Edit: Mike’s response to this review yet again tries to shift the blame on me rather than accept responsibility. Please see attached photos of his texts along with my initial text regarding the leaks.Warning to all contractors/homeowners!!!! Beware of this company.I contacted Mike from Glass Getters LLC on Craigslist for a shower door install. We negotiated the price and agreed on $1400. When Mike came out to do measurements I informed him that the glass would need to be centered on the tile due to the tiles mosaic pattern, which I reminded him of again on the day of the install. He said Its impossible for it to be off-center because you told me it needed to be centered and I measured for that. They completed the install and while inspecting I noticed that Mike had not installed any trim on the stationary glass piece adjacent to the shower wall and there was about a 1/8th gap where water could escape. He said If there is any leaking let me know and I will come back and install the trim for you. They left and upon closer inspection of the shower I realized that Mike had not properly siliconed the corners of the channel frame that the glass locks into, leaving large gaps in the seal where water could easily enter the frame. I immediately texted Mike informing him of this and asked him if he could come back out to properly seal/waterproof the frame. He ignored my text and never responded. I also noticed one of the glass walls that was supposed to be centered was completely off-center and did not line up with the rest of the walls (see picture). Mike used his metal saw in the bathroom and never even bothered to clean up after he was done. There were metal shavings everywhere. I observed the shower for 13 days and started to notice that the condensation and water on the back glass all dripped directly into the channel frame, where it remained trapped. Eventually the water built up in the channel and started coming out of the outer side of the glass. Upon further inspection I noticed that Mike not only failed to properly silicone the corner of the shower but also failed to silicone each and every corner of the shower. I found numerous gaps in the silicone everywhere, including the entire front of the shower which was not siliconed AT ALL! On the 13th day there was a small pool of water outside the shower, where the water eventually leaked out through the improper seals. I texted Mike again, asking him why he ignored my text 2 weeks ago and he responded It leaked????? I called him to explain what had happened and he cut me off saying Listen man, you paid for a discounted shower which leaves me no room to deal with these bullsh** issues. I professionally install showers every day without properly sealing the corners and they never leak. I tried to respond but he kept cutting me off, which lead to an argument. I ended up hanging up on him and he texted me shortly after. I told him I will have someone else seal it since he has no integrity and will not stand behind his work. He replied FYI if you have someone else seal it that will void the warranty. I told him that clearly there is no warranty when he wont even come back to fix the leaks. Mike did not want to take responsibility for his faulty workmanship and instead wanted to gaslight me into it being my fault. He kept saying If you send me pictures I have no problem coming back out to fix it, but I dont think its leaking yet after sending him the photos (see photos) he ignored me again and never responded. I am completely disgusted by Mikes ego-driven attitude, lack of integrity and unprofessional behavior. All I wanted was for Mike to properly seal the shower I paid good money for but he failed miserably on every front. All I can say is shame on you, Mike! There are hundreds of choices for glass installers in the Denver area and I would highly encourage you to be extremely cautious of Glass Getters LLC. Improper seals cause mold, mildew and sickness for your family. Be careful out there!

Mike installed a shower door at my home and did a great job. On time, quality work and price was agreed upon up front. Gets the job done with little hassle and I would recommend his work to anyone needing a shower door, windows, etc.

Glass Getters LLC installed all my windows. They did it about five or six months ago. I like the work that they did, it was excellent. I havent gotten any personal projects done by this company. HOWEVER. We were driving on Parker Road heading North and one of your drivers was being a complete ass. WQA-436 was his license plate. I dont even care if its personal info. He was literally swerving in and out of traffic, not using a signal, and tailgating literally EVERYONE. For those reasons alone, I will not ever be using this company. If you drive horribly on the road, Im going to assume you have a horrible attitude about everything else.
