My lovely family who lives 45 minutes away ordered me an edible arrangement for my 31st birthday. Not only did it take ALL DAY for it to be delivered but when I opened up the arrangement, all the strawberries were either shriveled, bruised, or MOLDY. The other fruit is shriveled and not fresh whatsoever. The inside of the bag had condensation like it was improperly stored. So disappointing and not worth my family’s money!

When I called to place an order at 4:40pm, I was put on hold with a message that the wait was longer than normal due to high call volume. I kept waiting, and waiting, and waiting.....and at promptly 5:00pm, I was transferred to an extension that said no one was available and to please leave a message. I guess they leave whether they have customers waiting or not.

We ordered a Delicious Celebration® - Regular, size medium last minute on Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered today with no issues and at no extra cost! Best part is there is no extra charge for delivery. :) The fruit was fresh, cold, and delicious! The size we ordered was also bigger than expected, so that was a bonus too! Will be ordering for friends and family again!

Not even worth the 1 star, wished I could do zero stars! I understand they may be doing drop off porch deliveries due to Covid but when I saw the delivery man coming I opened my door to get my delivery from him. He just set it down on the ground anyway (at the edge of my porch, mind you, not next to my door) and then started walking off. ABSOLUTELY NO customer service. I thanked and him and wished him a wonderful weekend despite and he mumbled something I couldn’t understand. The baskets themselves looked so sub par. I’ve ordered from other locations and they’ve never looked this lackluster. The fruit was not fresh and even though we refrigerated it right away by that evening it was shriveling up. Just terrible quality, I wished I had taken photos but they were for my kids for Easter and I didn’t want to ruin it for them. I’ll never order from this location EVER again, I can’t believe I paid this much money for such terrible quality and will tell everyone else.

I ordered two arrangements on Saturday 05/22/2021 for a family members funeral on Monday 05/23/2021.I was advised that a box could not be left at a residence because of the packaging. I ordered the second arrangement for the home, as a result.Neither arrangement was delivered despite detailed directions and specified address.Instead of delivering to the funeral venue, the delivery staff attempted to contact the family during the ceremony.After the ceremony, a regional manager delivered one arrangement to the residence at approximately 8:30 pm.The second was never delivered.When I called to inquire on the following day. The franchise owner hung up on me.I had to call another franchise to obtain a number for consumer services.The Parker Co franchise left a permanent stain on our family in a time of grief.

I dont normally write reviews but I am so disappointed in this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed my order for delivery on my daughters birthday. The day of, I called the store to make sure they had my order and everything was good to go. They told me it was being prepared for delivery in the next hour. I waited at home all afternoon and NOTHING. By the time I called the store, they were closed and so was their corporate office. I had run to the store at 8pm to get my daughter a birthday cake. They didnt deliver my order that day and they never sent me any updates. When I finally got a hold of someone at the corporate number, he just said he will submit a ticket to get me a refund. No apologies. I will never order from Edible Arrangements... their customer service is HORRIBLE.

Ordered a large tray and only received strawberries. They did try and make up for it by delivering the tray but it wasn’t until the next day. Also the first set and the second set of strawberries there were some that were rotten. Yes, tasted them and were horrible! Even chocolate could not cover that taste. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT getting anything from here :(. Majorly disappointed!

A gift was sent to my wife from a friend as a surprise. Sent me a text message without my permission (from the delivery drivers phone), no opt in or out. The text from a random phone number asked if I was home... sorry, not safe. I answered maybe or maybe not, Im not answering that question from a random phone number! (keep in mind we didnt know it was sent to us) My wife got a call from someone with a very rude and said that because of my response, now they wont deliver and we have to drive 20 min each way and come get it ourselves. I called to say this experience was upsetting and was told basically they dont care.

I’ve never posted a negative review before. If I could give a O rating I would! I called the store and they told me to email the manager. After I didn’t get a reply I called and spoke to the manger. I ordered a $85 fruit basket that barely looked liked a $40 very unattractive basket for my sister’s birthday. I’ve ordered this same basket many times before from other locations. The lettuce was showing, the basket looked bare, the fruits were not ripe and the pineapples were disgustingly soggy. I hade to buy a fruit tray for my sisters party bc I couldn’t even use the basket. I even sent a picture to the manger’s email. She said there is nothing at all she can do for me.I’ve been a costumer of edible arrangements for years at different locations with positive experiences. I’ve never experienced such bad costumer service. The basket was poor quantity for the price and disgusting quality. BUYER BE BEWARE!!! Do not order from this location!!

Horrible experience. Ordered on a Saturday for same day delivery and it was never delivered. Couldn’t call Sunday because they are closed. Called monday morning and they acted like I never ordered and were having a hard time finding my order. Finally found it, and whoever I spoke to laughed, and casually said “yeah we never made that” I did get refunded my same day delivery fee. Then was told it would be delivered that day. My tracking info never updated so I called in the middle of the day asking for an update. They confirmed it had been made but not yet delivered. They said I would receive an email confirming the delivery. Never did. My friend text me to thank me for the gift and THATS how I knew it was delivered. Never again.

