Dad had his mowers serviced here for years. Needed some help diganosing an idle problem on my honda vtwin. His exact words were dont know nothing bout a honda. Dont know how they work and dont know what they are supposed to sound like. Everyone loves Honda engines until they start having problems. Small engines are not that different, the same principles apply. If he is that dense he shouldnt be working on anyones mower. My guess is hes not but a simple, im sorry sir we dont service honda engines I wish I could help you but we make our money working on lawn boys and briggs and strattons only. But hey I dont know nothing bout customer service, dont know how it works and dont know what its supposed to sound like.

Made no bones about not touching a zero turn mower or a Honda motor. Back down the driveway I went.
