WOW! I spent $169 on a 3 tier shelf and got something SO cheap looking instead. I didnt get around to hanging it right away, so since I didnt realize I got the wrong item within 30 days, I get screwed for their mistake. They wont even give me store credit! 😲 Im SO disappointed. Ive been a loyal customer and cant believe the lack of customer service. I will definitely be taking my money elsewhere. They are overpriced China products anyway.

I love everything about this store. I feel like a kid in a candy shop every time I go in there. The items are so beautifully curated and really high quality. I can always find just the right thing to make my home more cozy. And the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

I absolutely love this store and the customer service! The ladies at ID are always so friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. We had bought an item that didnt work as well as I thought it would in the space I had imagined it and they worked with me to find something amazing for that space. Getting the text alerts regarding sales and their point system, along with the staff, makes shopping at this local small business even more rewarding.

Just received my fall box….Quality all the way… so classy! I loved every item. Of course the marble board was my favorite, it took this collection to a whole new level!! Just beautiful!

HORRID PEOPLE! WILL NOT ANSWER YOU AT ALL! I ordered baskets and when I got them they were so small, well they included handles that are 3 inches in the overall dimensions. but dont tell you handles included, like every other store. Then to return them cost you more than the cost of the item! THEN! when you complain about it they will not return emails just ignore you. THEN!!!! when you contact them on Facebook and add a bad review they delete you and the review, I even logged in another under name asked why they deleted me, and they deleted me again!!! DO NOT BUY!

Buyer beware!! This store has some nice items but they can be found for considerably less at other online stores. I recently bought this bundle of “neutral” reclaimed books. They look nothing like the item described on their website. This particular product has terrible reviews and I should have taken them into consideration more before purchasing. The books had lots of glue left on them, a cover still on the spine, library stamps all of over them, and red markings. They do disclose that the books may have different colors on them, but I assumed that was for their “multi color” option. Nowhere does it explain that the neutral books could have this problem too. I should have done this as a diy project at home…it would have turned out nicer looking! I reached out to customer service with these pictures. This department is extremely lacking. They wanted me to pay shipping to have the items returned. After emailing with Jenn, she finally did just give me a refund. That was only after questioning their return policy and lack of customer service. Considering, I won’t be returning to purchase anything else.

I’ve never shopped in the store, only online and their home decor is beautiful however you better be sure what you’re purchasing will work in your home or it’ll cost you a lot of money to return items. I purchased several items recently, two of which did not work out. I tried to return them and it was going to cost me over $60 in shipping, and I wasn’t sending a bulky, heavy package. The value of items was about $150, so I decided to just keep the stuff. Last time they get my business. There are too many other websites that have nice decor and support returns, it’s just good customer service.

The items I purchased were of excellent quality & I enjoy browsing in the store.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My pieces never arrived and they refused to work with me to straighten it out. They refused to refund me, replace the missing item, or file a lost package claim. So if you get your package you’re lucky, but if you don’t, prepare to potentially lose your money and deal with these difficult people.As a response to your reply, when this has happened with other businesses, the businesses have always refunded me or sent me a replacement product without me having to ask. The seller deals with FedEx on the back end. It is not my responsibility, as you continuously state, and it’s simply outrageous you expect me to pay $150 for something I did not receive.

This is a very cool store! We loved everything they had to offer and the owner is very nice and helpful. Lots of little things to amuse you and/or quench your interior decorating delights (see what I did there?).Seriously though, if you are in the area, stop and and see what they have. Come by regularly because I get the sense that they move products quickly and get new things in all the time. We happened to be there on a day they were having a sale and there were a lot of people stopping by.

I visit several times a month to check out all the new goodies, and love to see what new delights I simply must add to my home. Home decor can be difficult to purchase online. Ive been fooled in the past with items that look quality and actually are very poorly made and cheap. Im very impressed with interior delights. My wife and I loved everything we purchased. Their items are truly unique. I have not seen anything comparable on other sites. Their prices are fair given the quality. I would definitely recommend to others.

Purchased a wall shelf online and found it at Wayfair for considerably cheaper. I emailed to find out where the product was made because I’d gladly pay the difference to support a local business. Unfortunately, the shelf is made in China. Since ID does not refund shipping costs & it would cost to ship the shelf back, it’s not worth the hassle to return. The shelf is okay but certainly not worth the price. The shelves are mdf. Quick shipping & email communication but an overall disappointment.

This is a gorgeous store, full of awesome pieces. I have been there twice just to browse, and I have attempted to visit to buy things 3x since then. They have bankers hours. Never open when it’s convenient for those of us with office jobs. Attempted today while I waited for takeout from the Italian place since it was “early” and they were closed at 5pm. I’ll stop trying after this.

Was never greeted by the 2 young girls behind the desk. I was looking for a specific gift for someone and didnt have a clue where to start. I would have appreciated some help. I was the only one in the store for a good 20 minutes and they never asked if I needed help. And I didnt want to interrupt their very personal conversation. So left empty handed. I will also note that all items seemed very over priced for what they are.

This store is so appealing to every one of my senses. The candles taste like honey, the floor feels like cotton, the cabinets sound like a heavenly choir, the cash register looks like a supermodel and the employees smell great.

The store itself is very cramped with a ton of merchandise. The reason I am giving three stars is because I feel like most of the products do not justify some of the outrageous price tags. Also, I was never greeted when I came in. The lady at the front didnt even look up. This store wasnt for me but there is a lot of things here that I know others would like.

This is a really nice place to look for fun and interesting household decor. Its local Parker so thats a plus. Go and look.
