Although I met the owner and he seems knowledgeable about products and has great customer service skills. His help is not so professional. I went for my third time to grab a bottle wine he had recommended called Joel gott which I enjoyed. She was out of tin cup so I asked about the shooters behind the counter. Well in order to shop you need to get close to the shooters. I said can I take look with you standing here she said I wasn’t allowed. Ugh ok they must have a problem with theft but made me feel really uncomfortable. I wanted to buy a bigger bottle but had to settle for shooters as they were out of what I normally would have bought. I won’t be back this is the second time I have encountered such bad service from there. She is super rude with a nice over tone. Hire more professional help. The first time I went in and asked her a question about where something was located she ignored me so I asked again and she put her hand up like hold on. My tv show is on. I thought wow am I intruding on you when I’m a customer? I’ve never felt so uncomfortable. I won’t be back, I’m sure this is not a personal situation I’m sure she acts like this to anyone

We used Hilltop Liquor for our wedding alcohol and they were amazing to work with! They got us good pricing with a 10% discount on the total order, and they buy back everything left unopened!We paid less than 1/3 of what we budgeted for alcohol and we got $200 back from returning unopened wine and champagne!I cant recommend them enough.
