We purchased a new hot tub and like all modern things, weve had a couple small warranty issues. They came through when it really counted and thats how you know youre dealing with a good company. I highly recommend them.
Dan at Spa Palace of Parker was awesome to work with! We had a lot of questions as first time spa owners and he was very patient, polite and understanding. He went out of his way to make this a great experience for us. I would highly recommend Spa Palace of Parker if you are looking for your future spa.

Really terrible customer service. The man at the Parker location refused to help us with a couple of quick questions because we had purchased from another employee. He clearly felt that if he didn’t have a way to get a commission out of us, we weren’t worth his time. He also would not wear his mask while CO is in the peak of its Covid infections.
Spa Palace Parker is awesome!! Kyle provides first class customer service and goes above and beyond the call of duty to help his clients. When my tub has seen its final days I will go to Kyle first when ready to upgrade and buy a new Jacuzzi.
A great place to buy a quality hot tub. Staff takes their time to help educate the best way to keep your tub operating to its maximum potential. They will do a water test and they are very helpful! Awesome place to buy a hot tub! I visited the store more than once while shopping for a hot tub, Dan and his crew did a great job answering my obnoxious amount of questions. Since having the hot tub they have been so helpful with the general maintenance questions and helped me dial in my hot tub water to perfection. The give free water tests and have an exorbitant amount of knowledge that is very helpful. Overall its been a top notch experience!

This kind of purchase for us is completely a luxury item - unnecessary really. That being said it was important that we found a place that provided honest, factual information about what we wanted. I found that after shopping and sifting through places that felt like used car salesmen tactics, our experience here was what we were looking for . Mark, was very upfront and knowledgeable of the product. This kind of purchase doesn’t require convincing- to me it required upfront cost information and a salesperson who could explain the difference between models - we received that here and more. The place is clean, professional and low pressure . The price was competitive to everywhere else we had looked and what we bought ended up exactly in our price range, very happy with the choice of this store .
Rude employees, no interest in being helpful
I thought I was buying the best brand from the best local company but ended up with a lemon on both accounts. We purchased a Sundance Denali last Summer and have had nothing but problems since then. Its gone through flow sensors, control boards, filter housings (a known design flaw that we learned about after the purchase), pumps, valves, and still has leaks that seem to pop up once another issue is fixed. Spa Palaces return policy requires sticking you with a 40% restocking fee - even though I wouldnt consider this a return by choice. We wanted this to work as advertised but that never happened and Ive lost all confidence in Sundance and Spa Palace. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
Great selection of the best brands! You can even go in a wet testing room and try one out with towels provided! Service has always been affordable and great. I go get my water tested for free all of the time and it prints out exactly what I need to add with chemicals! All of the staff is always smiling! Highly recommend!
Very happy with our new hot tub. Mark and Dan both helped me with the purchase of this tub. I came by and got info, from Dan, shopped around and then came back and spoke with Mark and he helped me narrow down to the tub that was right for me and my wife. Great tub for where I needed it placed and had all the features and benefits I wanted in a hot tub.
If I,could do no,stars I would. Mark the porcupine of customer service is the antithesis of who anyone would want running their business. We have recen purchased a Jacuzzi tub from them and were promised additional cartridges in lieu of purchasing steps. The first time we went in to collect our missing chemicals and other owed items we were treated like thieves trying to scam them out of some miscellaneous products. I called.our sales person and he confirmed that yes we were due the items that we requested. Stupidly assuming that these people talk to each other we went in again today to pick up two cartridges. Alas mark the guardian of all told us we were only entitled to one! Really we just dropped 10k in your store. Weve come in twice. 1 am I going to come up with a story to rip you off? 2. If in doubt Im sure you made more than enough in a $10,000.00 sale that you could cover the price of a cartridge in the name of good customer service and good will. Youll be lucky if you last 6 months Mark and Dan. I hope you invested every nickel you have because its all gone
Just stopped in and was informed you were closed and was rudely told I could come back tomorrow morning. Pour customer service, especially for a newly open business at this location with a customer in your lobby. If you dont want customers coming in lock your door. You could of asked what I needed and giving me some literature and brochures. Guess Ill purchase my hot tub somewhere else.
I would say that Mark, the sales guy, comes off as abrasive. He wont let you get a word in edge wise and goes off on tangents that dont apply to hot tubs and wouldnt let me finish a sentence. I think the Sundance hot tubs are good quality but was rather annoyed with the process. It feels like the classic used car salesman approach, not a fan.
It would be nice to say I actually bought something from this place but I did not. High pressure sales pitching is not how you encourage someone to buy. As someone who is vested in the sales industry as well I can say your rep I talked to at the store was overly determined to make a sale now. Lets take a step back and remember that its the customer first not the commission. Sorry I had to take my business elsewhere.
Worked with Dan to purchase a swim spa. Not only did he help me chose the right model for me, he found one at a lower price. I live about an hour from the store and I was concerned about the location I wanted the spa to be installed (under a deck where a crane couldnt lift it). Dan CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE on a Saturday, which was most convenient to me, to take some video, pictures and measurements. He insisted we do this check BEFORE we make a deal.A couple days later Dan called me to let me know his team could indeed place the spa where I wanted it, went over all the set up requirements (electricity, concrete pad, etc...) and even found an off-road forklift rental at a reasonable price.3 weeks later the spa was delivered. Jerry and his delivery crew of Ryan and Jack arrived right on time, looked at the install location and devised a plan. They took their time installing it and were very careful not to damage the house or the deck. They left me with chemicals and said to call if I had any issues.After checking the water and the chemicals they left me, I realized I would not need PH decreaser. I called Dan to learn a little more about chemical treatment and he had me come out to the store to go over everything in person. When I told him I didnt need some of the chemicals that came with the spa, he traded the ones I didnt need for an additional generous supply of what I did need - at no cost.Since then, I have contacted Dan a number of times with questions and advice. He has helped me all along the way.Lets be serious - pretty much all of the manufacturers make good stuff (for the most part). Its the support you receive after that matters - and I am very happy with this team... If that changes, I will be sure to add another review here, but I dont think that will happen.
Terrible customer service. I went in to ask some questions on why my hot tub was acting up and the gentleman immediately jumped down my throat telling me he needed more information and where I bought the hot tub and was told it was probably due to the quality of the tub I purchased. I will take my business elsewhere
We have always received great service and customer care from shopping for a new tub to getting support and supplies. We cant say enough about Jacuzzi RX.

Unfortunately, I agree, the H.L. store manager is rude and it seems his last priority was to invest and take care of a 5 years customer, as I was : The last day under warranty, I called for a service call due to a leaking. The person came and noted nothing but an electric problem, so I called an electrician who charged me over hundred dollas and noted nothing on his side but an external breaker tripped due to a malfunction of the hot tub and wrote it down for me. I called Spa Palace, explained it so they sent the guy again, I handed the note, then found out that needed a helper to pull out the hot tube and look for the real problem. We went out on vacation and when came back, it looked like nobody came and the same problem was still happening. I called again, but now he said I was out of warranty and didnt want to hear the story again. The guy was rude since the beginning, arguing my warranty had expired plus didnt admit his employees fault nor fix the problem hed caused. Thus, I dont recommend them due to a poor customer service.
