It was a super easy process to pickup a knee scooter I needed after surgery with minimal paperwork. The staff was very friendly and would send a reminder text once a week to ask if I wanted to renew my rental or return it. The scooter was a lifesaver and I was able to get around much more comfortably than just on crutches. The whole process was very easy and I would definitely rent from them again.

This store is wonderful!! They have pretty much anything you could possibly need in the way of medical equipment. My husband was in need of a wheelchair ramp to return home from rehab, and Independently Yours was the only place I found that could help with that in the time frame we needed. My husband was overnight unable to put pressure on a foot. I was able to rent a scooter for him to be able to work and rest that leg bit was reasonably priced foe the rental. The staff at the store was helpful. They had the scooter in stock. It was brand new. When I returned it they had a blood pressure cuff for purchase I was in need of. So thankful this store is 10 minutes from my house. If I ever need anything else I’ll got there first.

We recently bought a pink rollater for my mother from Bill’s son at the Louisville Store and had a great experience. Not more than a couple of weeks later, we needed to buy Mom a power lift recliner! Once again, we had the best experience with being correctly fitted for the chair and showing us how the remote works. It was delivered the next day and the delivery guys were the best as well!! Some workmates told me that I should go check them out as they have a product called EVENup Shoe Lift. Im currently in a soft cast on my left foot and this product can adjust my right foot to be even with the left so I dont have to limp. I walked in about 4 steps and was greated by Mike with a BIG Smile and an inquiry as to what I was looking for. He took me directly to the EVENup display and got me fitted within seconds. I must say the total experience was awesome. He also gave me a catalog of all their products just in case. Looking for some medical supplies, come here they have everything you could imagine.

I rental a chair with a lift for a month. I had originally set the rental for a day in the future and my doctor called and moved my surgery up to a Saturday and called me that Thursday. I called and they so sweetly accommodated my new surgery date and made it effortless for me. I got a brand new chair delivered that Friday. They then came and picked up my chair a month later. This company is incredibly easy to work with and provides great services.

They had everything I needed. Staff was awesome. Equipment was in great shape. They worked very well with my varying diagnosis. Extended my contact with noissues whatsoever. That being said. I hope I never have to use them again. 😁

Everyone was super nice! We tented a 3 wheel scooter 3 weeks while my sister was visiting Colorado. Itreally added to the whole trip. They are kinda pricey and it would have been great if she could have used some of the rental toward a new one. Highly recommend this company.

Very nice on the phone and sweet in person. Helpful to me for my first time with an oxygen concentrator. They did everything they said they would do for me and if you are nice to them and follow their advice or return the device on time (with all components) then your experience should turn out well.

I called from San Diego prior to my trip to Denver and concerts with friends at Red Rocks. GREAT service! We bought a set of toilet safety rails late afternoon on New Years Eve. When we tried to install it there was a part missing. He waited while Mom worked the controls and made sure that he had answered all questions, including some we didn’t think to ask. We are very happy with the product, a medium Maxicomforter Recliner. This is an AWESOME store with WORLD CLASS customer service. I needed a scooter in order to attend the Denver Auto Show (too much walking for my bad back/hip). They immediately got me set with just the right scooter...had it ready for pick-up on Friday after work...then even charged me ONLY for one day (Sat.) even though I wasnt able to return it till Monday!!If you want the best service and prices in town, the ONLY place to go is Independently Yours in Parker!!!
