There was this old white lady, white hair. I was checking out and the self checkout didn’t get the barcode l. I scanned it again and it said help is on the way. She went up and down the item list, checked the cameras, and was like interrogating me. I’m never going back there again if she is gonna stereotype someone because of their skin. Do better you old hag.

If you dont go extremely early, the shelves are empty or at least picked over. Irritating!

Kroger has everything that you could be looking for. I even found ground turkey and lamb at amazing discounts.

Friendly, great deals! Whatever you do, do not take your cart back in if you forgot an item. Recently it has had over 30 minute waits every day to get to a register.

I used to love this store. But they stopped respecting customers. It was my only store Id grocery shop at. Employees are nice. But management will not fix mistakes that are made.

I drove clear across town due to everything else being closed because of covid-19 walked im the store 5 minutes before they closed and Deborah refused to let me in the store and refused to sell me anything because they were closed although there were people still in the store shopping and checking out im a weekly customer and I will never shop at a krogers again terrible customer service and very poor management

Good place to get groceries. Great prices and service. The employees and management could probably work on their attitude a little though. Overall, a good place to go.

I have very bad anxiety so I avoid going into grocery stores at all possible cost, I’m allowed to bring my dog but I still try to avoid as much as possible. Most of the time I call ahead of time to make sure they have the products I need instead of going on searching everywhere for them and them not having them in me wasting a trip. Because a lot of times they aren’t properly stocked. I called him today to customer service to ask if they had the product in the same woman answered the phone that has the last two times she was significantly rude short and cut me off. She left me on hold so long that the phone started ringing again and somebody in a different department picked it up. Thank God that person was Leslie, Leslie was the nicest person I’ve ever encountered was so patient and kind and friendly all-around helpful. They made sure they found the product I needed even went as far as to bag it up and have it up front so I didn’t have to go through the whole store. Took them two times to find the product but he was so nice and helpful and patient with me. Leslie is the entire definition of good customer service. Kroger should be thankful to have somebody like them on the payroll.

I will not go to the Seventh Street store until they fix this. Product aisles have been rearranged again with no apparent logic. Cheese has been placed in the produce department, pastas have been moved two aisles over. These people would have rearranged Helen Kellers furniture.They rearranged again with no visible logic. Some aisles appear to have been completely reversed end to end.

Very very poor customer service. Out of the last 10 times I have tried to pick up Western Unions before 8PM, Ive only been able to 3 times. (This is how my daughters dad sends C.S. from across country) and the workers are so rude about it. Tonight when asked why their service desk was closed the answer I received was due to unforeseen circumstances . Smh Im done with this store.

The only reason for two stars are the fantastic employees, always friendly and helpful. This store is really going downhill though, shelves aren’t stocked, never enough cashiers, not the cleanest. Also the app no longer works in the store so you can’t look for coupons and the last two clicklist purchases I tried to make had “technical difficulties”. Go to Belpre Kroger, better selection and cleaner store!

Ususally Kroger is my fab grocery store to shop at and are 5 star all the way. Today they were so busy and only had one cashier. The poor person had non stop line. Kept begging for help but there just were not enough employees there to cover what they needed.

Kroger is the place to stop to get flowers. They have fresh flowers all of the time. Also you can pick up the other things on your shopping list.

I took my mother, aged 92, to shop at the Krogers in South Parkersburg. When we went to check out, there was only ONE lane open and it had a LONG line of people waiting. I dont like self-checkout but chose that so my mother wouldnt have to stand too long. Her remark was that we should have left our buggy and went to shop elsewhere. Krogers, please take your older clients into consideration. Its difficult for them to stand in lines, and they may feel intimidated by self-checkout. Please put employees at the checkouts.

Prices tend to be a little higher here but its usually not overly crowded and always well stocked. Easy and quick stop.

I love this location. Freindly staff and well stocked shelves. The produce section is great. The flower section always have beautiful fresh flowers. I especially love how the manager opens more registers everytime there is a line.

The store employees are very nice. Their selection of natural foods is not great. Ive even asked for them to order certain things and was told they dont have room.

Stop here only if you need something small or quick otherwise i would recommend going to the location in Belpre. This location has smaller selection and seems kind of dingy.

Love Kroger. They do their best to get you through a register, and on your way.

Kroger Staff is friendly, though I noticed that cleanliness could be improved. On top of that, waits for check-out are very long. Overall it is an okay Kroger.

I had an awesome experience at the store the employees are very friendly helpful and always seem cheerful. The store is always clean and well organized.

Prices arent fantastic but if your wanting to avoid Wal-Mart (and who doesnt?) this is the best choice. Staff always watching to make sure huge lines arent forming at check outs, and staff the cashier positions appropriately.

South side Krogers didnt have 1/2 gallons of milk so I was disappointed that I would have to make another run to 7th Street on another day.

I like their prices here and a lot of their brands are really good.

Easy access from most places in town and open 6am to 12 am which means no matter when you need it its open.

The store is fine. But your patrons are terrible. I saw two collisions in the parking lot during my one trip to the store.

I love the pharmacy staff they are always nice and respectful!

Selection is ok. Staff is hit and miss as far as being courteous or knowledgeable. I prefer to skip visiting this location.

Paula is always fast, friendly, an so helpful, always prefer to cash my check and get my groceries..

Was just there and went in to store to see there wete no shopping carts at all but there were. 2 employees. Outside walking up and down parking lot taking in 2 or 3 at a time side by side sid??? Ridiculous !!!!

Almost every shelf was empty and all of the produce was either not ripe or bad. I used to like going to this store, but it has steadily declined.

Smaller and a bit more expensive than Walmart, but carries some local foods and has a great bakery.

Quick in and out for a six pack.

Good employees clean store Union shop

I waited for several minutes at the customer service desk. Finally an employee came over, took care of the customer in front of me, then declared she was going back and forth between her register and the customer service desk and would return in a few minutes. I waitied again, along with another gentleman. Obviously this store is understaffed. I feel badly for the chashier having to deal with disgruntled customers whove had to wait so long. I also spoke with another Kroger employee during the same visit. She was not polite but not blatantly rude either. She blinked continuously while explaining something to me as if I were an annoying lash stuck in her eye. Perhaps she has an uncontrollable tick, but it seemed like a flash of attitude because she only did it while speaking.
