethyst, a mistake on the designers behalf but the Bridal shop didnt catch it and let me pay for it in full and take it home. Luckily I saw another bridesmaids dress a few weeks before the wedding. In the end, I received the dress in the right color but without enough time for the proper alterations for the wedding last weekend. The shop did pay for the bottom of the dress to be altered and claims that is enough re compensation however if they had caught the color mistake in the beginning a friend could have done the alterations to both the top and bottom for free. I had to take off work twice and pay for the train to remedy the problem and the owner Karen refuses to re-compensate me for the time taken off work twice to get this problem fixed!I went to this shop instead of ordering online thinking it would save the headache but I was wrong. I could have gotten the Bill Levkoff dress online for nearly $100 cheaper and it might have been the right color and better sizing. (They suggested I order a 4 and get alterations instead of getting 2 which would have fit much better)
