Amazing experience! I went in for a cheap mattress, but decided I wanted to ask questions about others to make sure I was getting more bang for my buck. She didn’t sales pitch me. She was open, and I felt honest with her opinions. She was happy with middle of the road and never tried to push me to the next level! I was so grateful. She made the process easy and painless…and my mattress was not only super affordable, but super comfortable. Seriously everything I wanted and more!

Todays experience was great. The owner was not pushy for a sale and her customer service was great. We are extremely happy with our purchase. We were able to get a high quality mattress for half the cost of other retailers. These mattresses also come with a 10 year warranty. Best of all.....she had the mattress in stock. We did not have to order and wait forever for it to arrive.. We get to sleep in our new bed tonight!

Gara was wonderful and answered all my questions(if you know me, I always have alot). We got a mechanical bed for my Mother and she really liked it and found it very helpful. Now we are looking and doing this again for another family member and have no hesitation to go back to Gara!

Sitting here laughing at the one star review because Gara went above and beyond for my entire family for the sales of our mattresses. She even gave us a free box spring because we forgot to buy it. Ignore the troll they obviously haven’t shopped at this location or even met Gara because this woman will go to any length to make sure you receive quality.

I got the sapphire copper mattress and I’ve never slept better in the past 5 years with the adjustable base and I can read with it at night with the bed against my back so I can change it however I please, BEST part is I laughed at the Vienna mall because I saw the same bed for almost 2k and I’ve now got it for a so much better buy

I needed a new bed for myself and my grown child. Gara took care of us today. Im a hot sleeper and she was able to help me find a cooling top mattress. We both walked out today with new queen sets FAR below any other stores prices. I highly recommend going to Boxdrop and letting Gara hook you up!
