I’m a professional mechanic and this is one of the only places in town I let touch my stuff if I don’t have a lift to use for my car it goes to josh. Josh is very professional and runs that place really well. 10/10 will take care of you and make sure your car doesn’t get on the road if it’s unsafe. Treated me very well every time I’m in there let me charge my phone on their computer even. Just a real nice respectful hardworking dude. They make sure they take care of you and check every box before they send you out the door unlike some of these other in and out shops.

Josh and his gang have been taken care of our three vehicles for several years. He always manages to work and saying get it on time at a very fair price and great work. It’s always great to find a garage mechanic that you can trust locally. I refuse to go to dealers especially since I have a 20 year old Buick Park Avenue a 30 year old Oldsmobile and a 40 year old Ford truck. Ha

Price jumped due to no fault of my own.Vehicle was released to me with back brakes not working at all.I would recomend getting a not to exceed price on simple stuff that doesnt require exploratory work.The people there are all very nice but as an ex service mgr myself and also very knowledgeable about the automotive repair process myself I dont believe in any business making their problem mine.The job was quoted at 80 to 100 dollars and was an hour job.Four hours later i was charged 155 because they had equipment issues.I Thought i had found a good shop and will continue to try to work with them in the future.Im not one easily fooled in the service business.They were honest people but i dont like paying for extra time when it wasnt on me.I will give them another shot however.

Economy Muffler fixed my exhaust, changed the oil, and put new tires on and balanced them! The customer service was fantastic and so was the service! My car drives like new again! Thanks again Economy Muffler!!

They worked me in their schedule cause of my vacation. They only repaired what needed done and was in contact with me the entire time with a quote before any work was completed. Great quality work, great price.

They are the best! They always work quick and efficient. They have the nicest people working there that take the time to care about you and your needs. When another shop told me in the past I needed thousands of dollars of work I came here for a second opinion and I am so thankful I did because they saved me money and time because the other shop was trying to rip me off. That are upfront and honest with you and will explain things when your not really a car person so you don’t understand. Lol!

Great customer service and fair prices

They do state inspections along with a lot of other stuff. I stopped by and asked how far ahead Id have to make an appointment. They told me if I could wait, Id be next. They had a new waiting room that was still under construction, but very nice. I was in and out in about a half hour. Nice people. Ill definitely be going back.

Dont go here!!! They will make things worse and not even complete the work you went in for. They will also break stuff and try to hide a quick fix and then not even tell you about it. Had to find out from the shop I took my vehicle to after leaving here. Ill never go back and Ill be making sure to tell EVERYONE I know not to go there. To be honest the state of West Virginia should shut them down!!!!

A huge rip off place. i was told i had a small leak in my car fuel line, and they said it would cost almost 600.00 dollars to fix it. want better service go take your car to walmart ...

The customer service here was great. I was greeted as soon as I parked, was told they could fit me in in about 30 minutes even though it was a holiday weekend, and given an estimate at 1/10th of the dealership.It was FAST, economical, and I was home with a repaired vehicle in less than 90 minutes. Would recommend to my friends.

Tried to tell me my 2 year old tires were bad. Went down to road to a different place and passed inspection. They just wanted to sell me tires since I was acting dumb they thought they could take advantage of me

Would not recommend if your a woman,went for inspection sticker,after having failed for two things prior by their adjoining shop on 7th street, had that taken care of went to this shop,failed for two different reasons,after paying over 140.00 for having lower balljoint replaced on drivers side and body work from rust underneath vehicle they tried to deny me a sticker saying there was another rust spot underneath,i took body man with me and ask to see newfound area and they said it was a misunderstanding ...i would not recommend nor will i ever go back!!!!

So far so good theyre very helpful the work they have done has held up so far and they offer inspection stickers
