This place was so awesome! Had to get my 4 hip dermals removed due to pregnancy and Jenn made the experience so great. I was definitely anxious, as I knew it would be a painful process but she made me feel so comfortable and was so sweet! 100% recommend this place.

Jenn did such an amazing job on my daughters ear lobe piercings. My daughters birthday wish was to get her ear lobes pierced.Myself as a child, that went through the Claires gun piercing, stud turning, thing...., I was a little hesitant for my child that now wants theirs... I researched a lot of places and was lucky enough to be recommended by other tattoo parlors, to Jenn.I understand why! Jenn is so professional, very skilled, and talented at her art. The bonus, is that shes extremely sweet, genuine, fun and caring. I really appreciated her approach, because she took the time to educate and inform the procedure to my young daughter as insurance for everyone.It took a genuine effort, to find a person like Jenn to do this, and I am grateful for the recommendations I received to have her pierce my daughters ear lobes without a gun, and without tears and minimal pain or irritation.My daughter is SO happy with her ears, admires herself all the time, and they have had literally no problems, AT ALL! I called three times and all three time no one picked up. I called at different times because I figured they were busy but no one ever picked up and I live kind of far so I didn’t wanna schedule an appointment in person.

Go see them if your in the market for tattoos. Amazing artists and you never feel like your in a tattoo shop. You really cant go wrong when it comes time to choose an artist. I see Ken The Girl but all of the artists are talented. Truly one of the best shops I have been to.

Horrible tattoo then refused to fix it, I then went to bonaroo they said it was impossible to fix, I complained to the owner he just stopped answering me and I have this horrible tattoo I understand things go wrong time to time i have 7 tattoos but this is absolutely horrible ive asked quite a few places and they either laugh or tell me im screwed never go here, I usally dont write reviews but since they offered me money off my next tattoo for a 5 star rating even though I complained the second it was finished they said once it heals it will look better and its worse so I figured this would at least get there attention and theyll call me back

Colin is the best tattoo artist ever, Ive been getting tattooed by him for almost 10 years now and he still continues to amaze me. Jimmy is amazing as well! Chroma is a beautiful shop and a very clean environment, you can tell that the people there take pride in what they do. You will absolutely get what you pay for if you choose to get tattooed here.

Yesterday I went into Chroma for a tattoo. The staff was super friendly and the shop was covered in amazing art. Colin was my artist and cleared his whole days schedule to ensure my tattoo was perfect in every way. The amount of talent in this establisment is insane and i will definitely be back for another masterpiece.

Today I had an amazing experience with my piercer Jen, she made me and my best friend happy we left the shop happier than ever, Jen was really nice she greeted us with a smile and she did my piercing fast and easy, she explained to me how to take care of my industrial piercing very well and I’m pleased to have her as my piercer .. Sometimes simple tattoos are the hardest to get right.. my girlfriend went in a couple weeks ago to get her first ever tattoo, simple Hebrew letters on the inside of her arm, she was totally afraid that it would hurt and that any little mistake would stand out because of the simplicity of the letters.. Ben (or Bentley?) handled it like a total pro! first of all she didnt even feel it, I mean zero pain, and the lines were solid and totally straight. Thank you Ben and thank you Chroma! would recommend to anyone!

I only went in to make an appointment for a tattoo that I will be getting on Tuesday but the gentleman that helped me was extremely helpful and was very kind so Im sure they will be receiving a 5 star review after my appointment. I will rate them as a 5 now and if it should change Ill review again but Id like to set it as 5 right now.
