Target Optical Parker Colorado is an amazing place for exams, eye wear and repairs. I highly recommend this location for your familys eye care needs.

Easily set up an appointment and was able to use my eye insurance benefits. Very cost effective, and the pair of frames I picked out this time are so nice and extremely comfortable. Office staff was helpful and the doctor gave a great exam. Very pleased! I will be back!

Horrable experience. I made an appointment on a Monday and gave them my insurance information. I was told they took my insurance and I was all set. I called on Wednesday to make sure there were no extra fees for and if there was a copay. I was told again I was all set. I showed up on Thursday for my appointment and was told they did not accept my insurance and it would be $90 for my vision check. Customers beware!!! Dont fall the scam. Wasted my day off and time.

I highly recommend recommend this Parker location. Corinne is fabulous. She really knows her stuff, especially in comparison to the Aurora locations. I will only purchase my eyewear at this location from here on out.

Been a customer for three years spending thousands on eyewear each time. Was 10 minutes late (I know not great, but had legit issues on way to appointment). They turned me away. I didn’t turn them away when I waited 20 Minutes past my appointment time. Last time I go here. Exams were so, so. Twice had to go back for different prescriptions cause not right the first time. Not a great selection of glasses either.

We made two appointments 4pm and 4:30pm . They called us day before to confirm and told me we have two appointments. We showed up for them to tell us we have one appointment and they could not do 2nd exam as they claimed we did not schedule it. Even after we showed their visit card with times scheduled for 4 and 430 they would not do much about it. Zero people skills.Selection of frames is not as big as it used to be. When you get glasses they force you to buy optional product this comes with glasses and cant be removed. I would not recomend.

I was running 10 mins late due to traffic from DIA, and was told I had to reschedule... okay, so I find the time to reschedule. Although the Dr was great, I found a few of the staff members to be condescending and borderline snide. I questioned why I was being charged a “$75 fitting fee” ... he said well we always charge a fitting fee... to which I replied... but I’m not getting fitted for anything... and he replied well that’s what we charge. Of course my insurance won’t pay for some random fee... PLUS it’s been 2 weeks and I still don’t have my contacts. I asked a few days ago and they said they’d look into it, but of course no one ever called me back and when I called today I’m told one eye is in but the other is not 😡 I WON’T BE BACK.

Save yourself the trouble/ go to an actual eye Dr. who doesn’t travel from space to space and has time for their patients!The staff ordered contacts for me without my contact prescription being finalized - when I received the wrong power they argued about my prescription strength (which has been the same for 5 + years). The Dr. hasn’t called me back to correct the issue (it’s been 8 days) and now I cannot get my final contact prescription. In addition they processed my insurance, so I have to fight that (no help from the office I’m sure!) I have no choice but to file a DORA case report and dispute the charges on my credit card.

Dr. McCart is the best! Shes friendly, professional, and makes my visits enjoyable. I never feel like Im being rushed through and she takes time to answer all my questions. The office has state-of-the-art equipment that you can choose to use rather than having your eyes dilated, which is great. The rest of the staff there are always very friendly and helpful, and I would recommend this office to anyone!

I just received outstanding service for my third annual eye exam at this location, so I decided it was finally time to leave a positive review. I am always able to get appointments same-day or within a couple of days, and the front desk staff is extremely friendly. Additionally, Dr. Wilson, who is overwhelmingly genial, has assisted me with great care in finding the right contacts for my budget and my preferences on my last two visits. I couldnt be more satisfied.

I went here to buy a new pair of glasses and Robin was so helpful! She helped me figure out the best fit for me, thanks Robin!

I always have a great experience with Dr. McCart and her staff. I have been coming here for over 3 years now. Recently, I had been having trouble with my contacts. The Dr. gave me some samples of different types to try and she even ordered in another sample that she didnt have in the store. She is great about answering questions as well.

The staff at the Parker Target Optical are friendly and professional. The optometrist isnt intimidating at all, and the exam was actually enjoyable. When it came time to pick out new frames, the desk person was very polite, and took into account the needs, and budget of the customer. She wasnt pushy with the extras, but was very informative on all features. Her knowledge of the products was impressive. Overall, I recommend Target Optical for your eye care needs.

I came from a small local optometrist and after having a visit to Target optical I was able to realize he had been taking advantage of my horrible vision and my wallet for several years. The Target optometrist was fast, friendly, and very skilled. She was able to get me glasses which far outshone my older prescription. The front desk staff has been exceedingly friendly. A woman, and I wish I remembered her name, has been beyond pleasant every time I have gone in. There is a manager who has gone out of his way to get me into the right glasses after the manufacturer shipped mine without all of the feature I had paid for. I did not even notice the lenses were thicker than they were supposed to be (since my vision is so bad). But the gentleman saw it as he was fitting them and immediately ordered a full replacement at no cost. They came quickly and were perfect. Also he recommended the warranty ($25), I normally do not buy these but he insisted it was a great deal. 3 week after owning my new glasses I severely scratched the lenses (completely my fault). Guess where that warranty he talked me into helped out? Another new pair, it took 3 days top get them made and shipped to my store. 3 days, that is incredibly fast. Overall I could not be happier. TL:DR Great quality and service, BUY THE EXTRA WARRANTY, ITS OP

Have gone to this office since moving to Co, went in today to get a paper copy of my Rx, was told that the printer could only work by the Dr. When I asked if it could be mailed to me as I dont live near by, was told that the only option was fax, or wait on the Dr that just went in to do another exam. Im shocked that they would rather lose an annual customer over an envelope & stamp! Although the staff is friendly & polite, I will not return my business to them, exam & contacts for a year run $420.00

If I could, I would give this location at Target Optical a half star. I called ahead to explain I was running 10 minutes late and had already filled out paperwork prior to my arrival at the last visit I had here. The woman on the phone told me that was okay and talked to the Doctor and said I could still be seen. When I got to the facilities, I was told that the doctor could no longer see me and they were booked for the rest of the day. I have been coming to this Target Optical for 3 years now, and I no longer will. This experience and the one previous to this were both less than 1 star. I will seek eye care elsewhere and will not be coming back.

Very disappointed. I have worn Crizal lenses for years. Only once have they scratched and Crizal replaced the lenses because they advertise they are scratch resistant. When Target told me they dont sell Crizal, but their brand is just as good, I believed them. Its been five months and my lenses are covered with scratches. They told me I should have bought the warranty for $35 and then I could have replaced them for $25. I told them that if they had told me their lenses arent comparable to Crizal and would scratch easily, I would have either bought the warranty or gone somewhere else. They then proceeded to tell me that I only paid $20 for the glasses! Thats because I have excellent vision insurance! They made it sound like it was no big deal because I only spent $20. Now Im stuck for another seven months before I can go buy another pair of glasses. Glasses that without insurance, would have been $500.

I’ve been to Target Optical more than once recently. Normally good service but recently took my daughter in for a contact exam and she was unable to get contacts and they still charged me for the higher contact exam. Very disappointed in the customer service of the staff. I will not recommend or go back again…

Excellent experience. Dr Mccart is very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Also true for the front office staff. Highly recommended.
