I’ve given this store 2 shopping trips. Neither time did they say hello, what can I help you find or say good bye. Absolutely no acknowledgement! I was willing to spend my money with them; A few simple words can go a long way and establish repeat business. I’ll never return.

With my first consignment, I was never told that I had to keep calling them, which you do, to see if anything has sold. I brought in 5 or 6 name brand items. I never knew which ones they donated or sold. I got $10 or $12 dollars, I think, but would rather give the stuff away to charity.

I feel like they want you to donate your clothes so that they can sell them anyway and make all the money. The lady changed her tone as soon as I said that I dont want to donate the clothes that they claim they cant sell (basically giving away my clothes for free away to them, to then sell), so I took all my clothes back. I wont be trying to consign my clothes any longer, or buying clothes from consignment stores.

I love the store. I consign there regularly and shop there even more. The storeoffers great variety and quality and the ladies are all friendly and fun to deal with.

When I was being helped by a very professional and nice lady at checkout a couple of months ago I’m assuming the lady was her manager was breathing down her shoulder being completely rude I won’t tolerate seeing someone be put down like that in front of customers will not be returning or recommending anyone here because of the manager.

Worst service!While waiting at the counter to be helped w a purchase, 4 employees standing there chatting completely ignoring me.I finally left I’d rather pay full price than be ignored!
