Superb quality of services!! I dont trust anyone except Mr. Becker to fix my violin and repair my bow. This place is secretly known by all the top string players because Michael Becker is such a fantastic luthier. He is also very fair and when I was hesitating on purchasing a second violin, he would not take any payment from me, instead telling me to take it home and try it for a week. Theres no one I know of in the business more fair, intelligent, and professional than Michael Becker. He really loves his profession, so if you can rent or purchase from him, youre doing yourself a favor. And, yes, repairs are timely, reasonable, and perfectly done.

Had my fiddle serviced here. Not the most serious player and it had been a while since I’d treated my violin like it deserves to be. Mr. Becker went above and beyond what I asked for, couldn’t be more please with the service and the timely turn around. She’s sounding better than ever. Will return for any future needs.

This business handles each customer with respect and courtesy from the highly skilled to the beginner like me. At first I was overwhelmed being surrounded by such talented musicians, testing out new and repaired instruments. I was a drop in yet the importance of getting my instrument was their top priority. An open seam was repaired, fine tuners installed and difficult pegs fixed. All for only $50!