This is the worst Edible store. I ordered a Valentine dessert platter to be delivered to my daughter and grandkids, they delivered a fruit platter instead and the strawberries do not look fresh, a very unattractive platter. Horrible product, if I live in the same city I would have done a better job.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Just save yourself the hassle and choose something else honestly. Clearly nobody at this location cares at a managerial level. They never deliver despite selecting it. Have always had to call, not that they answer. However I am finished with edible arrangements all around as well after being a loyal customer for years now. I recently ordered a large amount FIVE days in advance of needing it, and it was not delivered on the day of. Nobody even answered on the day of, drove up to the location and it was shut down prior to their closing time. They offered me a free balloon since “I was already receiving my delivery free of charge and they couldn’t offer me anything else”. Gave them the benefit of the doubt 3 times and this was the last straw. No other way to say it- they just suck.

I used edible arrangements in past and had some unpleasant experience sometimes but I was never upset. I understand we are human.I wish I can post zero star to this location. I provided 3 phone numbers for recipient, all correct numbers. Location not too far from store. Manager lying on my face, the number was incorrect. Delivered to wrong house. Will not refund or credit. Awful experience. Poor service. De;ivered much later in the day after celebration. Description said birthday balloons bunch had 2 balloons only. pathetic business. These kind of businesses shouldnt be open for public. Hope competition takes them over.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this location. Someone had ordered and edible arrangement for my parents. They did this because my brother (my parents son) had passed away whom was only 28. They went to deliver on a day they were not home and did not even try to call the number on the delivery slip to find out they were not home. Needless to say an animal of some sort got into the box, tore it all up, and ate everything. My mother tried calling to see if they could possibly get it replaced. The woman on the phone told her they would not replace it and it was her fault that she was not home at the time of delivery. My mother explained the situation and said that someone had sent it to send their condolences because of her son passing away. The woman whom claims to be the manager said she did not care what the situation was and that they would not replace it nor refund anything. Please do not use this place to send anything to anyone. They are cruel, and have no sense of customer service or empathy.

I have frequently given these fruit arrangements as gifts for business, family and friends. I loved the convenience of being able to order and have it delivered out of state or wherever. I was delighted to finally be a recipient of an arrangement. However, I was very disappointed as the fruit wasnt ripe. How can they go to the trouble to make a beautiful arrangement that is not edible? Now I wonder how many of these bad arrangements have I paid for over the years where the receiver is too polite to mention they couldnt eat the so called Edible Arrangement

I rarely ever post but i really think its importaNt to follow up in situations like this .. my mom and my daughter ordered an arrangement for me .. it wasn’t inexpensive at all with delivery fees and pricing .. the only thing that was tasty in the entire arrangement was the chocolate dipped pineapple .. the fruit was old and tasteless other than the pineapple .. the manager made very little accommodation for the horrible tasting arrangement .. and refuses to help further .. my mom n daughter ended up paying 60.00 after said accommodation for a three or four tasty 1/4 covered chocolate dipped pineapple pieces. I highly recommend that a person think twice before ordering from here .. there are other businesses that would love to provide a quality arrangement .. i love chocolate dipped fruit .. its perhaps my most favorite and what my family chose to help me when i was down but we only got to eat three pieces of chocolate covered pineapple out of it .. thats 20 dollars a piece .. i will never do business with this company again .. my business (which has nothing to do with fruit or chocolate) will gladly make anything right with their customers because we love them .. i expect the same in return ..

I placed an online order for a bundle to be delivered to a family member. The order was delivered incomplete and not until 7pm. By the time it arrived the store was closed so I contacted the store via the website to inform them my order was incomplete. I have yet to get a response from them.My family sent me a photo of the portion that was delivered, and while they said it was fresh, it looked like they put minimal effort into the dips/decoration. For the price of these items I expect them to be made with care and attention and to have all items I paid for delivered. In addition, its poor customer service to not respond to a customer with a problem.Updated from 2 stars to 1 because of the complete lack of customer service after reaching out regarding my incomplete order.

Ive been ordering from the Arapahoe store many, many years and never had any problems. My orders were always beautiful. I ordered from Parker store this time because Arapahoe location is closed.For the regular size it looks too small and it didnt have gourmet Belgian Chocolate pop like in the picture and stated in the description. I also dont see the grapes pictured. Im very disappointed with this order for that price I could sent a way big and beautiful flower bouquet. This is the ugliest gift that I have ever sent.I called to store soon as I saw the picture of my order, the lady on phone was very rude and mean. She gave me the phone number of their manager but I never got a response to my text, pictures or calls.

