Great service and welcoming group to enjoy a smoke

Honestly quite disappointed. Best thing about this place for a non member is that the employee was quite nice.Front area “public area” had a couch and a few chairs as well as a high top, there were also some high tops outside.Humidor was small and stock was lacking. I was so disappointed I did not even take any pictures.I was told that membership is $350 or $500 and they do not offer monthly membership.There was no room to sit so I left.Disappointing.

The owner, Lyle (A veteran 🇺🇸 ), greeted me as I walked in the door. He was super nice and very personable. The space was clean and the crowd upscale. The cigar selection was very good, fairly priced and properly humidified. The staff, as a whole, was also very polite and helpful. Although I didnt stay long, I will definitely be back. Great cigar lounge.

We visited this store last month. The owners are great people. They have good selection of cigars and accessories. Will definitely visit again.

Seems like a nice little cigar smoking lounge, however their humidor was all but empty. Very little gear as well. The employee was very nice though.

If friendly is what you are looking for, this is the place. Clean facility, and well maintained. Selection is limited to the well known top selling brands to most people. But hey, they have to stock what the general public will recognize. Id say the prices are very good for a Cigar Lounge. I really like that you can buy 3 visit Member Passes to either try the place out a few times, or if you just wont be going there enough to justify a yearly membership. Bottom line...Im going back as often as I can, and you should too.

Slo Burn is vet owned which right there should be the first reason to shop here. Second being that the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about their products. Chris went through just about every cigar with me while I was in there buying a gift for my husband. He recommended some really great ones that my husband loved. I also got to tour the shop and lounge. Everyone in there (patron and worker) were so friendly and welcoming.

This place is a super relaxed place where all the employees and customers are so very nice! Ive never gone in for some sticks and felt rushed to finish up my smoking experience. This is one of my new favorite spots to go and relax!

Really great place! Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly. He spent time with us in the Humidor talking about all the cigars we were interested in.

Great shop, very welcoming, has members and public seating areas. My first visit was New Years Day 2019 and it was the warmest day of the year 😉Looking forward to my next visit.
