Mountain Man Bagel with Cowboy Cream cheese is so good! The wait is a little long but it’s super worth the wait

First time here. Got there omelet breakfast bagel and I am very happy. The bagel is soft and fresh, a ton of egg in the sandwich and I LOVE eggs. Veggies are tasty. Really enjoying the breakfast bagel. The staff is all friendly, attentive, and ready to offer suggestions. They said they like to do seasonal bagels and cream cheeses. And they have a drive thru.

First time here, a little bit of a wait but well worth it. Great food and service. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for good bagels made fresh!

I love going to bagel stop I love all their food that they make and everything about it but the last few times that I have gone the bagels have been overly toasted and burnt. The one I got today 10/12/2021 I took 1 bite and then threw the rest away. Please set your timer for toasting the bagels a little better!!!!

Orders are rarely correct. Online orders or pre-orders have rarely ready when you get there. Either their computer is down, the order got lost or they havent gotten to it yet, OR your food or choice is simply unavailable. You pay for it in advance, but you dont find out they just dont have any until you get there. Food is good and prices are good, but ordering is a nightmare.

Ann and I enjoyed the Bagel Stop Cafe twice! Yummy! Yummy! We split the Egg, cheese, sausage breakfast on a cheddar bagel and an Apple/Cinnamon bagel one day. Today we had the Egg, cheese, ham breakfast on a jalapeño bagel and we went with the Apple/Cinnamon bagel. I loved the drip coffee- French Vanilla and some regular mixed! Great coffee! Sweet, friendly staff! :)

Oh my goodness! Where do I begin??? Im from Southampton NY...havent had a decent bagel since I left until Bagel Stop Cafe! Amazing bagels. I cant say enough about the texture, flavor and even the freaking cream cheeses are the BOMB! If you want a real New York bagel....this is the The SPOT!

Overpriced, low-quality food! I ordered a small coffee with an egg and cheese bagel - it was $7.54 - Wow! The EGG WAS MICROWAVED, the coffee was barely warm and it came with a teaspoon of coffee grounds. People that enjoy this place must be overlooking quality food and fair prices. Huge ripoff!

I love that theres a local place that makes bagels from scratch, and is NOT a chain, but coming from New York, they just arent they same - pretty fluffy, all a little sweet, but Im still appreciative!

The bagels are fresh and so good they frequently sell out of all the popular flavors. Going through the drive through you usually get your bagel and then the person working at the window remembers you have a drink waiting and they rush to make it. Im guessing thats the reason the order is often wrong or so poorly made I end up tossing it. Still love this place but its frustrating to have to go get coffee somewhere else after I pick up a bagel.

As someone who has an affinity for carbs, bagels being one of my favorite breakfast foods, this place has some legit NY style bagels that are fairly large in size. Good quality, and the drive up window is usually pretty quick. I’ve had a few orders messed up, but nothing that I wouldn’t still eat there over.

Softest bagels Ive ever had i love it! The flavors are great and awesome cream cheese. This place was very busy, most the crew focus was on drive thru, the front counter gal could use an extra set of hands. I tried to order on the app but it wouldnt let me pick which type of bagel :( but overall I am impressed with the food and will be back!

I’ve always had a pleasant experience at bagel stop when dropping in for a coffee and breakfast. Today, unfortunately, was a very different experience. We tried online ordering for the first time and it did not work out as planned. Of our three breakfast burritos where we asked for green chili on the side, we got it neither on the side or inside the burrito. Then, we asked for a cookie for our little girl which never made it in the bag. Finally, when I tried to call to have them rectify the situation I was left on hold for 15 minutes and ultimately hung up on. I understand this place is busy in the mornings, but I don’t think I’d ever order online again knowing they don’t do a great job filling those orders correctly. Too bad because this place has the potential to be something special.

Weve been here twice. The wait is long however the food is worth it! They cook to order which is why you have to wait but dang, my bagels have been so tasty! Today, my daughter had a jalapeno bagel with plain cream cheese. She said she could definitely taste the jalapeno throughout. I had a plain bagel with lemon raspberry cream cheese. So, so good! Very lemony!My reason for docking a star is sad really. The cream cheese was everywhere. In the bag, on the bag which then schmeared (see how I did that?) on my hands.Highly recommend!

Chose this place because of their drive- thru option. Unfortunately, it did take over 30 minutes, and once I got to the window I saw why; several employees running around, no organization to the process, general chaos. I had to ask for my credit card back.The cinnamon bun had obviously been sitting in a refrigerator for several days, cold, hard, dry.The bagels are large, flavor is good, but more like bread than bagel. They lack the necessary chew, but I imagine are great for a breakfast sandwich.

