He notified us when the carpet we liked would be on sale, arranged for us to purchase it at the sale price. He even stored the carpet until our home remodeling project was completed and we were ready for the carpet to be installed.On the day of our install, the installation crew arrived exactly on time, and stayed late to complete the job all in one day. We had recently replaced and painted our baseboards. Sales staff was easy to work with and very helpful. Product was just what we expected. No high pressure sales, gave us all the time we needed to answer our questions. Schedule for install was made. Issues due arise and due to the location of our carpet and time installers had to spend going across town to acquire it and pad the install was delayed 4 hrs. The job had to be completed the next day. The installer did a great job and we plan to make future purchases from this business.

We were remodeling our house, and wanted to replace our first floor carpet with LVP. Daisy at the Parker location patiently and professionally showed us TONS of choices. We ended up buying the Karastan LVP. It was well-priced and we are very happy with it, plus it seems to be very durable and a quality product. For kitchen countertops, we planned on going with one of the big box stores, but after seeing what was available at CE, I figured there HAD to be a catch because the price was so low. Ours was $35 sf, and a similar product at those other stores starts somewhere between $52-$65. I thought the cost to come to our house and measure was additional, but it was included in the $35/sf—a nice surprise! I will not hesitate to recommend Carpet Exchange in Parker in the future.

So awesome! Weve had work on our house done at different points over the last 20 years. Carpet Exchange was the best. Daisy, our salesperson, was very responsive and got the product we wanted. Omar, Abel and the rest of the installation crew were the best weve ever had doing any projects. Wish they did more than floors!

We bought very expensive carpet and the install was horrible. The seams are unraveling, the carpet was cut too short and crookedly at the transitions to tile and hardwood. We asked the installers to come fix the issues and they spilled glue on the carpet. Then they cut out the loops of carpet where they spilled the glue leaving a hole in the carpet! Nothing about the other issues was fixed and so we are now worse off than before we asked them to fix the issues. The Store manager doesnt respond to emails/calls. Would definitely not recommend!

We just recently finished our basement and the entire team at the Parker store including Jimmy the store manager we’re fantastic! They went above and beyond to work with us on samples, examples, options, choices, recommendations and so forth. I would highly recommend them based on their knowledge and their willingness to go above and beyond. They were ready for us on the days we needed them. Right in schedule and completed the install for both the LVP and carpet, each in one day. The installers were amazing and communicated about everything. They asked us questions, included us in updating us on what they had completed and even went way above and beyond to finish in one day (they worked until 10pm at night). Even before they left, they walked around the new carpet with us and showed us a few things and even noted a few upkeep items with the carpet we chose. PS...we went with the memory foam pad and it is TOTALLY worth the upgrade! Which was recommended by Jimmy from the very start! Again, they were great to work with and we love the carpet we chose and we know we are in good hands!

Wendy is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I have purchased laminated flooring and 2 carpets from them. Home Depot and Lowe’s? Total rip off. You might pay slightly more, but the product is 100% better.

Flooring selection and installation can be fraught with indecision and scheduling conflicts. The team at Carpet Exchange Parker was accommodating, patient, flexible and just plain pleasant to work with. Carpet Exchange has sister stores in the Denver area, and the Lone Tree location partnered with Parker for samples. Terrific installation crew and I highly recommend Carpet Exchange.

I was looking for white quartz countertops to replace the granite I disliked in my kitchen. We worked with Carpet Exchange and received a quote that seemed way off. The measurements for both carpet and pad were 40% more than the area we were carpeting. The store manager reviewed the estimate and made some adjustments, but the numbers still seemed way off. I decided to take my business elsewhere - look for my other reviews! The other place was amazing to work with and saved us $$$.

Where to start? From the very first time we met with Wendy all the way through installation everything was a very awesome process. Wendy took time to sit down make recommendations and make sure I got the best item and quality of item that she would expect in her own house. Wendy made the process easy and painless. The installers were absolutely amazing. The guys worked through the whole day and did not take a lunch break even and made sure our carpet was done properly and efficiently. I was very surprised they never wore a mask while in my home. I noticed one of the workers coughing quit often. During a pandemic I was shocked. They were prompt to arrive and prompt with planning and installation of granite countertops. Their measurement of the backsplash was 3/4 inch off leaving damage to the wall and in need of paint and repair.

Visited the store on Monday 12.30.2019 took some samples home. Back on Tuesday 12.31.2019. Picked out our floor said we would be contacted Thursday or Friday Jan. 2nd or 3rd. for exact measurements & estimate. Did not hear hide nor hair until I called today. Jimmy is our guy, excuses, for no communication is worrisome. Was advised would hear from the estimate guy today or tomorrow. After hanging up I am super worried about pulling the trigger. This will be a 5K plus job.01/08 Update. Received an immediate response to my concerns. Stress level has been significantly reduced. Project to continue! Yeah because love the floor. Appreciate the response from Jimmy to ease my concerns.

BUYER BEWARE!This store is filled with untrained, staff! If you dont use their installation services at a high $$$$ they dont care! They will over order, under deliver at multiple locations, lose your order and get poor excuses! I recommend you go else where! I learned this the hard way at a high cost!

I just move to Parker and need new flooring in my new home. A co-worker told me to go talk to Randell at the local store. I have never bought flooring before and was a little nervous. I went to the store and was pleasantly surprised - all wide open, very colorful with all the different products. I didnt know Carpet Exchange had so much...of course carpet, but seeing all the wood, tile, the really great selection of luxury vinyl tile and area rugs...who knew...oh and they do granite and quartz slabs for counter tops. One stop shop for me at Carpet Exchange...thank you. Randall you made this easy.

