My car wouldn’t start without a jump. I have no clue what I’m doing mechanically. The new battery I had (not from Big A) was not installed correctly. They showed, explained, and put new bolts on my battery free totally free! They also checked my alternator just to be sure. Nice to have a business in town that does good for the people. Really made my day.

Recently I went there thinking I needed a whole new muffler. Over the phone I believe they say it could be around 139-199$ depending on the type of muffler. I make an appointment and get there and they tell me they can just weld the piece back on to the muffler for only 50$. Thats really honest and nice of them! Definitely would go back and tell others!