I wish I could give more stars, but this place is so frustrating! Used to be great, but not anymore, and can’t keep giving them a pass. Staff is friendly and nice, but apparently know one knows how to do their job. I go here almost every weekend, but I’m giving up. When they get it right, the food and drinks are great, but can’t you say that about any restaurant? The proof of a good restaurant is in the consistency, and you just can’t rely on anything you order. Example - last week I ordered a breakfast sandwich. It was great. Exact same sandwich this week - when I unwrapped it at home, totally burnt. Inedible. The coffee drinks? I order the exact same coffee drink every week. Out of 6, 2 were correct. Iced instead of hot, wrong size twice, and twice I’ve gotten a caramel macchiato that ended up not having caramel, and once tasted like water and another time burnt. The bagel this week had almost no cream cheese, and when you order a flavored one and pay more, you expect a normal amount. And to drive it home, this week everything my husband ordered was great. But there was even a mistake in his order. I hope they can pull it together because I like to support small business, but I’m tired of throwing my time and money away.

The Bagel Stop Cafe has homemade bagels, homemade cream cheese, homemade burritos, and fresh smoothies and coffee. Best breakfast place. It,s my favorite place to stop for breakfast! Its hot, their service is quick, their staff is friendly, and their food is delicious! I cant recommend this place enough! They have sit in, a patio, and a drive through window.

Manager was super nice and his wife delivered my food to me and was also very kind. They helped me out with delivery and didn’t have to. Very very awesome of them. The bagels are always amazing. Thanks 🙏🏻

I was at Bagel Stop Cafe a couple of weeks ago and ordered a variety of bagels for my coworkers before heading into work that morning.When I walked in I was greeted Graciously by one of the employees Keaton! He asked if I had been in before and no it was my first time! I’m putting five stars here on my review due to sheer amount of enthusiasm and level customer service that Keaton demonstrated!I was already running late at no fault to The Bagel Stop but even with a complicated order for multiple people, Keaton was not only able to make me feel warm and welcomed he was also very attentive to detail and made sure my order was completed correctly while also providing his insight and expertise in choosing a few of the most popular items(I really liked the poppy seed bagel he had recommended 😋)All in all there were no complaints about anyone’s bagels but the above and beyond customer service that Keaton put forth really does separate The Bagel Stop from the competition.

Purchased three breakfasts in the drive thru. When we got home, found there was no gravy or green chile sauce. Called, confirmed that we paid extra for what was not received, and asked for a refund/credit. Staff told us we would be called. No call that day. No call the next day. Returned to Bagel Stop Cafe the following day and were told that no one was present who could provide a refund (obviously, this set-up only benefits the owners, and the customers literally (over)pay). As advised, we sent an email, which we were told would go directly to the owners. No response in 12 days. Not a lot of money (I assume I tipped more than the total cost of the items), but the poor customer service and the violation of the underlying principle of not paying for what you dont receive mean that no one in our group (or their families) will return.

Its good food but they messed up my order twice. Ordered the California Bagel both times did not come with ham, turkey, lettuce, onion. So we paid $10 for a garlic bagel with veggie cream cheese, bacon and tomato.....My coffee was luke warm. I really like this place but never come because of the long wait time and now I dont think their cooks know what items come with what.Needs a serious organization revamp.

The first time I went here everything was great and I had nothing but good things to say. The bagels kept me coming back. My second visit I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Our third trip there, I ordered and waited inside for 20 minutes before asking about my order. When I asked about the order they scrambled around looking for my ticket and couldnt find it. The fourth time we went, they lost my order AGAIN! At this point I stopped going to bagel stop for months. I finally went back this morning. I placed an online order for a dozen bagels and 4 large cream cheeses and then drove over. My food came out on time and I headed home. Once I got home I emptied the bag and there were only 6 bagels, and 3 cream cheeses. I called and explained what happened over the phone and that I needed a refund for the items that were missing. The man said okay, sorry and hung up. I love the bagels here but the service is THE WORST. I gave this place so many chances.. I will be seeking my refund from management and I will never return to this establishment.

Bagels are expensive, and just so so. Paid $17 for 6 bagels, one toasted with cream cheese and 4oz of flavored cream cheese. Thats a little pricey for bagels.