I had new flooring done in my house in early April, and am still waiting for them to finish. All the way through the process, there was a very serious communication problem. The person that I dealt with at the store didn’t seem to be able to get the contractors to do what needed to be done. I just called yesterday, Monday, to check on it AGAIN, and was told that this person was on vacation, but the person on the phone said that she would check into it and call me back today. It is 5 pm, and no word. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!First of all, thank you for the prompt response. Contractors are supposed to be here on Tuesday to FINALLY finish the job. I have spent over $10,000.00 on these projects, so am expecting results, or some kind of refund.

We purchased LVT flooring and carpet, and the installation team (Martine and Romero) were hands-up fantastic. SO much attention to detail, courteous, clean, on time, and friendly to work with. Worked with Jimmy for our carpet order of over 1500 square feet. We had gone in several times and he was very patient and knowledgeable! Got our free measurement and we had more area to cover than wever thought.. we told Jimmy we were concerned about the cost of the carpet. He just said to relax pick the carpet we wanted to have and he would do his best to fit it into our budget with juggling the pad we used and everything.. came in right at where we needed. Carpet is to be installed in the next week. I would highly recommend Jimmy hands down all day and any day of the week. Humble and genuinely knows what he is doing.

My husband and I went I last night to get an area rug. We were in there for about 20 minutes and found the rug we wanted and we were ready to purchase that night. However no one even acknowledged us so after 20-30 minutes of being ignored we left. I am glad we did as I found the exact same rug a bit cheaper online. I will NEVER go here again.

I was apprehensive to go to this store because it had received a not so friendly review about 5 months ago but we like to support local and it is definitely that so we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and I must say we were not disappointed at all. Steve was the gentlemen that helped us throughout a 3 month process of a complete first floor remodel on our home. He was available to us anytime we needed him for a question or a concern. We had ordered more product than we needed and had absolutely no problem returning what we didnt use and the labor was adjusted accordingly also. My sister in law worked with the manager a few years back when she was at the other store and was extremely impressed with her and actually referred us to her prior to us knowing this w as her store. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful and my floors look amazing! Also about a week after the install I noticed a small gap so I text Steve and with in the week it was fixed and its perfect. If we ever do the upstairs Steve is the first person on my list to call for assistance! Keep up the good work!

We had a unique vision for our stairway and were pleased that our salesperson Steve Reinhart was able to show us exactly what we wanted. He also knew that we had a time pressure and was diligent in following up with the manufacturer, the binders and the installers to make it happen. He definitely went above and beyond. We did all new Vinyl laminate planks on our main level and they did a fantastic job!

They have no clue how to run a project!!! They dont take notes, they dont really know what is going on, they definitely dont listen, they order wrong materials, not enough materials. You pay them thousands for you to have to manage your own project because they cant. There is no communication whats so ever, no expectations of what too expect and how things should go, its really just a guessing game. From the staff to the store manager, there is absolute incompetence. The store manager is rude, condisending, and is always brushing you off, more concerned with her problems than how F...Ed up your project is going....after 4 complaints she finally got a little involved. We where told 3 days for a completed master bath remodel, 2 weeks later it was done, but had to have them come back out yet again because there where plumbing issues, because they CANT DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME A ROUND!!!! I would never recommend this place to do anything again! I would not even let let them muck out a horse stall....They run a very bad business, take your money upfront and preform atrociously, and behave even more unprofessionally. Save your self some time, money, headaches and a lot of frustration/agrivation and go somewhere else!!!! Worst project experience ever!!!! They get 1 star because its the lowest you can give!!!! Funny thing is, even some of the workers at our house told us this is happening more and more and we were not the only ones that this had happened to!!!

It is really hard to rate because selection is great and I even found the area rug I wanted, I was so ecited and ready to buy, however the staff didnt greet us when we came in nor did anyone come over and ask if we needed assistance. We did have questions about sizes and came prepared with pictures of our living area. There was only one other customer in the store and at least 3 employees. We waited until after the other customer left and when the two female employees just stayed sitting at the desk chatting we decided to leave and bought the same rug from another store online, for $150.00 less so I guess it was a win for me.

Customer service is terrible! The carpet that they showed me in the store was definitely not the carpet they brought to my house and tried to install. Was much lower quality. I purchased 2 different carpets the other one they did install, They charged me for 44 sy of carpet when they only installed 29 sy, didnt even leave the remaining and gave me an attitude because I wanted my money back. The receipt says card will be charged on day of install. Mine was charged the day I ordered, I didnt notice until I left, when I called and asked Wendy said to me well if you would have looked at the bottom of your receipt it does say 0 balance. As if I should have know and why was I bothering her with such stupid questions.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our order of 1,000 square feet of tile was incorrectly put into the computer and instead of 108 boxes of tile we received 108 square feet. We didnt get an apology. The manager was the person who placed the order for us and when we asked how she could fix our problem she just said there was nothing she could do. She had a very snobby attitude and made us feel unimportant. Costumer satisfaction is not a concern to this store specifically. Mesharia Hoffman is the manager and I strongly recommend you use another store where the manager will work with you. The people at the county line store were much better but ultimately we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Worse experience possible. Very expensive and the absolute worse installers. No respect for customer. Horrible customer service. Manager does not care about making things right. Too many issues to list. Trust me - take your money and run from this place.
