Had a great experience there today! My windshield had begun leaking. The original windshield was put in by Safelite, but I couldnt remember when but knew it wasnt recent. Plus it was install was at a shop in another state. They went above and beyond to research the original purchase information, find the warranty from the prior install and make it right. The staff stood behind the warranty and did so happily. They seemed genuinely happy to help someone and I was thrilled to get the good news it was covered! They had the windshield issue fixed and my vehicle back to me at the time promised. Nice staff, knowledgeable about repairs and products. I will definitely return to this shop in the future with any auto glass needs.

I had a great experience with Jerod from Safelite today. I scheduled service believing that the glass for my front driver window had broken inside the door. Jerod realized immediately that the glass wasnt broken and had just slid down in the door because the window regulator broke. I told him I would just go ahead and repair that myself. But he still took the time to show me how to get into the door and gave tips on replacing. To top it off he didnt even charge me for the trip out to my house. That is great service and wont hesitate to call them again when I do need glass replaced.

These guys are very courteous and very friendly. They had your windshield replaced very quickly and ready to go. There shop is clean and very well organized.

I replaced the windshield wipers on my car the weekend before my car needed its windshield replaced. I filled out everything online for Safelite, and did not request new wiper blades because they were new. While at Safelite a technician separated the wiper blade from its metal backer at the outer tip of the drivers side wiper. This technician then brought out the now destroyed wiper to the Safelite lobby, told my husband that the wipers were worn out, and offered to replace them for a fee. My husband told the technician that the wipers were new, and he the said, Oh, Ill try and put this back together. When my vehicle was delivered after the windshield was replaced the destroyed wiper blade was still destroyed. The technician had tucked the rubber portion under the metal, where upon first use it would have put metal onto glass. Safelite finished their service on my vehicle with intentional damage left in place by a technician who was motivated to damage my property in order for Safelite to sell me a fix to said damage. My husband had taken pictures of the windshield and wipers in the parking lot of Safelite before Safelite took my car into the shop for repairs. My husband went back into Safelite and asked the manager to come outside and look at the car. He told the manager about the damage, the technician who did the damage and that he had pictures of the wipers from immediately before the car was turned over to Safelite. The managers response was, What do you want me to do about it? My husband demanded that he fix it, and stated that intentionally destroying property, misrepresenting the act and claiming that the property was deteriorated from age all in order to generate a sale is fraud. My husband told the manager that he wanted to call the sheriffs office and the state Attorney General Consumer Complaint division to really fix the problem. The manager then offered to replace the damaged wiper and its mate, which he promptly did. The manager afterward stated that Safelite always makes things right, and that he wasnt sure how the damage had happened. The manager fixed the issue, but never once admitted to what happened. Always take pictures of your property prior to handing it over to Safelite! Never trust a Safelite technician with your property, they have proven that they are perfectly capable and willing to add some extra damage in order to make a little more money! If not for the fact that my insurance company uses Safelite, I would never step foot in another Safelite. I will never step foot into the Safelite in Parkersburg again, and will tell anyone who wants to know about the quality of Safelite services.

Replaced windshield in late model Mazda. The new windshield looks great, no leaks and they got my car in the bay 10 minutes before my appointment! Courteous service and the wait was not very long. Would recommend if you need a windshield replaced in your late model vehicle.

Got scheduled right away; on the date that better fit my needs. The tech called at the beginning of our scheduled day to give a more accurate time that he would be working on our truck; which was a few hours later. He even called when our truck was finished. He cleaned up all exterior windows and was completed in a timely manner. Wow! How I can see out my windshield now, all thanks to Safelite!

Good people and a good job on my stone chipped windshield, but I dont care for the centralised call center.

I have to say my experience with them yesterday was great. They worked around my schedule, were courteous and helpful, both their office staff and field staff. Made it a no hassle experience. This day in age good customer service is hard to find and appreciated when it is provided.

Safelite sets a new standard for customer service from start to finish. Not only is the physical work the best repair I have ever seen on a windshield bullseye but the process was so simple it was complete before I even had a chance to let my family know I was going to do it.

Local store is friendly and responsive, but its apparent that between the local shop and corporate scheduling/parts they have no idea on how to replace windshields in cars with lane sensing cameras.I was told the job could be done at my house, then told it had to be at the shop, then told the wrong windshield had been ordered, then after dropping off the car told the parts were still not there, and then told the shop could not complete the camera alignment which ultimately had to be done at the dealer.It was an exhausting experience.