Huge bagels/portions and great quality, reason not 4 stars is the prices are about 20% higher then they should be and they forgot capers on my lox and bagels..Verify your To Go order before leaving especially at 7amish on Sunday when the staff is talking about their lack of sleep.. PS the person at the counter said avoid any bread based item outside a bagel

Drive thru very horrible. 7 cars in line. Took 37 min to service first car. After 20 min of second car we left. Food is good but 1 hour 40 min (estimate) in drive thru is RUDE service that will be remembered every time we or any friends think about going back.

My boyfriend and I were pumped to try this place and finally got to today. We were so bummed with the turnout. Service wasn’t great, the bagels were just blah (could just be personal preference), the Denver breakfast burrito had absolutely no seasoning/no flavor, and we both threw away our vanilla lattes after 2 sips... again very bummed!

First time customer. Friendly staff. Very quick and efficient. They were busy! Drive-thru was packed and out of the 9 or 10 tables (properly space for social distancing) for outdoor sitting only two were taken. The rest were available for people who placed orders to go and there were quite a few. When I was there for all of 15 minutes at least 5 customers walked up and placed their orders to go as I did. Coffee was hot, bagel breakfast sandwich was huge. I could only eat half. Staff wore mask and they had hand sanitizer. People sitting out on patio or waiting for their to go orders, had masks, except for one guy. I would definitely go there again!

This was my first time at this bagel shop and experience was horrible. The girls were nice and offered to remake my food, but after seeing the quality, I declined. I got a banana that was brown and leaking a gooey substance, obviously rotten. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and got ham instead of bacon. Not a huge deal. But then I peeled the egg in half because of the smell and I was SHOCKED. The egg looked rotten!!! I am going to try to upload pictures to show you. And on top of that, my hash brown was still frozen... like wow. Never going here again. If you do, CHECK YOUR EGG!! (( I posted photos under the photo section ))

I really struggled with the number of stars to give this rating because of their inconsistency in both service and food. But because of that and my most recent experience, I felt two stars was accurate. I always order an almond latte. Sometimes I can’t taste the flavor at all and sometimes I can’t drink it because it’s so sweet. I also usually order the California breakfast sandwich or the half nova lox. Sometimes it’s toasted sometimes it’s not. The amount of the different ingredients and cream cheese always seems to vary as well. This morning I placed an online order at 8 AM. It said it would be ready at 8:12. I got there at 8:10 and waited until 8:35 before my food was ready. I understand it was a busy time of day, but they had four people working in the kitchen and 35 minutes for a bagel sandwich is ridiculous.

Bagels are always good. But when you order online even an hour before you pick up you still have to wait. Not great when you are in a hurry. I would give 5 stars but due to waiting on a order I will only give 4.

This has been one of my favorite little breakfast stops since the mid 2000s. Always good fresh bagels. I usually get the sausage egg and cheese on a cheddar bagel. And that makes for a big breakfast sandwich youll enjoy. The restaurant is a very down home feel with a friendly staff.

I have lived down south my entire life. I have friends, family and a lot of memories down there. I recently moved up north and work in Thornton/Northglenn. I loved living down south. The ONLY thing I miss about living in Parker is this place! I would stop here regularly for a coffee and bagel. The bagel and coffee selection here is incredible and delicious. I cant say enough great things about this place. The people here are so friendly and I cant express how much I miss having a good bagel place. I cant find ANYTHING up north that is even slightly the same as this place.Bagel Stop...I miss you dearly. You....you complete me....

I will never be back. After ordering online an hour and a half before pick up (I know Saturday mornings can be busy), I got an email stating that my order would be ready at 8:39 - I requested a 9am time. I thought to myself Okay, it will be ready early, cool. I pulled in at 8:51 and proceeded to wait for 20 minutes inside. Not only was my order not ready, it hadnt even been started. No big deal as I only ordered a half dozen bagels and one toasted with spread. I got my half dozen in a timely manner, but after 20 minutes of waiting for a single bagel to be toasted and spread, I could wait no more. When I alerted a staff member to my wait and told him I needed to get to work so they could just keep the bagel, he checked in the back and THEY STILL HADNT BEGUN MAKING IT! Unacceptable. With over an hour to prepare this ridiculously simple order, they failed to deliver. I ordered my bagel from Panera instead and was able to walk right in and it was ready. Terrible service. Go anywhere else.

This is one of our family’s favorite places to have breakfast! Their bagels are 👌🏻 and the coffee is great as well. Sometimes it can take a little while to get your food, but it’s well worth it!

This place has some awesome bagels and their green chilli bagel is actually pretty spicy. They also have burritos and vegan options as well if that is your cup of tea. The fact they have a drive through is also pretty convenient.
