Seemingly careless employees slapped together a cold breakfast sandwich and they forgot my donut. Do not recommend.

They have great donuts and I always get an ice cappuccino. Not crazy about their food other than pastries.

Horrible service and mouthy worker. Sandwich was hardly thrown together in a bag. Ingredients over halfway out of the Sandwich and was just a huge mess with a burnt bagel.

Ordered a large vanilla ice coffee. No vanilla. Apple fritter was hated. Husband ordered a meal. He received an old biscuit for his sandwich. And no hash brown. Poor attitudes.

The store is clean and comfortable donuts are amazing coffee is wonderful. The staff is friendly and welcoming unless your homeless and then they are downright rude and nasty.throw food away right in front of you and toss any kind of dirt or other trash into them so you can get them and eat them..sorry not everyone can afford to buy food or much of anything so they eat out of your dumpsters.

They have the best coffee I have gotten from a restaurant in the area, but Its the only thing they are reliable at.Its hit or miss if they have any ingredients in stock or if the worker knows how to actually make the item you requested. But when they do, its very good.

Dont waste your time or money here. I was traveling for work today & stopped for breakfast. Every step of my order was a disaster. I had to repeat my order 3 times to 2 ppl. I ordered everything as it comes, no special requests, not even sugar in my coffee. The most basic order ever. I ordered an iced latte, they gave me a hot one. I ordered a bagel, toasted, it was not. The MANAGER handed me the hot drink, I told her the mistake, she took back the drink & did NOT make me who ordered!

Wish i could give them 0! i visited this location this week and ordered my usual, a hot coffee 1 cream 1 sugar and a sausage egg no cheese sandwich. First thing that was wrong was that the person taking my order was NOT WEARING A MASK! in the middle of a pandemic. second they gave me an iced coffee, and a sausage egg and cheese despite my request asking for no cheese. order took forever and only 1 person was seen working, not to mention they put me and how many other costumers in danger by not wearing a mask! Never going here again!

This restaurant has a bunch of cons working for them. I always hoped for a better experience and was always disapointed. The wait time was long, the cashiers are rude, they will tell you the amount is a certain amount and then charge a higher amount then stated, and a lot of the time they do not give receiepts. If you try to complain they get really rude and aggressive. I do not recommend this resteraunt.

This is not a good tim hortons, nothing was in stock and very slow unfriendly service.

I used the drive through. Theyre a little slow in the morning during rush hour, but they handle a high volume. They usually get our orders correct. The variety is good.

The vetting process with which you are hiring your employees will cause your franchises to underperform until they all fail in wood county. Mark my word.I dont know if this has been mentioned in any other reviews [besides my review of the Emerson Commons store] but your coffee is essentially bilge water compared to the Vienna store. I dont know how anyone allows it to be served to innocent people. Not sure if maybe the machines havent been cleaned since 2003 but thats what literally every cup of hot coffee from the Parkersburg store tastes like.This review barely scratches the surface of the depth of my grievances and disappointment with every franchise in this area. I dont have the time or energy to continue.

Hate there coffee, no matter how much cream you put in it,,,,it is strong enough to keep a mule going for days. We wont ever be going back there again!! I realize some people like there coffee that strong but we dont.

There was only one other person in the place. I as well as my girl friend went to the bathroom. I didnt use it because it was discussing. I asked my girl friend if the ladies restroom was clean and she said it was not.I go to Tim Hortons in Marietta, Oh several times a week because I have always enjoyed the service and atmosphere and I love the coffee.

A little pricey but a great variety of food choices. The doughnuts are spectacular. Bagels are great, especially with the veggie spread.

Too bad I have to give this place 1 ⭐️ . Walked in to use restroom & order. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Trash over flowing, floor so sticky my shoes stuck, & no soap. I walked out (without ordering) & called the health department. It’s obvious the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in days & employees hadn’t washed their hands. Of course no one wears gloves. Stay clear of this nasty 🤢 place!

Donuts seemed old, even on a morning visit. I had to practically beg for cream and Splenda for my coffee. They acted like theyd rather us not be there.

Horrible manager. Ordered a sandwich and the supervisor had the obviously new cashier make the sandwich, he said it was a good time she learn how to do sandwiches. He yelled at her when she asked simple questions. And talked to me like he was the nicest person in existence. I never wanted to punch someone so badly.

Every time I go here I order assorted timbits with no plain donuts for my kids and every time they repeatedly give me only three flavors including plain. I dont know why its so hard to understand, assorted doesnt mean pick three it means assorted. Its so irritating.

Rude service. The employee argued with my wife when he got the order wrong then tried to blame her for not understanding how he was ringing up the order even though he didnt understand he had added multiple drinks to our order that we didnt want. Also forgot the egg on both of my sandwiches. Expected my wife and I to carry 6 drinks without a tray. Then when we asked for a tray the employee told us that customers normally spill drinks on a tray so I didnt give you 1. I wont return to this Tim Hortons again.

A colleague and I stopped here on our drove back from a business trip.We choose the drive thru as we really just wanted to complete our journey homeThe drive thru waa pretty monotone.When we asked for the number 7 she asled if we wanted the combo, pet peace for us bothAfter we recieves our food the chips were really good.But whoever bagged our order put my sandwich upside down in one of those sleeves that only close on 2 corners, causing the bun and cheese to end up on the floor and me with half a sandwich.My colleague got a wrap which had a tremendous amount of bread and was very messy. When she needed a napkin thanka goodness we had another bag in the car with unused napkins as we were given none

I ordered milk in my coffee and while they wrote 2% on the lid, it was clearly cream as it tasted and looked like cream. Also lacking in sugar or did not stir. This happens very often when I order from this location.

Really awful service. Every order I have made there has been done wrong. Given them 4 tries now. Last time one employee was told to wear gloves while making a sandwich, wore them for a short time, took them off to do something, returned to making sandwich, very obviously looked around for the manager, and then continued to make sandwich without gloves. Made my steak panini on a regular bun and never heated it. Ordered bagels as is, no prep, please dont cook them, just put them straight in a bag Got toasted and buttered bagels.... and so on.
