Erin and staff are the best. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Erin cleaned my moms hearing aids then flushed her ears-no charge. We will definitely go back when new hearing aids are needed.

I have had tinnitus for about 10 years and had heard originally there wasnt anything they could do for it . I got tired of not being able to hear alot of conversation through my left ear. I made an appointment, to see if there had been any advances in treatment. Dr Erin was so reassuring that hearing aides would help. I tried some and was amazed by all the sounds Ive been missing for all these years. The staff and after care is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone with hearing issues.

They love to send mailers to dead people because they buy old mailing lists. Nothing like the lovely reminder of a lost one in your mailbox. They told me that her name would be removed from their lists, but it wasnt.

I got hearing protection for my spin classes in my gym. They discussed all the type of options that best suited what I wanted and the ones they recommended have been wonderful. Just today the music was so loud and I was very comfortable but could hear the instructor perfectly.The staff was so nice and kind I would recommend this practice to anyone. Wonderful experience.

I have been going here for years. Linda & Erin are brilliant audiologists. The first time I went, it was such a relief to find a place that I felt could really help me. Their staff are amazing as well. Efficient, helpful and proactive with pre-cert, insurance filings and subsequent billing issues/questions. I am on my third set of hearing aids and each have been better than the last. And definitely test drive some, they let you!

I have been going to Parker Center for Audiology for two years since I moved to Parker. Dr. Baker did a fantastic job and she is very patience with me because I have a profound hearing loss since birth. She found the right hearing aids and I love it. Also, all of the staff who works there are very friendly. I am pleased with their services.

Being able to hear is a given for most people. For me, struggling to hear created stress at my job and at home. It was exhausting trying to decipher words and pretend I knew what everyone was saying. I was fairly young so that made it difficult to admit that I needed help. I was lucky enough to find Parker Center for Audiology over 16 years ago. Dr. Baker and the staff are very caring and have always made me feel at ease. My life has been greatly enhanced because of the hearing aids that give me the ability to participate in life. I am thankful for Parker Center for Audiology every day. You guys rock!!

Amazing experience! I had been to an ENT for my ongoing hearing issues and was underwhelmed to say the least. I decided to go to Parker Audiology on a recommendation from a friend. I am so glad I did! Dr. Baker took the time to give me a complete evaluation and discuss the options I had for my hearing. She was very patient with me and made me feel like she was as invested in my hearing as I was. She answered any questions I had and explained everything she was doing for me so I knew exactly what was going on. I ended up getting the Lyric hearing aids and am so happy I did. I can hear so much better now. I went back for a follow up visit one week later and brought my notes so Dr. Baker was able to adjust them to work perfectly for me. I have the smallest Lyric offered and it was still a bit uncomfortable in my left ear so she made a couple of small adjustments to the Lyric and it feels so much better now. She really takes the time to make sure everything is just right. Parker Audiology is definitely the only place I will go for any and all hearing issues I have!

I knew I had some hearing loss, but didnt realize how much of a difference hearing aids would make. Sounds I didnt realize I could no longer hear, like birds chirping in the distance or wind blowing through the trees, are again possible with my hearing aids. Getting hearing aids is one of the best investments Ive ever made. And Dr. Baker and all the staff are wonderful and make the entire experience very positive.

I was very uneasy about visiting an Audiologist, mostly because Id never been to one before. This group treated me well and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I couldnt recommend them strongly enough!

When this was Parker Center for Audiology, Dr. Baker and Aaron were amazing. Great service, and went way out of their way to solve problems for me.After the switch to HearingLife - everything went downhill. I *needed* a letter documenting my loss for college accommodations and spent FOUR months playing email and phone tag before suddenly getting told they werent writing me a letter because I was a new patient (to them). Missed multiple accommodation deadlines and would be incredibly behind at school if the School of Mines wasnt willing to help me out without formal documentation. Also got new hearing aids through them in July and had to return them a few weeks later because they were unable to actually file with insurance correctly. Wanted insanely too much in copay - went to Hearing Clinic on Wadsworth and had new hearing aids in a week (for exactly what the insurance policy said it should be).

I have been going to the Parker Center for the past 3 years. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Dr. Baker and her staff are remarkable.Aaron and Rose always go the extra mile to serve you.
