Wish I could give 10 stars. They helped me so much!! Very nice and helpful crew there that will go out of their way to help you. And if you use their storage units, you have nothing to worry about cause they are very secure there. You definitely get what you pay for.

Only 1 star cause 0 is not possible to choose. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life with any company. From the rental process to roadside service a complete joke... no way to contact your local business, automatically connects to uhaul 1800.... equipment I rented was from 1982... 20 miles from home had tire blowout.!! 3 HOURS TO EVEN CONTACT ANYONE.!! Local asst manager gave me his direct cell phone.... joke no answer either... will NEVER use them again.!!

No one answers the phone!!!! Hour and a half waiting for an answer pulled in and the dude was standing behind the counter doing nothing. Losers

Tried contacting this place several time over several days. Never a answer. Even uhaul corp told me that the location does not like to answers. And just acting like that is normal????????

I have had a TERRIBLE experience with this location. I rented in April to move my house. I went in and asked the gentleman working how much it would cost to keep it an extra day because I was the only one unloading it and I wasn’t going to have it done in time. He said just have it back by 5pm the next day and he wouldn’t charge me. I returned it before 5 and now 2 months later they have took 88 dollars out of my account TWICE. I was only refunded 58 the first time I went in and complained about it and now 3 months later they did it again and getting ahold of anyone to figure it out is nearly impossible. Very unimpressed with this service and all the glitches that have happened since we rented with them. Not sure I will be returning it’s turned into nothing but a pain.
