A quick stop to pick up Halloween Candy and “the wife” found this little girl roaming the aisles. So we took her home with us. 50% off always pulls me in.

Merchandise appeared to be well stocked. There were a few aisles with items a bit sparse, but much better than some other stores. Luckily, I was able to get everything needed.

Katie in FLORAL is amazing. I forgot to order the boutonnière for my daughter’s date 😞 and called around to local florists- they were rude and said no way could they help because it was the day of the dance. I talked to a friend of mine, because I was worried I wouldn’t get one and she said call Katie @ Jewel and Katie said absolutely she would help. Very polite and professional compared what I was treated like from the other florists that were downright rude and mean.Katie was so nice she assembled the boutonnière right in front of me since I had a picture of it. She had orders all over the counter…yet she stopped and helped me out! I will order all of my followers from here from now on. Thank you Katie!! Truly an asset to this store.

Worst fried chicken I’ve ever bought, wouldn’t feed it to a dog. Purchased around dinner time during the week. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of the jewel fried chicken from the store kitchen.

Great small store for the local postulation. They have lots of everything!!!

Today at 1:30 three ladies at register 5 were very unprofessional. They made me feel as though I was bothering them. They did not say a single word to me, not even a hello. Couldnt even hand me my receipt, or my bag. Very rude and very unprofessional. My receipt says my cashiers name was Nancy and she had two other people there partaking in the same actions.

Hard time finding what I wanted. A little to pricey for groceries.

I had a very bad experience with a customer service desk I believe the ladys namewas Michelle, wasnt helpful at all, with attitude

Store is often out of sale items and the store is not that clean. Seems to have huge lack of organization and most staff is not friendly at all especially certain checkers.

Always stocked up with everything you need and so sanitary and cautious in regards to the ongoing pandemic. Rest assured your safety and that of others is most definitely guaranteed.

Best coffee cakes ever. For 5 dollars its so yummy, raspberry is my favorite. Ty Jewel.

October 6, 2019This is my go to Jewel store. Of all the Jewels this is the cleanest and most friendly staff especially Benny the assistant manager and Benny at the produce. I never have a problem here even though it is not as big as some of the other Jewel stores -- it has what I need. It is bright and the store is set-up good.It is also not as congested as Marianos to get in and out of in Park Ridge.Recommend this Jewel especially too for seniors.

This review is for one of the managers, I just want to say Thank you to This Jewel in Park Ridge. They are hands down GOLDEN! I have dealt w/ the same sweet girl twice. I feed abt 15 squirrel & 5 chipmunks a day & buy abt 5 huge bags of unsalted peanuts for them a week to a cost of over $100 a month. Last week, I accidentally bought salted peanuts & lost the receipt. I brought them back & w/o questions the woman let me exchange them. Money is tight for everyone & I know other Jewels will not take back returns during the pandemic. She knows who she is & I dont want her to get in trouble for helping me. So thank you sweetheart!!

This Jewel location has been the number one rated store out of their whole company for three years now. I learned this on my most recent visit. The staff are friendly and helpful. Cashiers always smile and make sure I remember to enter my phone number to apply my reward savings. My only complaint would be that the checkout lines are always long. I wish they had a few more registers. Maybe that will change in future. But overall its a great place to shop and they have great weekly deals!

Nice Jewel. Doesnt have that nasty fried chicken smell in the air that most have. Its definitely well-maintained and managed. Whoever runs the store definitely cares about at least the visual presentation. The cashiers could be nicer though. I worked at a different Jewel location and put in my time in retail while working through college. Hopefully the management can provide some nice incentives like bonuses or gift card games to reward the employees who get compliments from customers. At my Jewel, that got morale up while it lasted! Whats $5 or $20 per month per employee if it gives them a little boost and potentially prevents people from calling out sick weekly? But there I am, talking sense again!

Not stocked very well at all. Met a very helpful stock boy, he did find an item that was on sale in the storage room. I would not have been able to purchase though had I not asked.

Overnight crew not helpful I got lot of products in my car to go through a self check and didnt open a cashier slot . I did by myself and it took time

Well, I was there yesterday around seven oclock pm checking myself out. Started having problems with the register their where four employees around, tried to get their attention, they ignored me, so I left the groceries on the counter and walked out. Ill never shop there again.

A cheerful female cashier made my morning pleasant.

I was able stop in real fast to get yogurt and applesauce and 1 of the yogurts want scanning and Steve came over and put in the numbers for the yogurt real fast. Thank You Steve!

My level of frustration when needing to go to Walmart during the weekdays only explainable by my dedication to go 2 miles out of my way to come to the store.

Not much to say, Jewel-Osco is always there and has just about everything you need at affordable prices and courteous staff. Its also great to see the special needs staff ready at work at most checkouts. Thank you Jewel.

Examine the expiration dates when purchasing dairy products. Expired items included eggs and milk several times over the last few months. Management was very efficient in removing these products once they were notified. I feel this happened too many times in a short period of time and customers need to double check.

Promised digital coupons would be detected but cashier didnt do it. Lost $8

Very nice store. One of the best locations Ive visited. There is a very nice salad bar, always fresh and surprisingly inexpensive. Love this store and totally recommend it.

ALWAYS lines into the aisle. Holiday weekend morning, 2 registers open, when I finally got to the cashier her bagger is told to go on break. Really!! I bagged my own groceries, at least I did it the way I like. Then I cut into the watermelon I purchased to serve to guests, garbage, literally. I threw it away, I know, their policy is, bring it back, well give your money back. GREAT! Ill leave my house when I have guests over to get my $5 back. Or, maybe Ill hang onto a rotten watermelon until next time I go to Jewel. Oh yea, make sure you check ALL dates on food items, especially items such as yogurt. If you go to this Jewel, plan on waiting a LONG time to check out.

Typical large grocery with good service. Meat not so great, produce expensive and not good quality, in my opinion. Large variety of canned goods, soaps laundry detergent etc, as well as a pharmacy which I dont use and a bakery which I do use. Good selection of different breads.Would give three and a half Stars if I could.

The store is so convenient for me, although I have started shopping elsewhere, on the simple decision how horrible the women are in the deli, Ive never seen more miserable people, they actually make you feel as if youve interrupted them and put them out when they wait on you. One day I and 9 others were waiting with one lady waiting on us, all the rest were preoccupied with their other duties, I asked the manager why are 9 people waiting in deli hell, when theres 5 deli ladies, he went back and sent a couple others to help, I recieved the dirtiest look from one of them, and she continues to be like that everytime I shop there, well, no longer for me, Marianos clean, friendly and too bad they lost a really good customer.

I bought a pound of burger on Saturday, and by Monday it was brown. What a bunch of bs. Also, they have been carrying a lot less of the stuff I buy. I drive from Des Plaines to shop here, but that’s going to come to an end.