I used to order Edible arrangements from Tower and Hampden location and never had any issues. But this time I decided to order from this place because it was 3 minutes close to where I live. I should never done that. First of all I had difficult time to find the place because they do not have sign on front Window/Door. Only on the back. When I finally saw the sign from across the street and came back, the place looked empty like they went out of business. I ordered to pick up arrangement at 5pm on Saturday and was there at 4:35 just in case, almost half an hour earlier. And they were closed. I tried to call them and nobody picked up and no way to leave the message. When I came home I accidentally noticed somebody called and left message, so I decided to listen to message and it was from them telling me I have to come before 4pm because they work until 4pm on Saturday. What....? Why their system allowed to order at 5pm then if they are closed by 4pm. So, they tell me I order something from name recognized company and have to anticipate issues with my order? I do not think so. I decided to pay double price for the product from name recognized company because I do not have time to deal with mom and pop businesses. I ordered from Edible Arrangement and I expected to come at the time I ordered and pick it up, that is it. I called them Sunday and asked if they can deliver for free so I don not have to waist my time second time and they said no, I have to pay them $15. I could not believe how shoddy their customer service is. I thought free delivery is a very minimum they should do for me, I thought it would be very reasonable to expect it from them. Eventually I went to walmart, picked up pineapple, strawberries, grapes and made edible arrangement for my mom myself, saved myself $50. I used to buy from Edible Arrangement frequently, so my mom knew what to expect and she did not notice any difference between what they sell and what I did. She thought it was from them. I’m very disappointed in their service. I received an arrangement on my birthday sent by my best friend in California. I was at work when it arrived at my house, the delivery women called and was quite rude on the phone. I had asked her nicely if she could bring it to my work that was only 10 minutes from my apartment and only about 3 minutes from the edible arrangement store. She told me she had to leave it with a neighbor. I told her to give it to my downstairs neighbor and instead she decided to give it to a neighbor I don’t even know. I went to that neighbor and he explained to me that she was also very rude to him. He told her he didn’t know who I was and it wasn’t the best idea to leave it with him but apparently the driver made him keep it. I called the store a few hours later and they told me they would call me back. I never received a call back from anyone. Do not recommend this location!!

I stopped by on Oct. 16th. Jasmine was super helpful and incredibly friendly. Great customer service! I bought a $65 arrangement.I love their product. The chocolate apple truffle balls are wonderful.

Super disappointing. My husband bought me an arrangement for our anniversary. He asked for it to be delivered in the AM so I would be home so the chocolate wouldnt melt and the lady said that an AM delivery would be no problem. We have a foster dog who HATES the doorbell, so he asked if they would call me when it was delivered. Due to excess spam calls I get, I dont answer unfamiliar area codes so he asked if the call was going to be from a local number and they said it would. The arrangement was delivered sometime between 4:00-5:00pm, the call was from an Indiana number, and once I received the voicemail about 20 seconds after I ignored the call, I found the arrangement outside...melting. I dont think the call was made any time after it was delivered because the chocolate was melted and the fruit was warm. The fruit was not good, nothing was ripe or delicious(especially because it was warm when it arrived). The cantaloupe was so unripe it was crunchy and tasteless. Definitely wasnt worth the $70+ for melting, tasteless fruit.

Ordered something yesterday morning to be delivered to a business today. Got a call at 4:57pm saying they won’t make it there for another 25 minutes. No apology and nothing was offered as a make up. This was my first time ordering from this company and I never will again. Extremely disappointed.

My parents have been sending us edible arrangements for Valentines the last 3 years. Since they live out of state they dont know how awful the arrangement is. These bouquets are not cheap. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. the fruit is mushy and old. 100% half the arrangement is thrown away because its unedible.

Very disappointed! Ordered an arrangement for a baby shower and it showed up after everyone had left and it was all done. Tried calling the store to find out where it was and never got an answer, called for a hour. Called the next day and the manager was not helpful or nice about it. Said they dont guarantee a time and it wasnt her problem. No sympathy or kindness or to tell me where I couldve asked for a delivery time. No customer service or ever tried to make it right. Will never use them again.

If I could give these people less than 1 star I would. I ordered a very overpriced holiday arrangement during normal business hours on 12/21 for delivery on 12/24. No problems with order going through and website accepted the information including charging my credit card. On the morning of the delivery I get a call from a Denver number that left no voice mail. After doing a reverse number search it turns out its Edible arrangements telling me they can not complete the order as there was a glitch in their system and orders shouldve been cut off. So in essence they let me know this 4 days later? The day of delivery? Thanks for screwing up my nieces gift. Abhorrent and pathetic customer service.

I ordered on line and gave a delivery time of 4p.m. or after. I also phoned the store directly and reconfirmed the delivery time. They delivered at 3 p.m. and surprise, surprise..no one was home! They left the arrangement with a neighbor who sent their little girl to deliver it several hours later. I WILL NEVER order from this store again! When I called the store to talk to them concerning the delivery the person was very rude. Not a very good way to run a business and certainly ruined the presentation for my daughters birthday! Im not sure what happened to the fruit during the several hours from original delivery to finally being delivered to my daughter. Not a happy camper!!!!!!
