These guys are awesome. Ive taken my bike to them multiple times. Tune-ups. Repairs. No matter what, they want to take care of the customer.

Great rental place with nice prices. They offload equipment at the end of the season which is good to know for anyone looking for good quality used stuff.Its a shame they dont sell new equipment, as Parker could use a good ski retailer.

Happy Ski is the best Ski and Bike shop in or around Denver. Great prices for season rentals, making ski season with kids way more affordable. They are always extremely nice and helpful. I have taken my skis and snowboard to them for years and always have a great time on the mountain with no issues. Make sure you plan ahead if your getting your stuff tuned in season, they do get busy and are a smaller business.

Happy Sport is awesome! They were great with helping my Texas family to get fitted for skis and snowboards and are extremely cost effective! I would recommend them to anyone in Parker who doesn’t have their own equipment and is heading over to the mountains

I have rented from HSSR several times and bought used equipment as well. They have always been extremely nice, helpful and professional. Happy to recommend them. And may I add, I have never experienced the smell of any drugs whatsoever or saw anyone appearing to be under the influence. Who ever left that comment is probably the one that was smoking something.

Took 7 minutes from when I first walked in to walking out with my ski rental. They were very efficient and helpful. I rented for one day with no issues. Great staff and pricing.

Went to Happy Sport the other day for season rentals. Fantastic experience, Cameron and Robert were very helpful. They have a good selection of equipment and their prices are very fair.

I’ve lived in Parker for years and just found this place and I’m so glad I did. The customer service was excellent and their rental rates are extremely reasonable. The shop has a nice local small business feel to it, and everyone who works there is very friendly.

After being a long time customer of over five years I will no longer give this place my business or recommend then to anyone. I dropped off my board and my girlfriends board and asked for a slight detune on mine. Not only did they detune the wrong board, they left absolutely no edge. After coming back in a couple more times, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. The final straw was coming in to drop my board off to get it retuned, and after waiting about 20 minutes I just left. Find a better place. The customer service has gone way downhill.

The customer service was great but unfortunately the quality of the equipment was not great, it was disappointing. I rented through here for the season since they had a great deal. Looking back on it all, I didnt make the right choice. I went back to trade out boots a few times because of the pain I had, but one bad set of boots lead to another bad set. I was in such pain on the mountains I would end up renting from Christies on the slopes (MUCH better quality). I wont be renting for the season from here again. I was really hoping for a better experience in order to test out equipment in the market before I decide what to buy.

I take all my skis here to be tuned- best care and good techs- rental skis are of the highest quality- as is the staff.

Man these guys are great. I got my skis tuned up and it was a fantastic tune. Ive had my skis tuned at a few other shops around town and you can really tell that Happy Sport knows what theyre doing. We also rented a snowboard for my son last week and he loved it. The staff took the time to show him how the type of boots they use work, and how to get in and out of the bindings as well as a couple pointers on boarding since hes a beginner. If you want a frindly, helpfu,l family atmosphere give these guys a shot.

I called the Parker location at 10am to confirm pricing for ski rentals for my 4 year old. I was excited about the reasonable cost and told the gentlemen I would be in soon with my son. I arrived an hour later to find a note stating they don’t do fittings or rentals until after 2pm. I walked in with my son and 2 year old daughter to explain that I had just called and that nobody told me about the 2pm restriction and that I had just driven 30 minutes just to rent skis. There were no other customers in the store and the employee just said, “You can come back after 2 o’clock,” and then walked away. I was shocked and extremely disappointed. I went back on the website to see if I had missed the warning and nowhere on the website does is say there are no fittings or rentals allowed until 2pm. Feeling very frustrated. The website needs to be updated and the employees should probably mention it on the phone when customers specifically call about coming in to pick up rentals.

I have gotten rentals from here in the past, but this latest day rental was a horrible experience and will be the last time I provide my business to this company. Thursday the 29th of 2016 I went in to get a day rental for a snowboard. The experience in the store was quite normal. We got there and waited in line for about 20 minutes which is no big deal, I understand the wait. Upon someone getting over to help us, we were rushed around and not taken care of properly. The only item that was fitted to me was the boots, and even then the guy who was helping us did it wrong... he gave me boots easily two sizes too small and would not let me trade them for ones that fit. When it came time to get my board, he made a comment of, Ill have to see if we have boards to fit you as we are low on stock right now. He goes behind the desk to get a board and places it by the door, never bringing it over to me to see if it is of proper size. He then rushes us to the counter, charges us for the day rental and sends us on our way. The next morning we head up to breck for a day riding, well a total one run on riding... the boots that I said where too tight barley fit on my feet and caused a ridiculous amount of pain to the point I could not walk even after talking then off after the run I tried to get. The board, being too big for me, I could not control it. Yes I am not the most skilled with a snowboard as I have skied most of my life, but I have taken private lessons and know how to at least turn which was not possible on this board for me. The board was an XL size 162 cm, the recommendation for weight and shoe size was 175-215 and 14US. I am 145 and a size 10 tops. The boots they gave me where at first a 27, which I finally got up to a 27.5 after the employ kept denying me a bigger size after telling him they were too small. My ski boots are a size 29.5, I understand there are differences, but last I checked if I tell the guy they are too small, he should have given me the ability to try on another pair... I go in today, Saturday the 31st to turn the board in and request a refund for the terrible service and items I was given, to have only been shut down being told the gear was of proper size and my riding ability was the only thing holding me back from being able to control the board. I am very disappointed in the service I was provided and the way I was treated, if you want to rent, please go somewhere that will take care of you. Even if that means spending more money. Happy Sport no longer has mine, or the countless people I have referred in the past, business. Be careful before dealing with them.

We rented skis this weekend and had a great experience, knowledgable staff, and nice equipment. Their pick up and drop off times are very reasonable.

I have been coming to this shop for ski and boot rentals probably since I was about 9. This place has always had pretty up-kept products and lots of helpful employees. Recently I have bought my first pair of Volkl Kendos which are excellent but my feet haven’t stopped growing so I still rent boots from here. I recently stopped by to rent some boots and was treated very poorly by one of the employees. He told me that my basically new skis that had been used 1-2 times needed a tune-up even though the skis are absolutely beautiful. When I tried some boots on for fit, I told him that my toes were right up against the end of the boot, he toned down my problems as if that’s how they were supposed to fit. I like how well kept the rentals are, but I do not plan on coming back to this place specifically for the service and disrespectful employees.

Me and my husband went into Happy Sport this week for season rentals for ourselves. We just moved to Colorado and our new neighbors told us about these guys. Were both pretty inexperienced skiiers but since we moved here we want to get into the sport. Anyways Cameron and Mick gave us some great advice on what to expect skiing in Colorado, and set us up with some great beginner skiis. They will also let you trade out your season equipment if you have issues. I highly recommend these guys, they seem very experienced and full of informaton about skiing in colorado! Cant wait for it to actually snow now!
